They confirmed there was an active connection here before we moved in, so I cancelled my other service. Now I'm wishing I stayed with Telus. I can't run my business for a week now. Text messages are delayed and/or I don’t receive them. And my phone defaults to Edmonton time? When I dealt with Shaw previously issues were better resolved and promptly.
