I ask for a credit for the 36 days of non-service and I’m offered 14 days. Why would you continue to charge me for a service I’m not receiving? @TELUS I’d like to switch.

I always got right through to someone - till I called the cancellation line - now I've been on hold for 10 min and counting. Lots of unhelpful help, until now.

Shaw (Calgary White Cowboy hats) seemed to be more 'customer focused' than Rogers (3 piece business suits) take care.
