WTF @Shawhelp someone from there calls me with a decent deal for Internet/cable. I’m on the train so I ask them to call my wife instead. They never call. I try and contact you guys when I’m back from vacation and no one has a goddamn clue 🤬

@Shawhelp Yes I know there's an issue in my area that has come and gone multiple times and you aren't fixing it. Between Telus Ingress on the plant and a botched infrastructure leg somewhere... IT JUST NEEDS TO BE FIXED... I know this because I used to work for you guys. FIX THIS.
