I called and spoke to three different people about my ongoing issue with the service. I was offered a 14 day credit for a 36 day problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He told me to shut up.

I work from home & Sunday happens to be the one day I relax and catch up on sports. This is beyond outrageous. Fix it or give us an exact ETA. Pathetic service.

Over half of our channels are pixelated ‘ unable to watch. @Shawhelp hasn’t helped. With two trips here, blaming a feed problem outside the house, and providing no updates.
