Jared Pachan (@tsundokugames) reported@APSpoon @Shawhelp Keep calling them until you get someone who understands. Shaw's upload isn't great to begin with but if you're onnthe Fibre you shouldn't be getting massive issues. That said, I'm confident my upload issues are Shaw related, too.
