Today I used Shaw's call back service, they called back in 20 mins, recording said I was in "Position 1" in the queue and it still took 1 hr 15 min to speak with someone.

Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone or get the right person to come fix the problem.

I had to talk to 8 different agents, and finally they gave me another appointment. 1 month to move the services. #wfh and #studingfromhome with you is almost impossible. Your service is really bad.

It shows my account number but all other info brings up errors saying it can’t be retrieved with a retry option that doesn’t do anything.
