    @Shawhelp We still don't have internet and agent has arranged for a tech to come down and fix the problem. Our internet has been working perfectly fine until this shut down.

    @Shawhelp @idratherbeonig Same here. We have no internet up to now, 08/22, 9pm. We have been rebooting and even followed the Shaw support instruction. AND THEY HAVE TO SEND A TECHNICIAN TOMORROW.

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Please explain to me how I cannot take advantage of a flash sale when I no longer have a contract and am happy to sign up for another 2 year commitment. Your loyalty dept would rather I cancel all services and go to your competitor than sell me that offer.

    @ShawInfo I stand corrected. @TELUS @TELUSsupport email is now 2 weeks and counting with NO communication for the 1st 8 days till the “outage” hit the news. So if you think Telus is better. Enjoy.

    @ShawInfo As a Telus Sub. Tic toc. Email and Optik tv issues have now reached one week n counting. Email DOWN. Nothing but lip service. My wife was offered thou the other day speaking with Telus,$10 off our next bill.
