I had to talk to 8 different agents, and finally they gave me another appointment. 1 month to move the services. #wfh and #studingfromhome with you is almost impossible. Your service is really bad.

Today I used Shaw's call back service, they called back in 20 mins, recording said I was in "Position 1" in the queue and it still took 1 hr 15 min to speak with someone.

Phone support is important both because not everyone is Internet savvy, and also because Internet connectivity is often the problem your customers are trying to contact you about.

Now it 9:40 pm and I had called for the techs to call me back, that call came at 8:30 pm. So for 70 minutes I’ve been the 1st in the queu and am still listening to you nonsense ads. 1/2
