    @adymitruk @Shawhelp cable technology is limited they can't provide symmetrical speed and shaw is the worst provider price/bandwidth wise in Canada.

    Dealt with Shaw for forty yrs and thought would give Telus a try on a new service. BIG MISTAKE ! Mon. I called C/ S they told me they would call me in 48 hours or less to deal with problem. No call. @TELUS @Shawhelp Telus customer service offshore. Shaw is in Canada.

    . @VMediaTV my service was disconnected 18days before actual date.I’ve been internetless for 24+ hours.Response is it’s in @ShawHelp hands now. I’m stuck trying to work during hard times and can’t. Poor service and would not recommend either isp.

    I change my internet provider Telus to Shaw on the 15 Feb 2020. Shaw said we fill a form and send it on the 24 Feb 2020, but the Telus said there is no request from Shaw. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo @TELUS . Please talk to each other guys I need a solution. It is your miscommunication.

    @Shawhelp this Bluecurve PVR is crap. Trying to rewind or fast forward recorded shows is near impossible. It freezes & jumps forward erratically, plus the dropping of sound while watching recordings I messaged you about a few days ago is still happening. Please fix this!

    There’s nothing like watching a really intense scene in a movie and getting the notification that your bandwidth isn’t enough or you’re having connectivity issues @Shawhelp, every night this week. I’ve had uninterrupted service for over 10 years and now this.

    @Shawhelp Just the one box and it's wireless (Bluecurve). The problem only arises on recordings, not with real-time broadcasts.

    @QuinnyPig When I switched internet providers, @Shawhelp made me wait on hold for 40 minutes repeatedly listening to a message about how how I could avoid waiting on hold by using their website, when they won't let you cancel online. Call time once through: <2 minutes.

    Went into Shaw today to help upgrade my inlaws internet from an ancient 7.5mbps plan to 600 Mbps, connected new modem at 12 PM and it's 9 hours later and account changes still haven't been processed, horrible service @ShawInfo #yeg
