Now it 9:40 pm and I had called for the techs to call me back, that call came at 8:30 pm. So for 70 minutes I’ve been the 1st in the queu and am still listening to you nonsense ads. 1/2

I was actually surprised how greedy Shaw is. The big kicker was charging my in laws more money for internet 15 than I pay for my 300 internet.

Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. It died doing it's duty; providing me with high speed internet access both via internet and Wi-Fi. *sob* I am forever grateful for its service and will cherish the memories we made.
