Word to the wise- don’t use @ShawInfo - they added charges to my bill and I’ve been bounced from messenger, phone and now “email” customer service reps each time I’m told “sorry I’m not able to help me”. Careful - don’t sign a contract. #shady

@Shawhelp Thank you for your kind response. I contacted a friend who works for @TELUS . He guided me through resetting some coordinates. Seems okay now. My files show dealing with Patricia approx. a year ago. I'd noted her poor CR then. Twice bitten! 🥺

@Shawhelp I’ve lost my tv/internet connection at least 4 times in the past 1.5 months and have been on hold on the phone for HOURS trying to fix the issue. This is not acceptable. Please DM me. I’m not a happy customer.

There’s nothing like watching a really intense scene in a movie and getting the notification that your bandwidth isn’t enough or you’re having connectivity issues @Shawhelp, every night this week. I’ve had uninterrupted service for over 10 years and now this.
