Every support action online now takes over an hour and simple yes or no questions from them take 10 minutes to reply. You guys really need to concentrate on one chat at a time, it's so fustrating as a customer.

No answer or anyone that seems to be able to help or fix an issue I've had for 5 weeks. Fed up and grumpy....@TELUS wanna buy out my contract?

Been over a month with corrupted PVR recordings, yet everyone at shaw acts like it's a new problem...looks like others have the issue and it's been happening for a few years.

🅂🄸🄼🄾🄽 (@SighmanCanada) reported from Okotoks, Alberta@Shawhelp is there a known issue of recorded shows where the audio is silent every 15 minutes or so for 2 seconds, makes watching anything annoying....not wanting to spend hours on support to be told there's nothing wrong, as per my last 2 support experiences.....

Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟

Trying to access troubleshooting just continues a never ending loop of selecting your device then a page that bounces back to select your device. Not user friendly.

Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.
