@Shawhelp you guys need to get your support, apps and chat features fixed. 2 hours on chat and it just closed... The app crashed. No answer or anyone that seems to be able to help or fix an issue I've had for 5 weeks. Fed up and grumpy....@TELUS wanna buy out my contract?

@Shawhelp -tried to use on line help. Getting pixelization only ony TSN / SNP / Golf channel. All other channels fine. Disconnected canle/power 2-3 times. This has been going on for over two weeks! How can I get a tech out or how do I fix this problem?

@Shawhelp It was the modem. It came back on after the outage, had a solid white light, yet had no internet after 15+ minutes. I un/replugged it and it was good in about 3 minutes. Lousy system that can't recover from a power outage by itself.
