    @DeanEdmonton @NickPaisano @Shawhelp Your right. The DM and trouble shooting is their way of placating pissed off customers but never a resolve. When it is so wide spread how can problem be in individual houses. But they are gone so no resolve again

    Huh. When you call @Shawhelp and circumvent the decision trees and flowcharts the person uses, by simply saying your modem is getting a WAN IP/DHCP not working from the source.... They kinda get flustered.. lol

    Total cable and internet outage. @Shawhelp will send someone Tuesday...... 5 days from now..... Security camera, remote access, security alerts ALL run thru wifi. Not to mention having to use our phone data for my wife who is working from home. #unacceptable #shawnohelp

    @Shawhelp . Once again TV internet and Shaw home is down. Rebooted router no change. To me matters worse all trouble and support is closed. My problem has been occurring for 15 months. Can someone help me

    @Jaytriks @Shawhelp @TELUS I had INET and TV problems for the last year with #Shaw . This last month first month in 13 everything worked. But little effort on their part to keep me as a customer or apologize or ?

    @maxfawcett Shaw. I have had some horrendous experiences with @Shawhelp lately. Was caught in an online chat with them 2.5 hours to get an answer to a question that could have taken 5 minutes over the phone. Then I had no way to lodge a formal complaint about my experience.

    @jsbmbaggedmilk @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp Telus never cancelled our service outright, but it took us over 2 weeks to actually get through to someone in the "right department" to get our unreliable service looked at. First time I have ever considered leaving telus

    Another outage @Shawhelp. Third today and second full, long outage in just over a week. Open ticket but no communication to customers on their website for any of it.

    @Shawhelp But it's time consuming, the TV settings show our WiFi signal is strong & everything else in the house works, so why should I? It's just the tech concept is faulty.
