Was caught in an online chat with them 2.5 hours to get an answer to a question that could have taken 5 minutes over the phone. Then I had no way to lodge a formal complaint about my experience.

If you can clear this amount now, that would help you with past due days. Otherwise, you would need to pay the full $282.30 in 13 days. Of course, $300 in 3 days would totally cover it.
