WTF @Shawhelp someone from there calls me with a decent deal for Internet/cable. I’m on the train so I ask them to call my wife instead. They never call. I try and contact you guys when I’m back from vacation and no one has a goddamn clue 🤬

Total cable and internet outage. @Shawhelp will send someone Tuesday...... 5 days from now..... Security camera, remote access, security alerts ALL run thru wifi. Not to mention having to use our phone data for my wife who is working from home. #unacceptable #shawnohelp

@musicbaum @ShawInfo When my Grandma died and we cancelled her services they were almost militant about us sending her equipment back. It was so odd because usually their customer service is pretty good - in my experience.
