I’m tired of waiting on hold @Shawhelp. I’ve already talked to an agent to let them know I’m cancelling my service. There is really no need to transfer me to “the loyalty department” to complete this cancellation request. This is very poor customer service.

@Bell_MTS - for the last year we have been able to use @Netflix_CA even though we have @shawhelp Internet. All of a sudden that channel says we have to subscribe to your Internet. We switched from yours because it's awful!

Hi @Shawhelp I called to report that we don't have any cable and I've been put into line for a long time now. This has been in our screen since last night and it's kinda annoying for we are paying a lot of money monthly and yet we are not getting the service promised. 😡

But there is one flaw with the application system @Shawhelp. Why can I only allowed 3 devices at one time. A customer should be able to use the Television BlueCurve Free TV application on a minimum of 10 devices. cc @ShawInfo

@Shawhelp Everyday my service gets worse. At least once a day I have to unplug my modem and then disconnect it. For the past week or two it is happening twice a day. I have just had to do it again for the third time since noon today. I would call, but that doesn't work either.

@Shawhelp What would be great is if you actually used this Twitter account to inform and communicate with your customers. Kinda like BC Hydro does. There are clearly issues in Vancouver Kitsilano areas but no updates, no information from Shaw. Why have a help account if it’s not utilized?

@ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp @TELUS It really depends on "what's available" in your area. There's no Telus Fibre Optic where I live, but the "Shaw cable utility box" is on my property. From a customer service perspective, I would have already switched. I'm a captive audience, based on what's available.
