    @Shawhelp you guys need to get your support, apps and chat features fixed. 2 hours on chat and it just closed... The app crashed. No answer or anyone that seems to be able to help or fix an issue I've had for 5 weeks. Fed up and grumpy....@TELUS wanna buy out my contract?

    Where is the NFR @Cowboy_Channel @ShawInfo @ShawDirect ? Paid money to have the Cowboy Channel so we could watch the NFR and you give us some stupid tailgate party then some old rodeo. WTF

    I remember when @Shawhelp was actually good. Every support action online now takes over an hour and simple yes or no questions from them take 10 minutes to reply. You guys really need to concentrate on one chat at a time, it's so fustrating as a customer.

    @Shawhelp How about someone takes charge of issues, follows through and solves the problems. Been over a month with corrupted PVR recordings, yet everyone at shaw acts like it's a new problem...looks like others have the issue and it's been happening for a few years.

    @Shawhelp is there a known issue of recorded shows where the audio is silent every 15 minutes or so for 2 seconds, makes watching anything annoying....not wanting to spend hours on support to be told there's nothing wrong, as per my last 2 support experiences.....

    Hey @Shawhelp ... Is shawmail down right now? My email app is asking me to re-login only for it to tell me the credentials are incorrect. Then tried web mail and I also can't seem to login. Only started a few hours ago?

    @Shawhelp Why is it always a struggle to connect to Tubi? Yes, I have unplugged and restarted my box multiple times and it rarely connects. Iโ€™m paying for the service I expected it to work. If not, I expect a discount on my bill this month because this is ridiculous.

    @Shawhelp We really need wait times & callback from Rogers with Shaw support. We had this for > 10 years before it was stopped. Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold โ€ฆ no clue whether we will wait hours๐Ÿ˜Ÿ
