Every support action online now takes over an hour and simple yes or no questions from them take 10 minutes to reply. You guys really need to concentrate on one chat at a time, it's so fustrating as a customer.

No answer or anyone that seems to be able to help or fix an issue I've had for 5 weeks. Fed up and grumpy....@TELUS wanna buy out my contract?

No it is not higher than normal, you just don't care that much to make the wait time shorter. Tried calling last week though and it just hangs up.
