    @Shawhelp is there a known issue of recorded shows where the audio is silent every 15 minutes or so for 2 seconds, makes watching anything annoying....not wanting to spend hours on support to be told there's nothing wrong, as per my last 2 support experiences.....

    @Shawhelp you guys need to get your support, apps and chat features fixed. 2 hours on chat and it just closed... The app crashed. No answer or anyone that seems to be able to help or fix an issue I've had for 5 weeks. Fed up and grumpy....@TELUS wanna buy out my contract?

    I remember when @Shawhelp was actually good. Every support action online now takes over an hour and simple yes or no questions from them take 10 minutes to reply. You guys really need to concentrate on one chat at a time, it's so fustrating as a customer.

    @ShawInfo Just had the worst experience with shaw that one can imagine. 10 days before moved explained I need Internet bz I WFH. Was promised I am moving at a service area just to take modern and it works. Now missing my work, and doesn’t very rude agents are rude msg. #worstshaw

    @Shawhelp @ChrisLaBossiere He uses his real name and you cannot get customer service to look it up?? You want it out of the public eye not to solve the problem and you can only do this?? (Sorry Chris but I have had other companies do this sort of PR move to me over problems.)

    @ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp I had a similar problem in 1998 and until I got a manager in the phone, they didn’t figure out that there was a problem with the buried cable coming to the house. The ran a temp cable from the light pole. Fixed the problem. Then next spring they traced the buried cable.

    @Shawhelp is probably the worst company out there. Literally in the middle of a pandemic and absolutly 0 support for your customers. We should have switched a long time ago. Companies are really showing what really matters to them right now.

    For over 6 weeks, our cable feed has not worked. Over half of our channels are pixelated ‘ unable to watch. @Shawhelp hasn’t helped. With two trips here, blaming a feed problem outside the house, and providing no updates. This is just a desperate escalation on NFL Sunday!

    @sarahconnorjohn @Shawhelp @cbcfifth Shaw bot to an agent or phone if I have to, there are a few different numbers to try on the site but the bot usually gets you through to the dept pretty quickly. Worst case you can make the agent supply you with info on your acct to help you too
