    @Shawhelp is there a known issue of recorded shows where the audio is silent every 15 minutes or so for 2 seconds, makes watching anything annoying....not wanting to spend hours on support to be told there's nothing wrong, as per my last 2 support experiences.....

    I remember when @Shawhelp was actually good. Every support action online now takes over an hour and simple yes or no questions from them take 10 minutes to reply. You guys really need to concentrate on one chat at a time, it's so fustrating as a customer.

    Where is the NFR @Cowboy_Channel @ShawInfo @ShawDirect ? Paid money to have the Cowboy Channel so we could watch the NFR and you give us some stupid tailgate party then some old rodeo. WTF

    @Shawhelp you guys need to get your support, apps and chat features fixed. 2 hours on chat and it just closed... The app crashed. No answer or anyone that seems to be able to help or fix an issue I've had for 5 weeks. Fed up and grumpy....@TELUS wanna buy out my contract?

    @Shawhelp @social 5) Your staff are selling a crappy new 3rd party service for a splash page. Via @aislelabs is a baby ๐Ÿ‘ถ corporate company that doesn't reply to tweets promptly. They have a terrible system. I spent 2 hours with a Shaw support staff. Still no Splash Page. I am baffled. Now??

    @Whofreak555 @Shawhelp Support lines busy with many calls causing long wait times? Sounds like a lot of customers are having the same issues. Itโ€™s almost definitely on their side. What city? My TV & Internet are both out in Edmonton

    @rgstone1 @Shawhelp Historically they have had decent customer service. Standard message has been "we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes". No it is not higher than normal, you just don't care that much to make the wait time shorter. Tried calling last week though and it just hangs up.

    @ShawInfo customers, recommend not getting the new Shaw Blue curve PVR! Itโ€™s a POS! And customer service ainโ€™t much better!

    @Shawhelp Yeah. There are issues from time to time. Like last NCIS episode had no sound for 3/4 of it's broadcast.
