Every support action online now takes over an hour and simple yes or no questions from them take 10 minutes to reply. You guys really need to concentrate on one chat at a time, it's so fustrating as a customer.

We tried trouble shooting with Tech Support and it still didn’t work. Tech support said it was because our home wasn’t set up for it and that it wouldn’t work.
