Heaven forbid you want to speak to a person. Online chat is a robot so useless. Agents don’t take the time to actually look into anything with any effort.

Daphne Walking Bird (@WBDaphne) reported@AmitAryaMD It was a bad outage, but it isn't true that millions of Canadians couldn't call 911. 911 calls on Rogers and Fido phones would use the Bell or Telus networks if they were available. But, it's true that hospitals couldn't call families.

Jon (@09rtse) reported@JJ_McCullough If anything this is proof nothing should be centralized. How is it Interac also suffered an issue? Blamed it on telecom issues, yet Telus controls 90% of telecoms in the west…not rogers. But somehow Interac only uses rogers telecoms? Mmmmhmmmm
