Has anyone elses @TELUS service been ****** lately? Mine's been glitchy and lags everytime I use the guide. I've reset everything by unplugging and plugging in again. Had service guys out here 3 times in the last 4 months. Is @shaw any better?

hey @TELUSsupport, I’ve talked to two Telus tech support people already today. No access to Twitter, app or browser, while on wifi. Fine on data. The tech guys reset it and I get access for a minute, and then it goes out again. I see BC also had this issue.

@TELUS great customer service, yeah right. Absolutely brutal! Told everything was fine with transferring internet and Optik TV last week. When it wasn’t someone supposed to call on Monday and finish job. Didn’t happen. Called twice and on hold for over an hour. Shaw here I come.

@hayu yet AGAIN, the Hayu iPhone app, the Apple TV app, Telus app & the streaming method - NOTHING WORKS. I spend more time fighting with your system than I do watching shows. I'm not paying for this anymore!!!! Worst quality of any streaming service period.

Nothing better than breaking away from a company that infuriates me. That company is TELUS. Overall one of the worst companies in Canada. Endless arrogance and ineptitude in terms of price, service, options and "not listening" to customers. Second chances are over and done.

@jaykaypee14 I’ve vowed to never to go back to Bell/MTS after ****** service years ago. Been with Shaw for home services for almost 20 years, Telus and Rogers for cell as well. Minor hiccups here and there but overall the service on a bad day still exceeded Bell MTS on ANY day. Good call.

@BigNasty6oh4 Can't comment about the quality of Telus (not available in my neck of the woods) but typically the companies offering good prices and promotions to get people to sign up are a nightmare to deal with if you have problems and jack the prices up after your term.

@adolwyn Had a visit from a very eager Telus sales guy on Thursday, despite my assertion that the service I was receiving from Shaw was excellent, and theirs was unlikely to actually be better, he convinced me with $90 cheaper for the same level of service, including paying my Netflix.

@TELUSsupport we live 30 K north of Kamloops on Yellowhead Highway 5. We are halfway between Barriere & Kamloops. Cellular service for phone & hub is erratic & unreliable everyday. This has gone on for many months - calls to Telus do not improve service.
