Christina Easton (@chreas21) reported from Leduc, Alberta@TELUS customer service is appalling. It’s not the agents fault I am sure it is the culture that has been created. Heaven forbid you want to speak to a person. Online chat is a robot so useless. Agents don’t take the time to actually look into anything with any effort.

Mike Chernichen (@MChernichen) reported@jillschnarr Do you feel good about a company that bullies customers to purchase new home security systems by issuing a threat to refuse to monitor the customer's existing system? I received a registered letter today from Telus doing just that. Sounds like I should be talking to the CRTC!
-
polarissucks (@ilikefastintern) reported@CKCapitalxx I know a big problem for ast/bell/telus in canada will be that everyone has a starlink mini for their car now that lives rurally. Already bought and less monthly than paying for a family of added sat service. It will hurt them a bit in the short term here.

Lianne Raymond (@Lianne_R) reported@TSN_Sports Hoping to watch the Miami tennis women's semi-final starting at 5:30 PDT - but my guide on Telus Optik for TSN2 shows a blackout until 6:30 PDT.

Shell Shock 420 (@Drkronic) reportedHey @TELUS maybe get some support staff and customer service instead of calling me every time I’m one day late stop being ***** and help the customer
-
Corey Haywood (@CoreyHaywood) reported@TELUSsupport @TELUS maybe hire some people in the call center who actually know what ******** they're doing and actually have the facts about everything needed. Just such insanely unacceptable customer service from this garbage company.

bigmacd (@bigmacd16684) reportedA threat actor breached a Telus International BPO support agent's Okta SSO account on March 12, stealing 8 million Crunchyroll Zendesk support tickets with names, emails, and IP addresses. #databreach #cybersecurity

Hossein (@Hosseina1378) reported@TELUS i cancelled my home service three months ago I am still receiving bills. After receiving negative bill and three months i received a bill of 101 today, is there any service you have been providing me that I don’t know? Do you have a system in place at all?

Ray Gaur (@raygaurca) reportedTelus now is my largest holding. It is down 6-7% for me. However, one year of dividend should comfortably make up for the loss. $T $T.TO

Nima Zabihpour (@nimazabihpour21) reported@Bell it’s 2026, why does your mobility services not support outgoing caller name display? This should be stardand especially for business mobility clients who want the name of their business shown when they call clients. Telus and Rogers has this standard.

Techjunkie Aman (@Techjunkie_Aman) reportedThey didn’t leak passwords. They leaked something worse. Crunchyroll breach: • ~1.2M emails confirmed (subset of a larger dataset) • Third-party vendor (Telus Digital) compromised • Malware → Okta SSO → internal tools exposed (~24h access) Data taken: • Emails, names, usernames • IPs + approximate locations • Full support tickets (billing issues, chats, activity logs) That means attackers know: • Your recent support conversations • Billing disputes or issues • Account activity patterns Enough to send highly convincing phishing. Timeline: • Mar 12 → initial breach • Mar 23 → ~6.8M emails claimed • Late Mar → data sold on forums • Apr 4 → 1.2M verified (HIBP) Crunchyroll says no passwords leaked. But context > passwords. What to do: • Change password (especially if reused) • Enable 2FA (authenticator app) • Check HIBP • Watch for targeted emails/SMS This was a supply-chain breach.
