    @SCUBADubois @TELUS @CRTCeng When we moved last September I fought with Telus to extend the contract at the new pricing. They wouldnt do it. So we just called in for "new" service under my parents name and got all the deals/freebies so easily.

    @TELUS where are the reward points for my cell service? I pay $163/month and get nothing. The pmt is never late & I’ve been a customer since 2012. My Home Services are LINKED. Norton Security is LINKED. My Apple Watch is LINKED. Fourteen points in almost 2 years?? C’mon #telus

    @TELUS how many clients are your online customer service chat agents expected to juggle at the same time. 20 minutes to confirm one detail, and a call from same agent asking for a different client confirms they juggle clients instead of resolving issues and moving on..

    Just going to put it out on here if you are a TELUS customer and you are having slow service with them check your network for unauthorized access on ur internet always take time to search your wireless access for any provider just take a second for your security

    @TELUS after three agents the best I got was, "wait for an email" with your imposed May deadline for #PikTV service I'd certainly like to have the required upgraded boxes ASAP . Customer experience on the decline ..

    @Ell_Chris I emailed picture of the "Telus Field" parking sign, and the "ReMax Field" sign at the entrance, and said I wasn't aware of any event at (or the existence of) "Telus Field". I was then told the issue was resolved.

    @chinookag @TELUS Time to try Starlink? Entry cost is high but, so far, reviews are pretty stellar. 150 Mbps seems widely reported. If it works for you then you could use a VoIP service to carry your phone lines as well.

    @RealisticSter @TELUS I like your thinking. Filled out a form on Starlink's website a week or 10 days ago but haven't heard back. Ready to try anything at this point. Our Telus hub worked great until late Nov but seems 2 quit min 3-4 times a day and needs to be reset. Telus customer service sucks.

    @jeffspears01 Earlier today, we experienced a service outage in parts of Western Canada. Affecting wireless services and some wireline customers. Our team immediately identified the outage and restored services within an hour. TELUS thanks its customers for their patience and understanding.

    @TELUSsupport Thank you for the quick resolution. I was trying to check something on my phone while at work, without wi-fi access... I don't think it was just Telus, as no networks were showing LTE available, only 3G, which also wouldn't connect.
