    @TELUS your south Edmonton common store just refused service to my mother-in-law. She has a medical reason to not wear a mask. You are not allowed to ask her her reason under Canadian privacy laws and are not allowed to refuse service under discrimination laws. Fire them all.

    @momfromearth @davehodge20 @WhitecapsFC You think Telus is any better? They sent my job to India in 2019 and then announced higher stock dividends the next quarter. This problem is systemic.

    @TELUSsupport hey Telus! Merry Christmas. Just wondering if I can get a technician out to troubleshoot my network speed. Had 150 upgraded to 1gb plan, but I’ve never had speeds reach 100mbps. Thanks.

    @BilskiSuzanne I still have one because every time I try to cancel it Telus lowers my rate and offers me discounts on my cable/internet. Pretty soon they will be paying me to have a landline. (I’m 48)

    @WhiplashHimself I got Telus at my old place because I got 4 months free and I was just moving on my own for the first time. My boyfriend who I now live with also has Telus and had just renewed his contract in 2019 for 2 years. Now it’s gotten so bad we can’t do basic internet things together.

    Telus internet has created so many problems with my streaming schedule 😩 if things continue like this over the next month or two we’re going to need to switch ISP’s. With that being said.... anyone know if anyone is hiring? Mama needs a new job ASAP.

    @TELUSsupport Customer enters into a 2 year agreement at a set cost, not supposed to increase. @TELUS pulls channel from a subscribed theme pack. #TELUS charges $5 to add the missing channel. TELUS pulls a fast one to extract money from customer. @GameShowNetwork

    @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS I had an instalment for May 6 but called in to make a change in channels but found out that the app was canceled!! I never canceled anything so they set new date for May 12! Sorry not waiting 14 days for service! So ended up canceling the order!

    Today, I log into my bank account. Telus refunded me. I log into Telus, my bill due May 5 has been unpaid. It says it will auto withdraw on April 28. Telus, what ******** is going on? Do I leave you after a decade of service?????

    @tmarshalltransp At One point in time I think it made a lot of sense to run two phones. It really doesn't today. Both Bell and Telus (IDK about Rogers though) are offering plans with 50gb of data, unlimited North America calling and service in both Canada and the US for $100 a month

    @Danilo74588232 @vancolour @Dave_Eby Not exaggerating when I say that there has not been a single “CRA” call. However, note that sometimes even legit companies might have a problem reaching you. For e.g., Apple could never reach out to me for a support call. Telus can reach me though to sell security products :-)

    I can't make voice calls either inbound or outbound. Telus support had me reset my network settings which blew away my Galaxy Watch completely. I was forced to factory reset that in order for it to work. Now I Have to choose between data or voice. @TMobile will give me voice

    @TELUSsupport so my Telus Pil TV again is not working. I bought a new Apple box cause you told my pol box was too old and not going to be replaced but after two weeks of hood tv now it is “not logged in” and won’t let me log in.
