@TELUS @TELUSsupport @teluslabtest I just spent 2 hours troubleshooting with a rep in regards to not receiving incoming calls on my cell phone for 2 weeks from Mar 30 to April 10 as per bill. They would NOT help me with compensation after problem fixed and regained service.

@JohnZmhr @plbg_s @Bell @TELUS They can also make VODs free. It's not like people aren't paying for service. I pay nearly $200 for landline, internet, and TV (basic + Cantonese). It's probably why so many are switching to Netflix.

@telus @TELUSsupport when I say “activation code” to your annoying IVR, it should send me to technical support, not billing. 30 mins waiting on hold for nothing. It’s 2020 and voice recognition is better than that.

@SteveThePylon @dailytechnewssh @TELUSsupport @TELUS @Rogers I also used to use Shaw. Had to reboot my modem if I needed to work for an hour without lag. When I called to cancel, they tried to sell me some sort of speed boost service. Nope. They should've just never slowed it down.

@SteveThePylon @SamInYEG It depends! Ive had good experiences with telus. For example i just upgraded my internet from 150mbps to 1gbps and it actually dropped my cable/internet bill by $50 per month. They were doing the internet for $85 and they gave it to me for $65 as a long time customer lol.

@TELUSsupport I used to work in Assure. I've done everything on the last 24hrs client-side to fix the connection and eliminated all other conflicting devices. This is a TELUS-end issue. At the rate I'm going, my upload may be finished before my workday ends. I'm not risking it again for t/s.

I pay nearly $200/mo for sub-par service. In Canada, the internet is an essential service. Imagine getting power or natural gas 60% of the time. @CRTCeng @TELUS

The last minute "we care and value your business" after you've been telling them the issues you're having with their service is beyond insulting.

@pwbarron @TELUS Amazing tweet. $54 billion. If only a percentage of that was to improve Telus "customer service" you would be miles ahead. Instead miles behind (and expensive!). Customers cannot find staff there capable of "answering questions" re: service that should be on FAQ on your website.

Nothing better than breaking away from a company that infuriates me. That company is TELUS. Overall one of the worst companies in Canada. Endless arrogance and ineptitude in terms of price, service, options and "not listening" to customers. Second chances are over and done.

@TELUS Unfortunately promises of free calls stayed promises. Was billed and charged for calls to Ukraine. Promised the fix by Telus reps for over a month. Nothing happened. Completely disappointed!

@as_per_danielle @BigNasty6oh4 Disagree. I switched to SHAW a 2 years ago. Price was way better - hence the reason I left SHAW. But I’m my area at least, the reliability of the service doesn’t compare. I like the Telus Optik interface better too.

@BigNasty6oh4 Depends where you are. Telus fiber internet is far superior to Shaw imo, but Shaw does TV better. I chose a better internet service over a better cable interface seeing as I mostly watch streaming services anyways other then live sports.

@jaykaypee14 I’ve vowed to never to go back to Bell/MTS after ****** service years ago. Been with Shaw for home services for almost 20 years, Telus and Rogers for cell as well. Minor hiccups here and there but overall the service on a bad day still exceeded Bell MTS on ANY day. Good call.
