    @TELUS customer service is appalling. It’s not the agents fault I am sure it is the culture that has been created. Heaven forbid you want to speak to a person. Online chat is a robot so useless. Agents don’t take the time to actually look into anything with any effort.

    @TELUS your OpticTV app is terrible. I just rest my password using the link from the app and it still won’t log me in. Very un-user friendly.

    @retsbewm @TELUS @Bell @RogersHelps Telus has same coverage as Bell/Rogers off the Trans Canada (done speed tests on my moms Telus phone) and in Brandon Telus has better service

    @Kim_Buckley @koodo @TELUS You get what you pay for. I have great cell/data service but their phone customer service is trash. All the people in the stores have been awesome tho.

    Hey @TELUS We @FreeOfViolence need 65 phones for a facility for folx who are recovering from #COVIDー19. Refurbished is cool, just need to be able to contact family & friends for comfort as will be in isolation, & will make contacting staff easier, if they need help.

    I have to give a huge thanks to @TELUS My wife (and her kids) are now working from home. We have never reached our data limit never mind going over. A quick chat with a representative and now we have unlimited data for 2 years at no extra cost! #yyc #Telus

    @JohnZmhr @plbg_s @Bell @TELUS It's strangely an 'essential service' that has been rationed out by providers and streaming services it seems. Imagine if gas was only working 80% of the time or electricity was 60% power.
