The names they gave me were ‘Joe’ and ‘Lovly’. Extremely rude and unhelpful. I even asked for a supervisor, and was refused.

Today I used Shaw's call back service, they called back in 20 mins, recording said I was in "Position 1" in the queue and it still took 1 hr 15 min to speak with someone.
