    @Shawhelp My wifi is off sending this tweet because it is slow. I’m asking telus how there optik cable install is going because all we can get for tv and Internet is Shaw. We’ve had nothing but troubles w/ wifi, cable and billing.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS When you’ve been using PureFibre internet for over 4 years and to find out that the new home you’re moving into does not have PureFibre even though the website and TELUS support confirmed that we have it, is a shitty to find out on your moving day 👎 1/2

    .@TELUS @TELUSsupport has by far the WORST customer service in Canada. Never had no call back option and an estimated FIFTY FIVE (55) MINUTE WAIT TIME. When you pay $250 a month you expect a modicum or customer service

    @AllyBertamini @BarbSchmidt4 @TELUSsupport @DebraPurdyKong - As someone who works in related technology field, I can imagine Telus is putting a momentous effort in. These failures can be so complex that restoration can take longer than even the IT techs expected. Telus for sure working hard with no sleep on this issue.👍

    I seriously recommend that people NOT get services with @Shawhelp. They don't keep their word and customer service is atrocious. Telus is your better option.

    @TELUSsupport I understand that scheduling and servicing takes time. However, we’ve been a TELUS customer for a long time and for a communication company, communication could be greatly improved. Now we wait... and looking at other providers that could get us connected ASAP. 3/3

    @pacificbird @TELUSsupport Yeah been getting those too. Email is very sporadic. What might not send right away, ends up going a couple of minutes later. I checked the outage page and Telus is still experiencing issues. Supposed to be resolved sometime around 1 P.M. PST.

    @TransLink The problem here is that Shaw, at best, is free for 1/2 hour if you’re not one of their customers. Telus (what’s in Metro Vancouver taxis) would’ve been better. That’s actually free.

    I’ve had TELUS at my condo in Gastown for over 20 years. Way better service and 4K services. Waiting for them to arrive in Yaletown to switch over.

    @JDotSinton @shazmamithani @cpsbc_ca Hey Jules it's unlikely any new FP physician will issue a 12 month prescription on first meeting regardless of your condition being stable because thyroid requires monitoring, usually 3/12 is max Rx. Nothing to do with Telus

    @TELUS Just got off the phone with loyalty and I am appalled at the complete lack of customer service when dealing with your apparently lying employees. Shocked that I was told that Telus is willing to have me leave (mobility, internet, and tv) over a $50 fee that s/b waived.

    Calls placed through other networks such as Rogers, TELUS, or NFTC are connecting. Work is being done with Bell to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and HHHS will provide an update when the issue is resolved.

    @youinthebushes @TELUS @Shawhelp I think Shaw had made a deal so that a lot of condo buildings exclusively install only their stuff as well, effectively locking out Telus. The whole thing is a mess. Also I've been told Telus support is not much better. You're really just getting the fibre internet.
