  • Aanshik1 aanshik1 (@Aanshik1) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUSsupport I have sent you a DM about my ongoing internet connection dropping issues with Telus internet with my case details, kindly respond to my DM, thanks.

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@casper5803 @richardzussman @TELUS where are they getting these agents so quickly? Great if they actually can, however, the reality remains where are they getting them & why werent they deployed yesterday when it became obvious their ineptitude was creating huge issues?

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Bzubyk We all know it’s drivel damage control written by a PR hack. What it didn’t say was how they were going to remedy to situation. Probably because that cost $ & everyone knows @Telus is loathe to spend $ on much but virtue signalling PR campaigns.

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@keithbaldrey If youve ever had to deal with @Telus you’d know this fiasco is par for the course. On a good day Telus is in a tight battle for one of the worst customer service, unresponsive, bureaucratic co’s in the country, on a bad day you get what happened.

  • rjfoster1511 Rob Foster (@rjfoster1511) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUS @TELUSsupport WHERE ******** ARE YOU??? 8 HOURS WAITING FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. BEYOND ******* RIDICULOUS NOW.

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@entwistled is CEO of @telus perhaps worst company in Canada. More interested in PR & virtue signalling than actually serving customers. Inept, bureaucratic, misleading, hopelessly horrid customer service & actually bankrupt of purpose & direction. Avoid this clown show of a co!

  • sapessi Stefano Buliani (@sapessi) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

I get that there's a new version of the Pik TV app for Android and you are excited for the to update, @TELUS. But unless it's absolutely necessary, forcing me to upgrade or quit when I launch the app is the worst experience!

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Bzubyk @TELUS If you’ve ever had an issue with this horrid Telcom, you’d understand how bureaucratic & truly Inept they actually are. This isn’t really all that surprising when you team an inept co with an obviously feckless bureaucracy

  • SamGorC SGC Dream a little. Dream a lot. (@SamGorC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

I love how Telus wears "we have the best customer service" on its sleeve and it still billed me AFTER I CUT MY SERVICE. I hate your service even more without even using it. That's a new low for a company in my books.

  • SuzieCanuck Sue🇨🇦 😎🍺 (@SuzieCanuck) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@lumme_s @VsFan Don't disagree but my sister on Telus say the same...telecom just **** us over...where Where's the government?

  • SamGorC SGC Dream a little. Dream a lot. (@SamGorC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

I swear, putting me on hold for so long when I phone you to cancel my internet service just reinforces the fact that I want to leave. Like do they think it's a tactic so people get impatient and hang up? Really Telus?

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@keithbaldrey Good for @Telus to remedy the issue with the call centres and finding ppl to man the phones. Just curious why Telus can’t respond to actual customer concerns that quickly & remedy issues that arise. Funny how that works.

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@richardzussman @TELUS couldn’t organize its way out of one car parade. A truly horrid company. It’s no wonder this clown show was a failure. The govt should’ve known how bad Telus was before allowing them to undertake the task. It’s no wonder it failed. Relying on Telus is abysmal organization

  • rxstephanie Stephanie Hahn (@rxstephanie) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@steeletalk I found out via media...I am so very upset as we have been asking to be included and “radio silence” and then “boom” media drops this important info? We don’t have unlimited staffing and people like @TELUS to help us man the phones...why no notice to supposed front liners ! Sigh

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@PaulDoroshenko Except @Telus is far from an expert at much of anything. Their reputation is horrid at most everything. Even their own employees acknowledge how bad they are.

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@maxfawcett You haven’t lived until you’ve had to deal with Telus customer service. A vacation in hell would be more pleasant than dealing with the abomination that is @Telus

  • mmgreid Mark the Teacher (@mmgreid) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@CBCStephenQuinn just last week I had another awful call with @TELUS over the the 50% hike in my monthly home services bill. Loyalty discounts just don’t exist in the #telecom sector and they REALLY should.

  • CiaraHempseed Ciara Hempseed (@CiaraHempseed) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

I’m just far too exhausted. I’ve exhausted every option other than going to Er st Paul’s And it’s just blah The doctor on Telus health app felt all bad last night

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@kboyd05 Good luck. Took 1.5 hrs to deal with @TELUS yesterday to deal with an over billing issue. On any given day, Telus is possibly the worst company in Canada to deal with. Bureaucratic, unresponsive, inept, and that’s just the start.

  • msmit Michael Smit (@msmit) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@telus my gigabit internet is now 25mb. It has been atrocious for over a year - see the history of Speedtest results above. I have several key video calls late tonight and this is too much of a risk. Please help.

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • jsscpnnck Jessica (@jsscpnnck) reported

@ms_chanty @TELUS Looks like mine just came back I did talk to someone at Telus and they said there were a number of towers that lost service because of the storm. I figured that’s what it was

  • kees_kaleido Kée (@kees_kaleido) reported

I didn’t get the Emergency Text that others got sent out earlier today. I saw the alert on TV and I was watching the storm on the @weathernetwork ’s app and that’s how I knew to take shelter. What happened? @TELUS @TELUSsupport #onstorm

  • Hunkerton Hunkerton (@Hunkerton) reported

In summary the family doctor crisis in BC is bad for all of us, but the solutions offered (use apps from TELUS, expand walk-in clinics that run offices for docs, and spend gov money opening urgent care centres) are particularly bad for disabled and chronically ill ppl

  • The_Gary_B Gary B (@The_Gary_B) reported

@DrBrendaHardie @SeijPonchie Yup. And Horgan will be on the Telus Board of Directors within one year of stepping down as Premier.

  • Asuley CPB Andre (@Asuley) reported

@spotterSteve26 @TELUS They came to our place twice ("sorry, I forgot I was here yesterday"), and thankfully I was home so I could answer as they evidently have a way of talking down to women. 🙄 Lady across the street took them up on the "free" security cams, tho. Already installed. #scam

  • TannisBell1 Tannis Bell ☸️ (@TannisBell1) reported

@SeijPonchie @eatonhamilton Telus has an in-home alert system for elderly peeps who are alone & might be prone to falls. It's cheaper than the other similar systems in BC. This could have been a gov't funded service, but they're tapped out from giving our taxes to big oil & gas.

  • JanetRWees Janet Wees (@JanetRWees) reported

@JulieYAli @TELUS Document everything and write a letter (I use snail mail) itemizing all the issues. I find that when they are itemized people read them, because of the expectation. I've had too much misinformation from different agents for certain companies, so I go right to the top.

  • JanetRWees Janet Wees (@JanetRWees) reported

@JulieYAli @TELUS Sometimes those to whom you are referred get defensive. Maybe they think they will be blamed or they know that they don't have the answer. Advocate for yourself and if that means cc'ing CEOs then do it. They need to hear what's going on in customer service so they can fix it.

  • ms_chanty Chantelle (@ms_chanty) reported

@jsscpnnck @TELUS I'm scared to go back home. Don't want to be left in the dark and have no phone service.

  • ms_chanty Chantelle (@ms_chanty) reported

Anyone else without phone service in Whitby @TELUS
