February 2020: Bill goes to me advising on arrears. Acct was not cancelled. Pin, birthdate, account number, address provided and accused voice being too young and refused to cancel.

The names they gave me were โJoeโ and โLovlyโ. Extremely rude and unhelpful. I even asked for a supervisor, and was refused.

Today I used Shaw's call back service, they called back in 20 mins, recording said I was in "Position 1" in the queue and it still took 1 hr 15 min to speak with someone.

(govt and ftc keep promising it) but it turns out to be contracted 2nd-parties off of rogers. pfft starlink....$60 for 875kb/s up???? no thanks. rogers and telus...thats it. the rest are regional and 3rd party.
