    @wingsnation @ShawInfo We just moved into a new neighbourhood, #Telus never ran service into it so we are stuck with using Shaw... Today I used Shaw's call back service, they called back in 20 mins, recording said I was in "Position 1" in the queue and it still took 1 hr 15 min to speak with someone.

    @rhythmteacher I’m with Telus for everything. Bundles. Service is ridiculous these days though. No matter what time of day o call in (odd time when I need to) on hold for an hour. Who the f**k has time and patience for that?

    I think next billing cycle I’ll withhold payment @TELUSsupport @TELUS. Make you wait until the funds are available (even though they are) like you make me wait on hold. Your level of customer service/tech support has dropped significantly these past few months. Unacceptable.

    Day 26 of waiting for my iPhone 12 Pro to arrive. After 90 minutes of waiting on hold, support unable to give any idea when I'll get it. Oh, but @Telus already billing me as if I have it. Hope it arrives before @Apple announces the iPhone 13.

    @lizthegrey Oh, super interesting. What did you use? Right now I have a telus box going into a Google wifi mesh + cat6 off the Google wifi (the house is all wired). Would love to be able to skip one hop and have internet go first to the wired network then wifi from there

    @Bzubyk We all know it’s drivel damage control written by a PR hack. What it didn’t say was how they were going to remedy to situation. Probably because that cost $ & everyone knows @Telus is loathe to spend $ on much but virtue signalling PR campaigns.

    @TELUS @FriendlyFuture @redcrosscanada You pik tv sucks. Everyday I get the same error you have exceeded your limit, when no one is logged in. I do not have time to call you everyday and sit on hold. I will be canceling my services as this has gone on for almost 2 years and you have done nothing to fix it.

    @theDanalytic The quality of the Telus signal is much better than either Sportsnet Now or TSN GO, or even the NHL TV streams. I have not had any major issues with customer service and bundling my TV service with my internet & mobile means it is not much more expensive than paying for the apps.

    @mrdeclanregan "Fibre" is kind of a term people get hung up on. You can get gig speeds on cable modems now. Actual fibre not really necessary. Service availability still needs work, and I'd expect a good chunk of this funding to end up in Shaw/Telus bank accounts.

    Hey, @TELUS @TELUSsupport - I bot @Huawei smart hub 3 yrs ago. The last year, it’s garbage. Can’t watch Oiler’s games, nor watch a show while my phone is connected. Garbage. I pay you $435/mo, and I’m about to CXL everything b/c I’m so pissed off. Fix this -
