These failures can be so complex that restoration can take longer than even the IT techs expected. Telus for sure working hard with no sleep on this issue.👍

@pacificbird @TELUSsupport Yeah been getting those too. Email is very sporadic. What might not send right away, ends up going a couple of minutes later. I checked the outage page and Telus is still experiencing issues. Supposed to be resolved sometime around 1 P.M. PST.

@TransLink The problem here is that Shaw, at best, is free for 1/2 hour if you’re not one of their customers. Telus (what’s in Metro Vancouver taxis) would’ve been better. That’s actually free.

.@TELUS @TELUSsupport has by far the WORST customer service in Canada. Never had no call back option and an estimated FIFTY FIVE (55) MINUTE WAIT TIME. When you pay $250 a month you expect a modicum or customer service

@TELUS @TELUSsupport has been nothing but awful transitioning over from another carrier. Sales associates lie and feed us unrealistic numbers with the hope we just lay down and take it. Not a good way to earn new customers or expect any manner of loyalty.
