@pacificbird @TELUSsupport Yeah been getting those too. Email is very sporadic. What might not send right away, ends up going a couple of minutes later. I checked the outage page and Telus is still experiencing issues. Supposed to be resolved sometime around 1 P.M. PST.

@TransLink The problem here is that Shaw, at best, is free for 1/2 hour if you’re not one of their customers. Telus (what’s in Metro Vancouver taxis) would’ve been better. That’s actually free.

.@TELUS @TELUSsupport has by far the WORST customer service in Canada. Never had no call back option and an estimated FIFTY FIVE (55) MINUTE WAIT TIME. When you pay $250 a month you expect a modicum or customer service

I seriously recommend that people NOT get services with @Shawhelp. They don't keep their word and customer service is atrocious. Telus is your better option.

These failures can be so complex that restoration can take longer than even the IT techs expected. Telus for sure working hard with no sleep on this issue.👍

@TELUS what a surprise prize today when I got a text from a technician saying they were coming to hook up the internet. I cancelled that appt last week and Shaw came and hooked me up on the same day. Your communication with your staff is just as bad is your patrons

@rodmickleburgh @TELUSHealth My wife and I have had 6 successful virtual appointments with fam Drs through Telus Health. WE HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED. Our long time FD died and we can’t get another. Lining up at 7 am at a walk in clinic is ridiculous. WTF else are we supposed to do?

@richardzussman Telus Health keeps me from having to sit in the Emergency Room at the hospital for 5-6 hours just to get a prescription renewed. So... I for one am thankful they are there. I can almost guarantee you, TH is not charging for anything covered by MSP.

Choked that @telus is charging a 1.5% fee for using credit cards to pay our bills. We already pay over double what our American/Australian counterparts pay for the same plans. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Something is wrong here.

NEW: The BC government has filed for a court injunction against Telus Health and Telus LifePlus paid service to see a doctor for allegedly contravening the Medicare Protection Act. @adriandix says access to healthcare should not be based on ability to pay.

@Bzubyk I'm not sure I totally agree, Brad. I was pretty nervous about giving Telus carte blanche to bill the public purse every time they or their computer believes they've done me a medical service. That seems ripe for exploitation, in the hands of a company less noble that Telus. 🙄

@RobShaw_BC @TELUSHealth We already have a multi tier situation if a medical service like a MRI is backlogged and for so many without a doctor if they can afford a Telus one they do. We are years away from solving our shortage.

@RobShaw_BC @adriandix People are paying Telus for the technology to allow them to deal with a doctor online or through video. The health service is paying for the actual medical service delivered. The technology is not something the BC government offers. Everyone knows they don't do "tech" well.
