There’s also the white pages online. Last week I phoned Telus directory search for a phone number in Sask, the service texted me the name, number and address.

I'm just dreading the whole slog into Telus' special version of 'customer service' tomorrow. Wish me luck. It will likely consume my whole day & leave me in a terrible mood.

The agents in Telus El Salvador have a mediocre English level, they can't even understand a spelling, they work with "scripts" unnatural customer service, then they grow after 1 month of training without any exp in airlines at all

Telus (or other service provider) needs your consent aka PERMISSION to public your name/address in a phone book or online listing, or to use the information for other purposes.
