But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. I know someone who works at one -- third party supplier to Loblaws, Shoppers Drug, etc. The call centre employees don't care at all about the customer or the company, and laugh that they give misleading information such as, "Yes, that product was prepared in Canada." By that they don't mean that it was MADE IN CANADA. They mean that it arrived in a shipment from China and was put into a Canadian package. They laugh about it. I believe that one store was fined for their BS about products being Canadian.

I called again, another trailer trash answered the phone again, I hanged up again. Called third time, a filipina answered the phone. And I was like, thank God.
