@Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

@Videotron so I get my old plan back but if I want a new phone I have to lose my plan completely, what a load of garbage. Tell me why should I stay when Bell and Telus are being more competitive for my business and you lot don't care.

@gmail Can someone please help @TELUSsupport figure out what they’re doing? This migration is a nightmare. It has locked me out of all the Google platforms I used my Telus email for. There has to be a way to fix this without creating a new email address

@TELUS How can I stop the bogus calls I’m getting about an income tax issue? Two yesterday, one today...so far. I let them go to message. Then I block the number. Caller ID says Aldergrove, BC.

Telus optik app truly ruins watching tv. Freezing streams and jitters with bad audio sync. There are other apps that do this with less processing power. Come on and fix this.

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K
