But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. Peter the dim (@Peter69906073) reported@jodyvance @TELUS Telus. Told them the PVR was the problem. Several looong calls with Guatemala, Philippines, India, each with a "FIX". Stopped one problem, caused another. Finally they did what I told them needed to be done. Sent a tech with a new modem. WASTED many hours of my time.

Like why don't your support employees just know wtf i told the previous 4 regarding the same issue? Even passing PostIt notes would work better, but I guess your asses are too wide and brains too narrow

Currently I think I have 250 something. They offer me about $90 a month and upgrade to 1Tb which I don’t need at all. However,Rogers doesn’t service my area, so I am stuck

It is so bad, our provincial government funded an investigation and report. Result? We need more cell towers. Will the communication companies put up the needed towers? No. Yet they keep pestering us to buy new services. Why would we do that without the towers we need for support?
