@Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

@TELUS 20 years with you with an 9 years same phone on a 80 dollars a month package and all you can offer me is S22 at 50$ a month with a 65$ a month package ..what kind of fidelity deal is that. 4 hours wasted on the phone not a good service one bit. losing a loyal customer.

Nothing like “signing a 2 year agreement” where you’re locked in but @TELUS seems to not know about the discounts they offered. Oh and when you call and wait on hold an hour you get sent to loyalty and they hang up 👍 bruta service.
