    @Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

    @potf_racki @AgrippaFerda I don't know if it's an issue in Edmonton anymore but the cable switch boxes out here may as well be a lunch box. Kids literally kick them open and rip the cables out. **** heads too. Telus and Shaw need to up their utility box game.

    2/2. So now @Telus wants us to pay $480 to replace the free equip they provided us 😳. Oh, and continue to pay for the service. Trying to wrap my head around how their bad judgement call becomes my issue. #shoppingfornewinternet

    @TELUSsupport 2/2 ~Daman committed to returning in “2-3 hours” as that’s the time required to issue new work order! Telus is responsible for completing the switch today as Shaw is discontinuing my services by 5PM TODAY!!! Please confirm.

    Pretty ******* sad when you have 2 bars of @TELUS bullshit cell phone service and yet still can’t stream anything…….I think it’s time you guys upgrade your **** already. I’m so done with you. I’m signing with @RogersMobileCa in November. Thanks for 20 years of nothing #Telus

    @TELUS Have you ever tried saying "pre authorized payment" to your rubbish *611 bot? It makes that "thinking sound" over and over and over until it hangs up. After about 6 months of making manual payments I just said "representative" over and over to get past your broken bot.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport totally ruined my enjoyment of the hockey game because your wifi service was **** and took down my app and then wouldn’t let me back on before I missed the 3 goals were scored in the third period alone.

    @TELUSsupport Yes. Years actually. I’ve been yelling at you guys (unfortunately you & your social media team who have nothing really to do with it get the worst) but since Feb 2021 I’ve been complaining to you guys just on Twitter. I’m going to be a former 20 year Telus customer real soon

    @Telus has the absolute worst service at least in Alberta. However I love how they continue to give back to the community.

    @TELUS We are approaching 2 years since one of your contracted technicians drilled into our sprinkler system causing extensive water damage to our strata. When will our strata see the $75000 reimbursed? Work this out between yourself + the contractor. Give us our $ back now.
