But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. For copper services yes I can see the sub $70 being the norm. High speed rates like 250-1g are in that $80-100 Mark. I pay $90 for $500. Beyond satisfied.

My provider offered a service where someone not in my contacts calling me for the first time would have to "press 1." I set it up it, it took one minute The calls disappeared immediately.

You literally have to threaten to cancel services to even get a decent discount or price. We are so limited to our options which sucks.
