    @Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

    @TELUSsupport city of Moose Jaw, Sask inbound DIDs all saying "Network Busy" from external networks. Appears to only affect numbers ported from other carriers to Telus Integrated Communcations.

    The device is Samsung Note 20 Ultra and i explained the same to Telus and Mobility support also. But they dont care what customers say. They go with Courier what they say. I asked them if i have received the device i should have activated it and asjed them to check the IMEI

    @TELUSsupport it’s been approx 25 days I shifted (port in) to Telus from other network. Seems it’s the biggest mistake one capsule make. Spoken to 13 TELUS CUST EXECS so far. No response from Telus till date. Pathetic customer service. Telus unable to resolve its own Faux Pas

    @TELUS Nobody is willing to fix their own mistake in Telus. No call recorded? Telus said I have two options 1) return the phone and wait for the next sale but not guaranteed 2) Just accept my deal and use the phone as it is. What a great customer service!

    @TurnerOnAir @TELUS I have had nothing but great experiences with @TELUS. But after this idk. They address checker says we have Fiber to our apartment, and the box is on the wall for it, but the wire was never fed up here... I am not happy.

    @PurolatorHelp Thats more worst on the part. Without delivering to me your people are saying delivered and Telus is not ready to investigate about the delivery. But as a customer i have to suffer on all ends.
