@Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

Thanks alot For damaging my Credit. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE November 15 2021 I told them shut off the account my House was Destroyed in the Merritt flood your own customer service said no problem we will shut off the service I go too buy @TELUS @TELUSsupport

@JeffTetz Digital hoarding is a thing. Bookmarks, photos, bills, emails, texts, etc... I have emails with contracts and monthly bills for Shaw, Telus, etc. Never read them.

My dads been a @TELUS customer for 35 yrs - I took over his account 5yrs. ago for my cell. I used to get a loyalty discount. Tried calling to get it reinstated and no one would take my call (they wouldn’t even transfer me over)? Deals going to new ppl and not loyal ones? Brutal.

Hey @TELUS, don't mind taking calls from your sales guys, they've got a job to do. I do get quiet mad when, after talking with them and telling them they need to offer me something better than what I have, they tell me to, and I quote, "**** off mother ******" that is ridiculous.
