    @TWilsonOttawa Grasping at paper straws the lot of them, terrible. We need CRTC reform & removal of that ex telecom telus Bell exec friendship guy.

  • spikestabber
    bren bear πŸ»πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ (@spikestabber) reported from Milton, Ontario

    @TimLCriddle @TELUS @Bell That announcement was jumping the gun, suspicious timeline like they were testing waters as more important issues takeover headlines.

  • sharpie_360
    Nick Sharpe (@sharpie_360) reported from Erin, Ontario

    @Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

    @alleria_eh Bloody idiot. Here is a PARTIAL list. You are using most. X itself Your Canadian internet provider, such as Telus, Rogers, Bell, or Shaw, routes traffic over an internet backbone that uses equipment, software, and services from numerous U.S companies Apple (if using an iPhone or iPad). Google (if using Android, Chrome, Gmail, or Google DNS). Qualcomm (chips in many Android phones). Intel or AMD (if using a PC). Microsoft (Windows, Edge, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.). NVIDIA (graphics hardware in many computers). Visa or Mastercard (if paying for X Premium or making online purchases). PayPal (if used for payments). Cloudflare (many websites, including services connected to X, rely on it). Amazon Web Services (AWS) (many internet services depend on AWS, even if X itself does not). Oracle (enterprise software and cloud infrastructure used across the internet). Cisco (networking equipment carrying internet traffic). Meta (if they also use Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Threads). Adobe (if editing photos before posting). OpenAI (if using ChatGPT to write posts). GoDaddy (if they own a website linked from their X profile). Verisign (operates key internet infrastructure for .com and .net domains).

    @CTVToronto and they borrow Billions of dollars in our names, give it Bell, Rogers, Telus, etc., just to build more slop that will NEVER deliver Artificial Intelligence. Sickening. Served up by our own god-damned government!

    @TheRiversEdgeAB Telus internet sucks.

  • NuggetCapital

    @BDEPardell When I look at $T.TO I just dont' see it as cheap, not on a historical basis or to peers. So i guess it comes down to whether they can monnetize the Telus Health and in what amount. 5% yield is not going to entice Canadian dividend dogs. Pipelines were over 8% when rallied.

    - Confirms $AMZN as a customer for SATCOM - Confirms $IBM and $GOOG as customers for AmpliTech's cryogenic LNAs for quantum computing R&D - TELUS LOI of $40 million already exceeded - New purchase orders from new major MNOs to be announced Insanely bullish.
