@Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

@RogersHelps Telus seems like a good switch now. Even where I live in Burnaby the Rogers network has a dead zone and I’m lucky to get even 1 bar. I cannot even make a call from some rooms in house.

@TELUSsupport @telus The website Tech Chat bot desperately needs an upgrade. Entering info 3 times and circling back to previous menus doesn't solve problems. We want to delete our internet account. #frasercanyon speeds are not speeds #unlimited really isn't, is it. #dobetter

@SteveMtnman Dunno if it helps, but our "standby" rate for Telus (ie. no service used) is $35/month and our "standby" rate for Rogers is $8/month (per truck). Of course one still needs all the equipment to run them, but the monthly cost isn't prohibitive.

@kirbycar47 @chaser321 Never had any problems for this long, service wise with Telus or Koodo when I was with them. They’d be down an hour or so most. This Rogers outage is going on around half a day at this point lol. At least Telus gives you reliable service while gouging your wallet, not Rogers tho
