    @Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

    @TELUSsupport Countless reboots. I've filed a complaint with the BBB & CRTC and @Telus "phoned" yesterday using Spydial or similar app to avoid my phone ringing and to go straight to voicemail. I put up a YouTube video the last time they did this. Telus playing their usual little games.

    @TELUSsupport I received my new phone but I was supposed to get a "gift"/promo of wireless headphones and it wasnt in the package. I called customer service and they couldn't help and said I never ordered them? I don't understand lol it was a promo package? Telus why

    @cridge17 @TELUS IM WARNING YOU BUDDY. FROM ONE CUSTOMER TO ANOTHER. I HAVENT HAD A SINGLE POSITIVE ENGAUGEMENT WITH TELUS OR PROPER SPEEDS IN 10 YEARS. IT WILL BE GOOD FOR A COUPLE WEEKS BUT YOU'RE GONNA END UP HAVING TO CALL THEM EVERY OTHER DAY TO MAKE SURE THE INTERNET EVEN STAYS USABLE.

    @maxfawcett I have experience with all: Telus is leaps and bounds above the rest in customer service. They work hard to keep users satisfied. Bell slowly screws you by edging up your bill until you complain. Rogers makes it so hard to deal with you just give up.
