@Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

@MarkBourrie If you think Telus is the answer, think again . I got a better deal through my union. Cancelled Bell. Telus set me up with 2 accounts, one phone and started sending me past due notices on the 2nd account . That took weeks to fix.

And I have an appointment with @Eastlink to do an install. They have an online chat which makes all the difference to those of us with hearing / audio processing issues. Telus has phoned me 3 times and it's just like, nope, I'm done with vocals for the day. Maybe tomorrow.

@mishelleorama @TELUSsupport Hence why i havent made the switch. Nothing but horror stories about telus help desk. Im sure Shaws not perfect but I havent had any issues with support!

@MarkBourrie Doh. U have to mention it. The # of disconnects, the # of diff people u go through, how no one knows anything, how many times u are placed on hold to verify, how many times u are transferred. Some people on Telus are recording it all on twitter. See the Telus support account.

@tcollicutt @drewfurn @TELUS I very much doubt those are the reasons why Telus want to upgrade the network. If there's a lack of clean drinking water in rural communities, there'll be a lack of people living there too. Learn to walk first, before you start running.

I seriously cannot handle @TELUS wifi anymore. I shouldn’t have to turn off my wifi on my phone every single time I want to use the internet. It’s been like this for months and months. Is it only me having this issue?
