Telus Issues Reports Near Acton, Ontario

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Acton and nearby locations:

  • spikestabber bren (that fringe Bear) 🐻🍁 (@spikestabber) reported from Milton, Ontario

@TWilsonOttawa Grasping at paper straws the lot of them, terrible. We need CRTC reform & removal of that ex telecom telus Bell exec friendship guy.

  • sharpie_360 Nick Sharpe (@sharpie_360) reported from Erin, Ontario

@Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

  • spikestabber bren bear 🐻🇨🇦 (@spikestabber) reported from Milton, Ontario

@TimLCriddle @TELUS @Bell That announcement was jumping the gun, suspicious timeline like they were testing waters as more important issues takeover headlines.

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • EDenhoff eric denhoff (@EDenhoff) reported

@Bzubyk You can get through no problem to the for-profit Telus online doctor system, of course!!! If their docs were doing the vaccinations, they’d have had thousands of operators!

  • ceebeeradio Butkus The Dog (@ceebeeradio) reported

I can't believe telus dropped the ball providing customer service and fulfilling their contract. No one that has ever tried to contact a customer service rep via their website could have predicted this!

  • allogan2 al logan (@allogan2) reported

@richardzussman Finally got thru to the elevator music this morning, then to a real VCH/Telus? person around lunchtime. She was very nice and helpful, but I was obviously her first customer. Took her a long time to wade thru her computer and find the right questions to ask me.

  • richardzussman Richard Zussman (@richardzussman) reported

Premier John Horgan taking questions now. On VCH problems for vaccine call ins, Horgan says other health authorities did well and are disappointed in what happened. Points to the apology Telus just issued. #bcpoli

  • Terryw2017 Terry W (@Terryw2017) reported

@RobShaw_BC @JoePerkinsCHEK @TELUS Good intentions going forward despite bush league planning to date. Now let’s see what they do. Telus now owns this issue along with the Minister.

  • fashagrizz jeff novinger (@fashagrizz) reported

@Bzubyk Saw a note from Telus explaining they provided the 156 agents the govt asked for. Have added more for a total of 550 agents. Not one to defend Telus but they did what they were contracted to do and more than doubled in less than 24hrs. Poor forecasting by the govt. is the issue

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@casper5803 @richardzussman @TELUS where are they getting these agents so quickly? Great if they actually can, however, the reality remains where are they getting them & why werent they deployed yesterday when it became obvious their ineptitude was creating huge issues?

  • OllieMcClellan Ollie McClellan (@OllieMcClellan) reported

@chengsophia @j_mcelroy @TELUS Well, I will never feel bad for TELUS at all, but goodness knows what world these people must have been living in to think TELUS wouldn't fail when you needed them most.

  • Madchemist69 MadChemist (@Madchemist69) reported

@riarenouf @NEWS1130 @TELUS How many people called????? How many people were eligible to call????? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 seriously????? Folks blaming the government are the same folks who still can’t read an arrow in a store aisle!!!!! Ah can’t fixed stupid.....sad fact......

  • Schlumpfpilz Varina Crisfield (@Schlumpfpilz) reported

@MaxAmerongen @TELUSsupport I remember when my phone line was down and Telus kept asking me a for a number they could reach me at. Uh, ***...
