@Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

WARNING: @TELUS advertises refurbished phones as brand new phones then in a few weeks when the phone craps its pants Telus gives you the middle finger & tells you it's not their problem.

@TELUS rips their good customers off. I ordered a brand new phone & they sent me a non functioning refurbished phone & won't do anything about it. 8 loyal years with them...never had to chase me for payments & this is how they do you. Now I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work.

@TELUSsupport Your Tech team has did all step and they are saying this is good you’re getting 500Mbps. Manes I have to pay for 1GB and gets 500Mbps that what they’re saying. This is support Telus giving the solutions. This is kind of making the fool to customers and making money by Telus.

I just heard from TELUS.. no resolution at all.. She told me to go buy a new phone as the old stuff doesn't work with new technology . That's not what she told me in writing . I filed a complaint with the CRTC. Lets see if corporate lies are fine with them.

@sensfan9116 See I like the idea of moving to Calgary. Cheaper housing, lower taxes, etc. But I'm such a lazy ****** I'll probably spend an extra 400k on an apartment to avoid moving to a new city and having to do **** like update my driver's license or set up Telus again.

@VirginPlusCare frustrated with the lack of customer support. Was looking at upgrading to an iPhone 13 last night, the app said $0 down, today it’s $330! No warning that a promo was ending and the call centre says they can’t help. Bell & Telus both have $0 down, time to switch?
