But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. Dean Skoreyko (@bcbluecon) reportedIt turns out the two days before the Summerland fire, the Penticton city council demanded Rogers and Telus to update the horrible cell phone coverage. Neither the Eby or Carney govts even bothered to respond. Now there’s 12,000 Summerland residents in Penticton trying to get information on the fire and power outage and evacuation. There’s a massive bottleneck now and getting service is intermittent, at best. Where are the temporary cell towers? Total govt incompetence and mismanagement of the entire situation.

Adjusted income still dropped 26 percent once you strip that out. I've built systems like this. The story sells long before anyone checks if the product holds up. Makes me wonder how many other Canadian telcos are carrying an AI unit priced on the same promise.

Mike Brennan (@MikeBre58407055) reported@MPelletierCIO If she was managing my money, I would redeem my investment. I'm guessing she isn't an actual Telus customer, so is clueless. The problem is the hideous customer service, they would be better if nobody picked up the phone. I cancelled my cable, took weeks.
