@tylerwatt90 BCNDP is doing this as well. Out sourcing services to Telus Health Also Life Labs is private, I believe The BC Libs cut doctor pay and people have been struggling to find a GP for over a decade BCNDP never fixed it, they funded Telus instead

@MKBHD idea for a few different episodes... Cell phones specifically for each country. Or global phones that work or don't work in different countries. Canadian here and it's hard as heck to find a global phone to use on the Telus network that isn't financed through them.!

@Melkorka12 @TELUSsupport @TELUSNews I had the worst experience with Telus "support" in the past. Very difficult to get to a live person, and then the solution offered didn't work. I will never be a Telus customer again, no matter what product they're pushing, because they don't care about their customers.

@SocMedGirlyyj @TELUS @TELUSsupport wow never heard that before. Sounds like Telus has changed. I always thought it strange that a communications provider didn't communicate with customers.

@TELUSsupport hey Telus support, I had phoned in for suspension of my home services on 27th Feb, I still haven’t received any confirmation regarding that. Unable to contact live agent through chat. Please update.@TELUS

God, the fact I can't directly buy a prepaid phone plan and instead have to top-up my account with odd amounts first is the biggest pile of bullshit ever **** you telus

  • KpHeaney
    Kevin (@KpHeaney) reported

@RahRahRaina They do this on purpose. Telus does it ALL THE TIME. If you want to ADD services, they'll pick up within the third ring. Or less than 3 minutes on hold. Anything else and hour or more, WITHOUT call back Service.
