    @VoteCanadaCom I haven’t had landline service since April. Have called @Telus repeatedly, keep getting told “they are coming”. They must be walking here from India. Will be cutting off payments since I am not receiving any service. Also switching my cell phone provider.

    to reverse the charges and they can’t do it in store. Who ******** is going to go to their current subscriber first and tell them they’re leaving? I have hated @TELUS since day 2 of switching to them and am happy to be leaving them! Most difficult company to deal with EVER

    @EPCOR Why? Are you going to repair my telephone line now? Telus is already on it. I told them to send the bill to you. Your garbage trucks are constantly hitting lower telephone/cable lines in the alley when dumping carts. I see it all the time. I'm positive this isn't the first time

    @VoteCanadaCom This is why I refuse to go with Telus. After asking to be on the do not call list I still get constant calls and people at my door. If I want your service, I will come to you. Harrassment equals no business for you.

    After a month since reporting quarterly results and cutting the dividend $T Telus is down -10.74% For the folks that continued to say the dividend cut was already baked in...it wasn't. Many aren't in the price of the stock despite the price drop leading up to the anticipated cut. Many experts on BNN were wrong and did not sell anticipating a quick reversal once the dividend was cut. After 30 days an approx. 17% spread between Telus and $BCE BCE & $RCI.b Rogers.

    @TELUSsupport I live in Ajax, Ontario and work from home. My Telus home internet has been down since early morning today. I have restarted modem multiple times. When i try to call support it's 1 hour wait time. Its ridiculous.

    @diana_murphy613 You havr other option anyways for ISP. It not a monopoly at all. Roger telus bells all have to share their fiber network with all those small compagnies that pretend to be ISP,making the load on those 3 fiber network builder harder. Its the CTC that issued it.

    @TELUS Yes, finally. It was very frustrating & felt like an invasion of privacy to answer all the questions + agent transfers simply to cancel an account that was at the end of its term. Every other utility allows you to do this online & it saves a lot of time, why not Telus?

    I've been trying to cancel my @TELUSsupport @TELUS services since Wednesday. I just got told they couldn't authenticate me, with my name & account number. I guess when you make it impossible to cancel, you figure we'll just keep paying, so it doesnt impact our credit.
