    @TELUS got an email regarding 'family' - clicked to do the survey to get the $120 bill credit - completed only to find out the credit is applied if I purchase a new device - very tricky and deceiving. Never do a Telus Survey again!

    @Hugospice @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell The smaller players leverage infrastructure from Tier 1 (Telus / Bell, etc...) at a bulk discount and resell it to you at a markup. Canada's issue is a Tier 1 issue. With the CRTC cosigning it - I'm guessing infrastructure costs are a factor.
