    @TELUS has the stupid people working for them as customer representative on the phone. : You would think when you call and give them you account number for Internet they would tell you they are not internet department but @TELUS mobility department but it took 17 min for her know

    @TELUS customer service is absolutely horrible. Regardless of when you call them, your wait time to speak to someone is more than 1 hour. Why?

    @SatiarShah So weird. I've filed a complaint with Telus. SNP is on 915 with them - it showed a message that it was blacked out. They confirm that SNP games are blacked out with them. They had me try 911. It was poker all through the game.

    Question for @cpsbc_ca: what about physicians working for Telehealth services e.g. TELUS Health, etc.? What does the assessment process look like for them? Because given the blatant and widespread accounts of poor care, it's either not happening or failing badly. 2/

    @TELUSsupport how do I stop the weekly emails & texts telling me to activate TELUS Online Security? The service came with a bundle but I will not be using it. The tone of the emails stating "immediate action required" is unacceptable, as is the lack of an unsubscribe option.
