@TELUSsupport someone has repeatedly been trying to hack into our Telus account this weekend and again today. What do I do? I changed our password just in case but the fact that they keep trying to log in is super annoying bc it keeps locking my account. Fix this ASAP.

@BigBadJuan Seems Telus worked on this a very tiny bit. But worse off are indeed these Telus customers w/ no actual phone support, all online. They encounter password changes, email addy changes, can't access accounts etc

@jonincalgary @Kristinnuendo Shaw offers fibre, unless this is a Telus fibre connection that Shaw can't use? Fibre certainly has better up and down speeds, but for most residential connections, non-fibre is fine.

@dangotoole How does O-dog still have a job there and not you? If I needed 24/7 leafs analysis, I’d watch... oh ya TSN. The only worthwhile part of the network for entertainment was Jay&Dan. Now I can get the rest from google. Screw Bell, I switched to Telus
