    .@TELUSsupport I was just on hold for over two hours, waiting to speak to an Agent. When I finally got through, it was to a French-speaking only Agent. I got transferred and had to wait again. I finally hung up. Not my first issue with Telus. Your customer service is a disgrace.

    @LilSugarMag @TELUS can relate @LilSugarMag I'm so annoyed. Have tried 3 consecutive days (one hour each) only to speak to someone who wasn't able to assist with my issue in any meaningful way. Why do I feel bad?

    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport your website is so complicated and there is nowhere to ask to speak to someone who is not a robot. People are the heart of every business. There should at least be an option for a callback. #customerservice #fail

    @TELUS @CEMonthCanada How about you reverse the credit card fees ? Times are tougher , inflation all time high and long standing customers like me with fix income have to cut down few things
