@TELUSsupport I appreciate that, while restaurants are going through such a difficult time, that Telus is responding by abdicating all but the minimum responsibility legally required. I missed a very important call back because of the interruption in service.

@TELUS I have just endured the worst customer service of my entire life. Today was my 5th postponement and I was just repeated lied to and offered $50 for my 4 days of waiting and 5 hours on the phone. Worst of all time.

I just realized that @TELUSsupport was the evil corporation that provided the cell phone tracking data to the Canadian government. **** @TELUSBusiness That wasn’t their info to sell. Glad I don’t give those bastards money. Time to sell my telus stock though.

@TELUS just wanted to say your employee Adam (phone ending in 2854) is amazing, he should get a raise! He’s been the only positive experience I’ve had with Telus, and really made up for the terrible service I receive daily from Telus. He’s the only reason I kept your service.

@TELUS hi there, there is a telus utility underground box by my house that has water coming out of it which it shouldn’t be doing. Contacted city of surrey and they mentioned this is telus infrastructure. Could you please direct me to someone who can help
