@MsShinra @TELUS That’s actually the most common source of issues online, by far. Also the easiest for a customer to fix because you just log into your router and set the dns to look up that service at a different address. Either Google’s service (8.8.8.8) or a new one by Cloudflare (1.1.1.1)

@AngryMagma Lol Bell is so terrible at least Telus would budge a bit

  • carolannbagan carol-ann: #istandwithtrudeau ,#nonracist,#BLM (@carolannbagan) reported

Is anyone Elle’s in #yeg having trouble with their @telus internet? Or am I the only luck one to be having trouble with it?

  • Miradart David J Foley (@Miradart) reported

@mendem765 @TELUSsupport Interesting. I have never heard of them, but frankly am a 'bit' suspicious. Well, frankly, of all of it now. Like, WTH was Telus thinking? Telus offered a speed upgrade that I want, but there's no way I can trust them, unless they fix this disaster.

  • nathanlaj Hi it's me, your pal, Nathan (@nathanlaj) reported

"Telus Optic TV™" is the most unintuitive irritating television subscription I have ever experienced. I can't find fricking ANYTHING without specifically searching for it. It shows me a million things I can't watch without paying extra. Every time I sit down I'm annoyed!!!!

  • FullerBrii Brittany Fullerton (@FullerBrii) reported

Wtf is a “monthly #Telus easy payment” and why am I randomly being charged this?!

  • goofygublerr Bucky Barnes floor (@goofygublerr) reported

Telus was so much better than Bell damn

  • TheTomSchellen Tom Schellen (@TheTomSchellen) reported

@Ryan24198128 @doneff72 @RachelNotley Yeah, I get that it's hard to understand that.I'll try and simplify it best I can. Telus is a company. They have service trucks. Those trucks use gas and oil. Gas prices are up. Thus, Telus has increased expenses. Telus then raises prices to maintain a GM, and voila, you pay more

Hey @ShawInfo, I’ve been away from my apartment for three weeks. Got home, my network can’t be found by any device. Texting tech support. We’ve rebooted, restarted, recycled, nothing. I’m told a tech has to come. Earliest is APRIL 10. I bet I can get Telus here faster. Unreal.
