Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Belib16 Belibra (@Belib16) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS nearly 72 hours without internet because the former residents didn't cancel their plan and Telus apparently doesn't have a process to handle this...

  • thexantar Brandon/Xantar (@thexantar) reported

@TELUSsupport Why is it your website to request condo fibre upgrades never gets a response? In St. Albert & I’ve applied three times as a member of our condo board. Telus sure pretends to care about community with ads until it takes any form of work.

  • marayavictoria Rya Victoria (@marayavictoria) reported

is Telus internet absolutely horrible for y’all too? Shaw had me so good in my last place 😫

  • eaglesfan102507 🇨🇦🦅 James Lockridge 🦅🇺🇸 (@eaglesfan102507) reported

@Storm_Mtn @TELUS I wait, in eager anticipation for the facts, proof and examples you’ll obviously provide which clearly support your statement.

  • thestrangeview Joshua Strange (@thestrangeview) reported

@TELUSsupport still no response as to why Osoyoos has atrociously slow Mobile Data speeds. 56kb/s what is this 1999? 10 minutes to watcha YouTube short? 2 hours to watch a 45 minute episode? What am I paying for exactly? Changing carriers immediately. So done with @TELUS

  • cory9917 cory persson (@cory9917) reported

@sunshine22kas @RogersBiz Sass..that’s so facking annoying …17yrs and that’s the way you’re treated?? We’ve been with Telus and no issues.

  • Iseabail90 izzy 🇺🇦 (@Iseabail90) reported

@TELUSsupport Oh hey still nothing from Telus. This is how they actually treat their customers. 3 weeks trying to get a hold of support for my broken phone and I can't get anyone to even read my messages.

  • canada_zebra CanadaZebra (@canada_zebra) reported

@IronRick6 @Captaincoby00 Exactly! It’s a poor bandaid at that. It doesn’t provide the continuity of care required to improve health outcomes. What’s terrifying is the number of premiers who want corporate telehealth as the solution. So Telus or Loblaws make $ and we get a walk-in doctor on the phone.

  • jason_leavell Jason Leavell (@jason_leavell) reported

@TELUS how is it that all phone numbers go to a Central American call Center? And none of them are able to get me the answer I need about your fiber internet, and none of them have a ability to transfer me to someone that can help? #SmallBusinesses

  • whistleblow3 whistleblow (@whistleblow3) reported

@TELUSsupport Haha, what a joke #telus is. Please spend your money elsewhere. Broken promises and abysmal customer service. They certainly don’t value me (or anyone) as a customer. Hello Shaw!
