If @TELUS/@TELUSsupport continues to be unwilling to do so, I will upgrade my RCMP complaint re: their tech vehicle to a HARASSMENT complaint given how the tech and landlord spoke to me (saying something to me in a language I don’t speak.)

@madtaffy1967 @HW87760_en @Scott_Gilmore High speed internet is not the same as cellular service. That said, thats a limitation of your provider and your province. In BC the govt worked with providers to get high speed internet to many locations across the province (Telus and Shaw)

@TELUSsupport I just transferred my number to Telus. On the website you stated the process will take 2.5 hrs, but it’s been 4 hrs and I still don’t have service.

My wife just spent 2 hours trying to re-cancel Telus accounts for an Alzheimer’s father, adding to so much mental and financial stress- including a workaround that they set up to manage this. I’d rather a day-long outage from @Rogers. Do better @TELUSsupport #MentalHealthMatters

@dbiggs0001 @frankie_tik @carinbondar The doorbell camera I have is Zmodo. Quite inexpensive to get cloud storage. Costs me $5/month for 7 days of storage, or $10/month for a month's storage. It isn't the most popular but was the best resolution for the money. The security system is Telus- was required for insurance

I’ll never understand why promotions from @TELUS are dependent on whether you’re a new customer or not. Even more confused that new customers seem to get better offers. They are also not the only ones. Why is new > existing?
