    @koodo your customer service is appauling. I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    @TELUS the @koodo website kept redirecting me to customer supper when trying to make an account and your auto messing system kept taking me in circles.

    I take my credit VERY seriously and for months tried to find how to pay this bill before it reported LATE. people at your @koodo booths or @TELUS stores didnt care to help. Now I have a late showing on my credit report, this is not on me! I demand to and my late be removed

    @MIHomeYGK Both my cell service and internet are out. Telus for cell, Bell for internet. Good thing it’s nice out.

    At 4:13pm Monday April 5th, our fibre went down at multiple locations. Getting reports Bell, Vigin, Telus Koodoo phones have no service. DSL is also down.

    @fanCRTCProfling Vidéotron had gotten Toronto spectrum. Transfered it to Rogers as part of its network sharing deal in Québec as I recall. Telus and Bell got Clearnet’s spectrum back then. Roger’s got Fido’s. Telus got Public Mobile etc.

    @AcadienSniper @Lizzouse @Bell_Support Weird part is my Bell Fibe went down at exactly the same time as my Telus cellular flipped into Emergency Call. Would be interested to see what sort of outage took down at least two providers at the same time. And yet Twitter and Discord seemed unaffected.

    @KylesWeather Exact same thing happening to me too, I have Bell internet but my cellphone is Telus (which is also down), I can connect to Twitter but no other apps will load.

    @MIHomeYGK Napanee here, Telus Mobility is down and Bell internet is down too, so between my internet and cellphone I’m in the dark but weirdly have access to Twitter and no other apps :s

    @MIHomeYGK Telus here as well and we have no service. Cogego is working fine though.
