    I take my credit VERY seriously and for months tried to find how to pay this bill before it reported LATE. people at your @koodo booths or @TELUS stores didnt care to help. Now I have a late showing on my credit report, this is not on me! I demand to and my late be removed

    @koodo your customer service is appauling. I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    @TELUS the @koodo website kept redirecting me to customer supper when trying to make an account and your auto messing system kept taking me in circles.

    @CRTCeng @CCTS_CPRST Maybe some fines will help them to have more reliable and strong network. Also they should be able to buy air time from bell/Telus for the days like today and in reverse. 21st century and we have no reliable internet across Canada, in the largest cities.

    WTH caused every cell network to drop this morning? Rogers, Fido, Telus, Koodo, and on and on. All have reported outages. I can text, but no calls. Some can’t even text.

    @Rogers @aredlight1 I so loathe Rogers. For years. Bell sucked before them too. But Rogers much worse. Oh well never tried Telus. After they fix their embarrassing mess and I can work. Gonna cancel from this corporate rat Rogers.
