@TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

@koodo your customer service is appauling. I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

@PaulDoroshenko @BCReality @TELUS Usually more detailed online via My Telus. You still get paper bills? Cancel all of those. Download pdfs for records. You can probably get a cheaper deal which is easily changed through my Telus.

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS They will take as much as they can get as often as they can get it until the potential of losing you as a customer surfaces. Ask them to explain the charges given the inconsistent internet connection & a promotional deal with a much lower rate will typically materialize. 1/

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Cancelling Telus was the best thing I did! @ParkPowerLtd has internet and it has never crashed! I pay $52/month and I have tons of smart products that don’t disconnect anymore!

@TELUSsupport I have an iPhone XR and assumed it was dying as it is struggling to get any internet connectivity, WiFi or not, for days now. But a friend with brand new iPhone 13 told me she has the same problem. What's the deal? This seems like a Telus problem.
