    @Ayan604 That is completely unacceptable, and I am sorry you had that experience Andy. This sounds like a spammer or scammer spoofing our caller ID to pretend to be TELUS.     @TELUS @TELUSsupport has to be the worst company around. Trying yo setup a new digital box for my 84 yr old mom. Get to the end and get an error, which looks like the backend is not synced with the login. OK-go to chat, put in number, says they will call in 15 mins. Yeah right

    As a Saskatchewan resident, I never expected to be contemplating switching to Rogers Wireless. But @Bell, your latest decision to cap the amount of data one can use on hotspot in a month is downright boneheaded and @TELUS is no better (having made the same decision).

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Is the most frustrating & awful company to deal with. Every other utility allows you to cancel services online. I've been transferred to 3 service reps and on hold for an hour and still cannot cancel. Ridiculous! #telussucks
