  @telus throttles my internet when I exceed my data limit because of the grandfathered nature of my contract. Painfully slow, except ads. I hate big Canadian telecom

  @MPelletierCIO I cut my Telus bill by 50%, got rid of the cable boxes and all the specialty channels and packages, now I just stream what I want to see on AMZN, APPL, etc. Telus has problems bigger than customer growth, it's guys like me staying with them, but dumping half the services.

  @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

  @TELUSsupport @TELUS @Bell whoever tf owns the tower that was knocked out in St. John’s recently is gonna have to do something about it. Service has been terrible ever since. The year is 2026. I’m in a major city on a main drag and shouldn’t be losing service flat out
