    @TELUSsupport My new house has some old security panels from Voxcom and Protectron, both of which I believe were acquired by Telus. There is no current active subscription with the panels. Am I able to remove the old system from the walls without any issues?

I thought by having Natalie coming over from Telus would make customer service better. But with Edward putting in an accountant in his place Im sure his focus will be on the customer rather than $

    @W3Sunny Hey there! Please clear cache and cookies in your browser if you are unable to load the webpage. If you're still experiencing issues, please turn off LTE and switch to HSPA/4G while TELUS technical teams are investigate and work towards a resolution

    Shaw and Telus have confirmed with us that they have not blocked our site. This appears to be a bad DNS cache that should resolve itself over time.
