@TELUS Every other week TELUS promotes some social initiative, my bill goes up $10 every other year. Canadians demand cheaper cell service. At least donate to existing organizations instead of funding these projects internally, TELUS billing is getting out of hand.

I just saw an absolutely terrible commercial for @telus home connected services. It basically shows these two young people and as they're walking away from the house the second person says "aren't you glad I set that up for you"

@TELUSsupport I talked to Telus Support three times this morning and my issue hasn't been resolved. Just got pushed to Telus customer care and waiting. All I wanted to know is when my new upgraded internet package will kick in. is this what we can expect in terms of telus service?

I don't know who signed off on this, but what I took away from that ad is that not only does Telus not set things up for you, but it's complicated enough that you're going to need help from a techie friend.
