@noahanicholls Check with Bell... I’d been with Telus over 20 years, and Bell’s offer, including new phone, was $35/month cheaper. They share the towers, so no change in service

@TheRealKeean @Victoria59L @JeanCharest_ Mr. Charest you got Huawei 5G in Telus Nationwide-Health Canada used Telus network to collect all of our Cell #'s. Simple Question: What else did they collect? Our email address's-address books? Cloud storage? Document files? You need to fully disclose what was collected!

  • nikoclacroix Niko Lacroix (@nikoclacroix) reported

So Telus uses Bell’s phone towers so if your data runs out (since it’s not unlimited) or if you use Bell wifi, which seems to always cut out or is ****, and Telus charges overages, that’s cause they’re there to put they **** in ya wallet together.

Meanwhile, @TELUSsupport is providing me with ZERO acceptable options for my home internet service, despite being a 20 year client. I know exactly how the installations work - I was married to someone who contracted to Telus for 15 years. The runaround is UNREAL.

**** Mobile and Internet Services Period. Highway robbery. @Bell @TELUS @Rogers you guys have ALL of the business. Do better. If you're not going to work on the robbing people part. AT LEAST start communicating changes better. My communications prof would have failed all of you.

@AlexDividend Do you believe in bce? People cutting cable, landlines. Really internet and cell service all that remains. I prefer Telus for that reason. Focused.

  • ExOfficerX Ex_Officer_X (@ExOfficerX) reported

@JackieBee_16 @TELUSsupport I’m thinking about ditching them both and getting Starlink when the speeds creep up to 500 Mbps. I don’t care that it’s a bit more expensive and half the speed. I’ve had numerous problems with Shaw and Telus and neither of them deserve my bucks.

  • rjzmum jody cormier (@rjzmum) reported

@TELUS I’ve been a customer for almost 30 years & am frustrated by the inability to reach support. It’s 8 pm …the site says 24/7 support… so untrue. Situation requiring the ability to speak with someone. Tried more than once this week. Looking for a new provider.

  • acheron Acheron (@acheron) reported

@lschiefner Working from home is not a lockdown. And you're crazy if you think that Telus and Bell's next-gen network deployments affected any decisions on flights, that's pure imagination.
