  • RorieRoberts Rorie Roberts (@RorieRoberts) reported from Blackfalds, Alberta

@noahanicholls Check with Bell... I’d been with Telus over 20 years, and Bell’s offer, including new phone, was $35/month cheaper. They share the towers, so no change in service

@TELUSsupport is there a problem with your network? Apps, including the Telus app, don’t seem to be working. Had to use my work iPhone (on Bell) to access my banking app.

  • pluc pL (@pluc) reported

so, **** Bell, **** Rogers, **** Telus and if you wanna be down with carriers' pitiful PR attempts then **** you too

  • cramd cramd: Marc Sherwood (@cramd) reported

I'm sick of getting nightly spam calls from @TELUS I decided to call them back and get off their "list" and their phone system just about broke me. So so bad.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

An interesting process letter out of the #CRTC who mistyped the Telus email address in regards to another process letter and telus didn't get it. It's not their problem if you don't get a process letter. Up to you to keep an eye on the active file.

@BCLions @DavidKnevel72 @TELUS Last time there was a 18 game season, you were 5-13, no playoffs. So it makes no sense you bring back the same shitty offensive line. Not buying tickets to this **** show !

  • KRaymerBishop Kari Raymer Bishop (@KRaymerBishop) reported

@SharkeyCBC @koodo I was with @Telus for 20 years and was paying more than any new customer would pay. I asked for a break and they refused. I switched to Koodo (I know, same company) and cut my bill by more than half. Of course they would rather have you switch to Telus and pay $125/mth!!!

  • Jesseveal1 Jesse veal (@Jesseveal1) reported

I love how @Telus sells you a package with super high speed, then “Regular” speed when that runs out... and “Regular” speed isn’t even good enough to open Google. What a crock of ****... be glad when my contract is up. #HighwayRobbery

  • dowdtaco Connor Dowd-Taylor (@dowdtaco) reported

@MJohnson4real @ProgressAlberta @emmadeady I worked for an ISP in Northern Alberta. They effectively had to rent bandwidth from both Telus and Bell to service their customers (little more complex but not really), so even the small telecoms companies are forced to pay the big 3 and artificially keep internet prices high.

  • MJohnson4real Michael Johnson 🇨🇦 (@MJohnson4real) reported

@dowdtaco @ProgressAlberta @emmadeady My experience was with a small (ish) ISP in Calgary called Primus. They offered a service that was closed to half the price of Telus and using Telus infrastructure. The only problem was, install and setup yourself, and good luck with sorting out any technical issues haha

  • OldbloodCaron Brendon Caron (@OldbloodCaron) reported

Haven’t been able to watch a full period of hockey in a week without it freezing. Tried two different @Telus boxes, maybe it’s a @Sportsnet problem but it’s getting really ******* infuriating.
