@noahanicholls Check with Bell... I’d been with Telus over 20 years, and Bell’s offer, including new phone, was $35/month cheaper. They share the towers, so no change in service

@mov46 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I agree way too complicated. I can’t miss my hospital calls and doctor calls and my dads nursing home calls. It’s never the same number.

Warning for anyone considering @koodo. Purchased a refurb iPhone, came with the screen falling off and had to visit 3 Telus locations and spend over an hour on the phone just to find out in the end they will send me a replacement in a few business days. Terrible customer service.

@NoLogsNoCrime I will try this. We had Telus internet, too. But my strata won’t let fibre and Telus makes the other service useless so you’ll upgrade and we couldn’t run the business so we had to switch. Pretty sure that’s not solved so no going back.

@TELUSsupport - I now have a broken TV for 48 hours due to your technician damaging my property when he attended my home to do fiber install. I am paying for optik TV with NO TV and I have NOT received the courtesy of a call from TELUS on how they will rectify this situation?!

Apparently the way @TELUS/@TELUSSupport resolves serious issues is by choosing to go SILENT instead. Well, they can stay as silent as they want, but I certainly won't be. Absolutely disgusting, the way they as a company (and @TonyGeheran) are conducting themselves.

I’ll never understand why promotions from @TELUS are dependent on whether you’re a new customer or not. Even more confused that new customers seem to get better offers. They are also not the only ones. Why is new > existing?

@ItsDeanBlundell @MerlinofCanada @Rogers I moved to Canada in 2003 and signed up with Telus. We've used them for our landline, cellphones, and internet since then without a complaint.
