@cathy_fillion I'd been a Telus customer for years but switched to a different company in November. Better fibre optic & the service is great. I don't know if you can get it in your area but I'm using Eastlink.

It's now been over 48 hours since I requested a callback "within 15 minutes" from @TELUSsupport. I am now preparing a complaint to @CRTCeng for @TELUS failure to meet contracted service requirements. Telecom's failure to provide basic customer service is an ongoing national issue
