The girl looked at the parcel and insisted I take a photo of the package with the receipt as proof based on her experience of lost returns. Mine was fine.

I phoned them up and got it down to ~$115/mo. When I said no TV just internet, the conversation changed it seems.

Currently I think I have 250 something. They offer me about $90 a month and upgrade to 1Tb which I don’t need at all. However,Rogers doesn’t service my area, so I am stuck

jodi birdsall (@jay_elbee) reported@jodyvance @TELUS My good friends quit trying with Telus and switched to Shaw/rogers, they are much happier with the service now and it’s apparently cheaper. They pay less than I do, a long time Shaw customer. For 2 yrs you’ll get a better deal.

Polcia456 (@polcia4561) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Yes, there’s room for lowering g the cost. Having worked for AT&T and Telus I know they have huge infrastructure build costs. Plus a horrible regulator that increases costs. Nevertheless, they are lots of opportunities to reduce internal costs of their business processes.
