@koodo your customer service is appauling. I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

@TELUS the @koodo website kept redirecting me to customer supper when trying to make an account and your auto messing system kept taking me in circles.

I take my credit VERY seriously and for months tried to find how to pay this bill before it reported LATE. people at your @koodo booths or @TELUS stores didnt care to help. Now I have a late showing on my credit report, this is not on me! I demand to and my late be removed

@sdjmaxwell @windypopfarm @Walkerfarm306 Good question. Sasktel uses odd LTE bands for longer range. Do Telus phones use them or do you get generic phones and just get poorer service than someone with a 100% compatible phone would get?

@bobbyandlila in BC... for phone/tv/internet for the home, our family has had Shaw and Telus at separate times (bundle of all 3). both have been "satisfactory", as in.. no worse than any large company. for cellphone, i've used Virgin mobile... it's "fine". again, no major problems, it just is.

Idk how 6 hour maintenance is acceptable when other isps like telus and their pure fiber have nowhere near as many interruptions. actually ridiculous that my internet is out for 1/4 ofthe day when I pay for 500 up/downand I get 50 down 16 up

Man #shaw is the worst... when I say I have been having the same issue multiple times and your tech just repeats “I understand” when they clearly don’t is just so aggravating... should have ran new lines in our whole neighbourhood years ago... so much down time time for #telus

An update: The owner of this cell phone tower being @bell is spending money to upgrade the radio service that this tower uses. I'm miffed that it's not being upgraded to 5G service. So don't expect @Bell or @TELUS to roll out 5G service any time soon in the #Kitchcner area.
