  @koodo your customer service is appauling. I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

  @FenderGuy69 I bought an S20 5G right from Telus. They had a deal that brought the purchase price way down. Buying any "flagship" phone at full price is crazy imho. Since these things only last a few years, lower capital cost is good.

  I take my credit VERY seriously and for months tried to find how to pay this bill before it reported LATE. people at your @koodo booths or @TELUS stores didnt care to help. Now I have a late showing on my credit report, this is not on me! I demand to and my late be removed

  @TELUS the @koodo website kept redirecting me to customer supper when trying to make an account and your auto messing system kept taking me in circles.

  @TELUSsupport Um, support twitter person? You responded 6 hours after I tweeted. The problem had been long solved and the feelings of animus to @Telus that were slowly dying are now inflamed by @TELUSsupport getting back to me SIX HOURS LATER on a medium built for immediacy.

  Don’t book a @Telus home security installation if you want to order the @NHL Centre Ice package - it won’t let you! Called tech support, got thru after a painfully long wait, got directed to customer care- closed until tmrw. Missing a good @CanadiensMTL game

  @DGlancie @TELUS You happy with Shaw. I have been super loyal to telus and haven’t really wanted to switch but I can never watch my hockey games with any sort of confidence that it will work. It’s been pretty terrible and they charge me nicely.I really only have the service for sports

  Why can't I get through to @TELUSsupport ? Why do I have to wait an hour to speak with someone? The signal is too weak and I'm getting a pixelated screen, or the screen just freezes. Doesn't @TELUS care about its customers? What's the number for Shaw?

  @Dosange @TELUS I have a rule, if I have to call Telus for a problem, I want $100 an hour including on hold time....I tell them this each time and they give me it (pro rated) each time...try it

  @TheDividendGuy Funny that for cable/internet in BC, I’ve found Shaw seems to have the best offerings and support while TELUS has struggled. Lots of internet and cable issues with TELUS.
