    @koodo @TELUS this all has to be a joke right? This has been going on since the spring. And nobody can fix this? I have been given empty promises over the phone. Im tired of this, ruining ny credit and costing me money. Expect a lawsuit in the comming weeks. Im done with asking

    @FenderGuy69 I bought an S20 5G right from Telus. They had a deal that brought the purchase price way down. Buying any "flagship" phone at full price is crazy imho. Since these things only last a few years, lower capital cost is good.

    @TELUS the @koodo website kept redirecting me to customer supper when trying to make an account and your auto messing system kept taking me in circles.

    @koodo your customer service is appauling. I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

    I take my credit VERY seriously and for months tried to find how to pay this bill before it reported LATE. people at your @koodo booths or @TELUS stores didnt care to help. Now I have a late showing on my credit report, this is not on me! I demand to and my late be removed

    @TELUSsupport The mobility payment is resolved! Now it showed that I am up todate! Thank you! Next my Telus Home Service is having problem too! Luckily I retained all hard copies and again always up to day, I had a credit of one month plus $30.00 in my account! What is going on!

    @TELUSsupport Cat got your tongue? I've done the DM thing with TELUS people - as you know. They've basically told me to pound sand - but 'nicely'. NMD. I didn't ask for Google, now you guys won't lift a finger to make sure a customer stays happy. One with a future of MUCH more data use too.

    @TELUSsupport tower has now been taken off the outage map as being fixed, but all Telus clients in this area are still having major issues! Our hub is still unusable &cell service spotty. Can you please advise what is happening? I tried that number &they have no info they said

    @SamsungCanada I reached out to livechat and they said they had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't help me. Is there a general shortage of devices in Canada or maybe it is a @TELUS issue instead?

    @TELUS @FriendlyFuture They came and added a grounding like to an overhead power line right across my back gate. Without my permission cuz as a company they do not care about the individual. I am a Telus customer and they supply home services to me. Yet they still do not care.

    @TELUSsupport Back when you did your own email, 'reviewing' didn't take this long. Sounds more like Telus is walking away. I know I'm being difficult, but I'm sorry if I'm the 'problem guy' pointing out how poorly Telus is handling all of this. R U guys getting ready to be bought out?
