@koodo your customer service is appauling. I have been trying to connect to to pay my bill and your phone service wouldn't connect me to a live person I went to your booth in the mall and 3 @TELUS stores asking how to pay. I was told to sign up online which your site didn't allow

At the recommendation of @ICBC, I have just filed a report with the RCMP regarding the driving/parking of the @TELUS/@TELUSSupport technician, and have forwarded the file # + copy of incident report to a TELUS manager I was in communication with.

@TELUSsupport I received the “gift” TV from @TELUS I’ve call the support center for help setting it up including asking why my system keeps freezing. @TELUSsupport does not help setting up the tv. I’m not sure what else to do?
