At least with Shaw I can send a DM and they help me online pretty quickly. All the call centres are a joke now.

They must be hard up for $140 bucks. Customer service clerk was pretty rude when I asked for the penalty to be waived!! Classless move.

Call Rogers, tell them you're a telus customer and ask what they'll offer you to switch. Take that, call Telus - leverage it for a great deal.

Back to #Rogers you lost $3k/yr 4 lines over $400 credit.
