@TELUS @TELUSsupport I applaud you for your great "customer service." I encountered some problems, but no one has helped me resolve it. This is the second time that I got screwed. I'm sure this will again be ignored, still I want to post this.

  • NicoletteOlivia Nicolette (@NicoletteOlivia) reported

@telus @TELUSsupport really has the worst customer service. No call will see you spending less than an hour on the phone. Plus after my 4 days of no internet, where I was promised a $30 credit...I've been charged the full amount. Now waiting OVER AN HOUR to have this sorted out

  • BumbleWander Lost Covid (@BumbleWander) reported

@DestructoDawn @TELUS Did the UCP take over Telus? Otherwise, the errors make it seem hacked.

  • chrisalecanada Chris Alemany 🍁🌹 🍉 🌲 (@chrisalecanada) reported

@rodmickleburgh @TELUS late to the party as I often am. lol. I'm on the Telus side. Home internet service they win hands down particularly with fibre, but also reliable cell service in more regions. It's all too darned expensive, but they are simply taking full advantage of a broken system.

  • TELUSNews TELUS News (@TELUSNews) reported

.@TELUS’ net additions of connected devices were 110,000 in Q3, an increase of 23,000 from the year prior. Powered by world-leading customer loyalty, their PureFibre network, and copper-to-fibre migrations, @TELUS also reports 75,000 wireline customer net additions in Q3.

  • chvyshld chvyshld (@chvyshld) reported

@DestructoDawn doesn't change the fact that telus does not have reliable service and their customer service is the worst. no internet is a big deal when its down in our house.

  • DestructoDawn DestructoDawn (@DestructoDawn) reported

Hey, @TELUS, why does my home network, which worked FINE two hours ago, now tell me I need to log in (when I already HAVE) and then send me to a login page that's full of errors?

  • DestructoDawn DestructoDawn (@DestructoDawn) reported

Our home network is password protected. For whatever reason, today, it now prompts me over to a telus page for pure fibre to sign in again, which keeps failing AND IS MEGA ANNOYING. GIRL'S GOT **** TO DO.

  • DJS_Poker DJS (@DJS_Poker) reported

@telus is the nut low, worst coverage, worst customer service etc etc

  • TELUSNews TELUS News (@TELUSNews) reported

In Q3, @TELUS’ continued commitment to peerless customer service, bundling mobility and home services, and leading network quality has once again resulted in a churn rate below 1%.
