  @TELUS has a great scam. Move to another province and they nail you a penalty of 10 bucks for each month left on your term. They must be hard up for $140 bucks. Customer service clerk was pretty rude when I asked for the penalty to be waived!! Classless move.

  @austynpaul_ @TELUS I was going to switch to Telus from Shaw for their 4K sports, but after a friend’s been waiting 3 months for their “Free 4K TV”, I changed my mind. At least with Shaw I can send a DM and they help me online pretty quickly. All the call centres are a joke now.

  @natvanlis i was browsing through the tv channels on Telus tv,wanted 2 c if the Rocky horror show extended version was on as i didn't get 2 watch it earlier as my wife thinks it's stupid but I love the show,so I get Hollywood suite up on demand & find the carmilla movie on it😁

  @PatBlackstaffe @TELUS Tek savvy does use voip for its landline service. $22 a month for unlimited north America calling. You can also pay less. $10 for just local calls. I'd definitely pay the bit extra to not have to worry about long distance calls.

The CEO: "Yes, absolutely. We're a direct supplier to them". No reseller in between. And Telus now comes to AMPG for NEW product development. More configurations. "Which we'll be announcing". THE NUMBERS. Roughly HALF the $40M LOI equipment already delivered. Orders received now EXCEED the original LOI by $5-7 million. Shipping every day. Most LOIs in telecom die quietly.   @SonyaPaterson I have been with Telus for my cell phone, back when they were Clearnet. They called me the other day and offered me an amazing deal on internet and steaming. As I moved along asking more details, the woman from Telus asked me where I lived and when I told her Toronto, she said she needed me to spell that for her. She said she needed my assistance with the township in Toronto. I asked her how she couldn't know the city of Toronto when Telus is a Canadian company and that I had never been asked for a township. I asked her where she was calling me from and she said, India. I was disappointed about that. Shame on Telus. Farming out jobs for cheap. I'm not giving them any more of my business, but I'm told Rogers is doing the same. Is that true?

  @TELUSsupport @TELUS most ATROCIOUS customer service…your agents constantly have to “consult” because previous agent didn’t make notes about why I’m calling. been on hold for 59+minutes & counting. All because u STOLE $800+ from my dead father’s account. Just want the $ back!

  - On 8/6/25, I also just so happened to be going northbound on SWRT; though I heard (& caught a clip of) other people's phones getting bad WPAs from ~20 km away at Osborne Stn, the Telus cells in the area behaved properly at that time. It wasn't until Nairn that I busted 116222.
