@PatBlackstaffe @TELUS Tek savvy does use voip for its landline service. $22 a month for unlimited north America calling. You can also pay less. $10 for just local calls. I'd definitely pay the bit extra to not have to worry about long distance calls.

  • dwdumpy Don Dempster (@dwdumpy) reported from Medicine Hat, Alberta

@Navin_K_Arora @TELUS @TELUSNews The service being given to @TELUS business clients is absolutely terrible yes the world has created difficult times but I still have a business to run and a response from your company that says “we have no intention to talking to you or calling you so go to my telus wow awesome

@austynpaul_ @TELUS I was going to switch to Telus from Shaw for their 4K sports, but after a friend’s been waiting 3 months for their “Free 4K TV”, I changed my mind. At least with Shaw I can send a DM and they help me online pretty quickly. All the call centres are a joke now.

  • lesmishatgroup Les Miserables (@lesmishatgroup) reported from Cypress County, Alberta

Still no webmail from Telus! This is beyond bad! #telusfail

  • RobeyEdith Geanine Edith Robey (@RobeyEdith) reported

@koodo Just switched my carrier to you as the Telus tower is 500 metres down the road. My phone says either “no service” most of the time or I get 1 bar occasionally. Why?

  • DavidAntitrust David Nguyen (Competition Act - Antitrust) (@DavidAntitrust) reported

@TELUS 2016? Started planning for 5 year action plan. Have an advertising placard that has graphic images embedded in the green leaf motif. Evidence of planning in 5 year phases.Gets easier with time, as you people constantly try to prove and say: Yo David they dumb as ****!

  • klondikesue Sue Gleason (@klondikesue) reported from Whitehorse, Yukon

Omg! I thought that cell service couldn’t get worse than #bellmobility but I was wrong! #telusmobility #telus is worse! @TELUS

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@joshnet They are acting a reseller selling voice comm's. Telus has had some fights with others I was told. But I've never seen anything public. Just saw some nasty-gram fights between the two.

  • Nightside_Rush Chey ✨ (@Nightside_Rush) reported

@AyuuniiArt man, the fact that Telus sucks *** regardless of whether you live in the middle of the prairies or in the city really says a lot tbh. I'm still looking for a good Telus replacement myself but stay away from Shaw, they have daily internet outages in my town

  • handymanSL Terry Spencer (@handymanSL) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell @TELUS Then Telus proceeds to say it’s my own fault for having to much in the network lol. I’ve had more then this in the past with no problem, until they sent me the new modem, since then, it went to hell for speed and reliability!

  • mcrufus24 Mark Cowlin (@mcrufus24) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport by far the worst customer experience I have ever received...

  • AM_Mazed Alison Amazed (@AM_Mazed) reported

@JeremyLoveday Better idea, how about getting Telus to build some affordable for low income housing to accommodate all the low paying service workers they will hire & their hire paid staff will exploit for endless coffees and lunches!
