Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

Get the car, return it when your lease is up, and pay for any damage to the car. I never understood why that lease contract was legal in Canada. Next time only consider contracts where you own the phone.

Cal loyalty and they will fix it all up and probably lower you bill at the same time. Sadly, like most, you have no idea how telecom works. You only know how to complain when it doesnโt.

Called today & was told the order was still being processed and a $30 charge fore the remote. Tech put in a new order saying 7 to 10 biz days.
