    It’s pretty bad when a major corporation like @TELUS @TELUSsupport can’t do anything for a long term Customer since 2008 - bring out a plan much less expensive then my current one and tells me I have to buy out my current contract in order to switch. Great loyalty TELUS.

    @YRP @AMBERAlertONT You spend millions of taxpayer dollars to set up any system to help the community. Not burden it. Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

    @4ParksBushcraft @BruceAlrighty45 @GOP Exactly, i submitted two reports that may have something to do with this seems Castro using Canadian phones for criminal activity I have TELUS they told me to submit the report made another report to @yrp they were so rude. Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

    @TELUS Too bad you didn't service in the area. Hope you have upgrades for fibre coming soon. Clearly, Shaw Cable, soon to be Rogers Cable don't really care about their customers.

    We are finally having a @TELUS tech come to the house to figure out why our service is so ******. They say it’s a faulty connection. I hope so. I had high hopes for switching from Shaw. Looking forward to watching tv without the pausing, digitizing, etc.

    @rdumont99 Not disagreeing with that (but that’s true for any investment for her be it Telus etc), just the portrayal that employees of the winery are hers, they answer to her, etc. The winery has been dragged through mud because of her garbage.

    I've never seen a company as disinterested at my switching to them for a service as #Bell. 0 ***** given. Also @telus, why do I need a credit check to bring my 📱 over to you and give you my money? 🙄

    @JeffTimmins3 better not use the #Telus wi-fi service as it is not a stable and reliable service. as aTelus customer i have to end up with ShawGo as it is always reliable.
