It’s pretty bad when a major corporation like @TELUS @TELUSsupport can’t do anything for a long term Customer since 2008 - bring out a plan much less expensive then my current one and tells me I have to buy out my current contract in order to switch. Great loyalty TELUS.

  • SamySalti Salti (@SamySalti) reported from Markham, Ontario

Dear @Rogers @TELUS @Bell , You're the big three. You guys can literally be good people and provide ACTUAL Unlimited Data with absolutely no slow downs. Please make it a thing as it'd probably help everyone in Canada. You're making people pay so much for literally nothing.

  • kiranjoyv Kiran Varughese (@kiranjoyv) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

@YRP @AMBERAlertONT You spend millions of taxpayer dollars to set up any system to help the community. Not burden it. Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

  • CinderellaJane7 MermaidCindy (@CinderellaJane7) reported from Aurora, Ontario

@4ParksBushcraft @BruceAlrighty45 @GOP Exactly, i submitted two reports that may have something to do with this seems Castro using Canadian phones for criminal activity I have TELUS they told me to submit the report made another report to @yrp they were so rude. • NorthZenArcher Fred Matthews (@NorthZenArcher) reported

in May that the in town live in does not have the infrastructure to allow Telus to offer Internet 75. Apparently, that changed but I was never notified I could upgrade. In the time I waited for tech support, a thief entered my backyard where I park my car and syphoned the gas

  • missmatsuko Matsuko (@missmatsuko) reported

@ElizabethRBess @dockevinmcleod @TuraEmanuela Yeah AccessVirtual used to be same-day but they're shutting down. Maybe Telus will ramp up to offset it. I also noticed several week waits for Telus but checking back later in the day there were next-day appointments at least.

  • HSD81 Harvinder Dhillon (@HSD81) reported

@dockevinmcleod @TuraEmanuela Staffing issues at UPCCs are due to the contracts that are offered. They are not utilizing their manpower and resources efficiently. UPCCs acting like walk-in clinics are a waste of resources. They and telus have destroyed local walk-in clinics as well

  • Iseabail90 izzy 🇺🇦 (@Iseabail90) reported

@TELUS I've been begging @TELUS and @TELUSsupport for help with a sim issue on my phone since July 9th and they are refusing to help me.

  • soykato Victoria Lain (@soykato) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport received an email that my #TelusHub has been blocked for being removed from its service location. It has not moved from my living room?? Would love if you could at least TRY to provide me with the internet services I pay for.

  • Sockless_Hobo Scruffy McBlunt (@Sockless_Hobo) reported

@TELUS Worst customer service and company for cell / internet in existence.

@schiu67_ Go into a retail Telus store today. I'm certain they will be able to help you. You may never hear back by phone.

  • Pierpoint20 The Pierpoint Team (@Pierpoint20) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport whatever work was done on the cell towers in Essa Township has now officially ****** up service even more. Everyone is dealing with lack of signal, dropped calls and phone data not working. Please look into this asap

  • spemarx Spencer Marsden (@spemarx) reported

@cbcgopublic Can you look into @TELUS’s inability to provide stable internet at the Edmonton Folk Fest? It doesn’t just impact mobile phone use, it’s disrupting mobile payments and other IoT services. It’s not acceptable to be paying what we’re paying for this quality of service.

  • The_HeadCrusher Matt Goddard (@The_HeadCrusher) reported

@BJB_says @LanceStorm Oh I get it, we were on the wait list for about 10 months, besides he silicon shortage which delayed production they have been slow to roll out a large number at once for fear of overloading the system and then everyone internet slows down, like Telus did with the smart hub.
