    All I want for NYE is the service I once had. To be able to have a telephone call again without drop calls and lost audio. Maybe the CRTC complaints will help get @TELUS to resolve the issue me and many others have in the Cape Breton CBRM area.

    @linwood_barclay @Rogers Yikes! If you have Novus available to you out east, I recommend you give them a try, or at least check out their prices. Way less costly here in Vancouver than Rogers, Telus, or Shaw and great service to boot.

    @BLCKD_COM_PlLLD **** article. They don't say how Canada allegedly tracked the phones. Only said they bought data from Telus. I see claims and a narrative but no actual "here look this is what we found".

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport As a long time customer I am very disappointed that you are currently offering new customers Canada/US plans at significantly lower costs then my current plan … why aren’t current customers also offered these plans?

    I still have a mobile account with one of your competing carriers and it would take me 15 minutes to port this phone number and shed the headaches just like that. If you value your customers, you shouldn't treat them like this @TELUS.

    I checked my Alberta health record to confirm my booster was showing on it. The web address cycled through a telus url. What the hell AHS? I never consented to telus having access to my personal health info. I have refused to use those crooks' products for over 25 years.

    @TELUSsupport been with Telus since Clearnet. Over 22 years. Called twice to discuss moving to another carrier, was told how to move my number if needed. Never asked what could be done to stay or even why I'm leaving.
