It is so retrograde that @TELUSsupport cannot just mail me a new SIM Card when my son lost his phone instead of making me go to a store. Canada’s tri-opoly of cell phone companies is a race to the bottom. In 5 years I switched from Rogers to Bell to TELUS and all equally bad.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I have an issue with my internet; Telus says they charge $150 to come out and inspect. If it’s their hardware; they reimburse, If not, they bill me $150 for the service. They state they “see no issues on our end”. I’m getting 1/10th the speed I pay for

@TELUS Strange. It happens every hockey game on most of the @Sportsnet channels (west, pacific, etc.) but only on the telus tv app for my tv. It never occurred when I had optik.
