@ArleneHaaland @TELUSsupport No thanks to @TELUSsupport service resumed after a half hour out as mysteriously as it stopped. During attempt to fix it, Telus essentially sent a do it yourself kit of web links. Impossible to connect to a real person. Terrible service.

@TELUS @koodo $0.80 a minute to call the US??? Why don't you just round it off to an even 10 bucks a minute.. easier to calculate That's a freaking ripoff it hasn't been 80 cents a minute to call the United States in 40 years My VOIP service does it for $0.005 per min

Is Telus having it's own 'Rogers Moment" today? Home phone service apparently down in my area. Great. That's what I use for work. Great.

@TELUS Cheating and lies are rampant in your sales team. They’re selling something called piktv telling it’s free with internet but just realized they’ve been charging me for the “service”.

@TELUS @koodo @TELUSHealth Then talk to Sky from your escalation team yesterday. I asked her what happens if there’s a 911 call And the operator on the other side can’t hear us. Her response “nothing” We have had a tower down in our area since February. No one gave us the courtesy of letting us know

@Soundwave_Boss Telus appears to be having problems right now, too. I seriously doubt that Shaw deal will happen, after the last 2 major outages they'd be insane to move forward.

@TELUS @koodo @TELUSHealth It was after hours and hours with the technicians on your customer service line and I thought it was to get a new phone would be the solution. When I went to the Telus store at hillside mall they told me that a new phone wouldn’t help that the tower was down. And they had to do
