@RogersHelps Just switched from Telus since you’re the only carrier with service at my place in downtown Kitchener. Why am I being told to visit a store to change the plan on my Apple Watch? Two reps have told me this. This is a BYOD device.

@lyndsgaud Me too I don’t think a lot of the employees realize that retail isn’t always like that. At Telus it was a great environment and we were allowed water/coffee/whatever and if it was slow we were allowed to just take a break when there was no work.

Q: When my copper landline is eventually forced onto fibre, do I now get a credit on my @TELUS phone bill for a dead landline during a power outage? This wouldn't have been an issue with copper. And – huge emergency preparedness blind spot with TELUS' decision on this.
