    @oskeremmie @Bell @TELUS Funny enough the night before last I took a drive up signal hill, parked, picked up my phone and “5G”. Then 2 seconds later it switched back to LTE… thought my phone was on the blink.

    @OrussellRussell @SamsungMobile After some troubleshooting I found the issue only appeared while on the cellular network. Put phone into plane mode for a few hours and now phone is back to normal. Must contact Telus.

    @telus if Telus sales people were smart, they’d have a signup special right now for all the @Shawhelp people right now. Over 12 hours and no internet, no eta. Bad customer service.

    My @TELUS mobile plan resets tomorrow and we have used ~99% of our plan data this month (40GB shared between four phones) because our @Xplornet internet has been so terrible this cycle. Luckily Telus knows how to run a network even if I have to worry about getting throttled.

    @TELUS @ReuseTechBC I am REALLY starting to hate your ******* company. Make your god damn internet modems work with EVERY brand of cell phone. Better yet, invent a north american phone for once, one that WORKS WITH YOUR ******* MODEMS!!!!
