@perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

  • Paulysworld Paul Atkinson 🇨🇦 (@Paulysworld) reported from Gatineau, Québec

@mikesbloggity @jkenney @shandro It's their plan to privatize for $ healthcare. They only care about $ & the wealthy. They gut AB healthcare, fire 11k during a pandemic, refuse to shut down, go MIA, & will "suddenly" come up with a "private sector" (Telus health) solution... this is skulduggery they're Ghouls.

  • Pamillingworth Pamela illingworth (@Pamillingworth) reported from Pontiac, Québec

@SamsungCanada my phone apps keep crashing. Outlook, weather network, telus. Help please

We've messaged @TELUSsupport : @TELUSsupport we've been on the phone for over an hour waiting for help to pay the Telus bill. What is going on over there that you can't manage to deliver any customer service within an hour's time?

  • bbruin44 Barrie Einarson (@bbruin44) reported

@deemcee50 @snNOWsucks @Sportsnet Not just you - had NHL live for years, able to watch in very close to 4K - took SN for 1 day and couldn't believe the horrible resolution - they did refund me. Went to Telus, not perfect, only one feed, but at least it's 1080P

  • cpechet Casey Pechet (@cpechet) reported

My local telecom is asking its customers to support Amnesty International. @TELUS maybe you have not heard but amnesty has been completely discredited and should not be considered a reputable org any more.

  • Chest_Rockwell7 Chest Rockwell (@Chest_Rockwell7) reported

@KyleTWN I've used both Telus and Bell, Bell's reception was always noticeably better, and I find their customer service incomparably better

  • DocMcConks M McC (@DocMcConks) reported

@dockevinmcleod @TELUS Multibillion dollar company decided to start charging its customers 1.5% to use credit cards to pay for service as if those fees weren’t already built in. I’m done with Telus. They’ll never see another penny of my money. @TELUS

  • gary187432 Gary lgn 🇮🇪🇫🇷 (@gary187432) reported

@EilisOHanIon So in Cork, Telus international who are stripes subcontractor for customer service will be doing the same I reckon, like with Airbnb

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported

@paulnixey @CineplexMovies There’s way too many of these kinds of companies and they’re supposed efficient method of operating these days. Is there any wonder customers get angry with such horrible customer service. Ever try to get a hold of @TELUS and get something resolved, beyond brutal!

@ryderseashells I crawled into bed thank goodness for cellular service. Lol maybe I’ll burn up some of my excess data I pay for every month and Telus doesn’t let me keep the amounts left. Always feels good lol

  • HeidyMo LaMoMo (@HeidyMo) reported

Had a call w/@TELUS @TELUSsupport team this morning. Very helpful. However, there seems to be a disconnect w/info listed on my acct online vs what the rep sees on file causing more confusion. Something to look into please so as to have better service moving forward.
