Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

@belle_levesque @PierrePoilievre For everyone that thinks this a reasonable take. 7 hours from point of contact with a public official to taking no response as an answer. That’s ridiculously low bar for effort or getting an answer before publishing. 7 hrs is barely enough time to deal fix a Telus acct issue.

@telus is a joke 4 6 months my elder parents have been overcharged and 6 times have had 2 call 2 correct , waiting 2hours each time , agent always blames previous agent, this is how treat elders and customers#telus , can someone not call center reach out?

Well today is not a good day so far…. I’ve been told that if we can’t get our internet fixed with Shaw, we have to go to Telus. And since I live in a small town, Telus is pretty **** for options. Which means I may have to quite FFXIV. The only game keeping me happy.
