    @TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

    @4ParksBushcraft @BruceAlrighty45 @GOP Exactly, i submitted two reports that may have something to do with this seems Castro using Canadian phones for criminal activity I have TELUS they told me to submit the report made another report to @yrp they were so rude. Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims ๐Ÿ˜”

    @Social_Moi @TELUSsupport Not sure why they couldn't help with Alberta accounts unless yours was somehow in the "old stack" but those were all migrated to the new system probably over a decade ago. I don't think there's any legislation requiring only Albertans open these files as TELUS Intl is around.

    @wongkarwasian $35 for 100gb canada-us-mexico with public mobile (Telus network) They exist and it's easier then ever to find a deal. People just like pissing money away

    @Martyupnorth Telus did the same to me but without any notification. Just raised my bill and expected me to pay what they wanted. **** them. Doesnโ€™t matter who you go with, Telus Rogers or any others. They are all terrible and overpriced.

    @wongkarwasian most Canadian service providers collude to increase the level of service beyond what the average consumer needs so that can charge upward of $100 a month for something that should be extremely basic telus wants like $110 a month for 500mbps internet for instance, but most people would still be ok with 100mbps or less I'm many cases
