@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

@4ParksBushcraft @BruceAlrighty45 @GOP Exactly, i submitted two reports that may have something to do with this seems Castro using Canadian phones for criminal activity I have TELUS they told me to submit the report made another report to @yrp they were so rude. Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

Hey @TELUS Been with you guys for 12+ years. Always paid my bill, for the last month every call has been dropped, calls not registering etc. Created a ticket for it and find out that a fix could take months or years, yet i'm still expected to pay out the contract?

@kirst_alyssa @TELUS We switched from Rogers to telus as our bill dropped by $40 for two phones and from sharing 5gig to 30gig ..never got a call or offer from Rogers untill they must jave got wind that we were switching suddenly started getting calls ....sounds like they are all the same.

@TELUS This is absolutely trash, You don't guarantee any service either, so is this what you do to customers? Get them into a contract, cut service and when they complain you tell em to pay up and get fkd?

But that's fine. Since @TELUS/@TELUSSupport don't want to cooperate and simply MOVE their vehicle forward SO I CAN GET OUT AND TO MY APPOINTMENT, I will call @ICBC to file a complaint on their driver, as well as call a TOWING COMPANY to have their driver's truck towed away.

@Rogers wow Rogers way to lie.. I’ve been a loyal customer for years…months ago @TELUS offered me to come back but I stayed with you after a perk of $10/month data for Apple Watch for 24 months but I was billed for it then told it was an error from employee so I must pay goodbye

@TELUSsupport I had a home security system installed in June. The technicians did a poor installation job and nobody has replied to the last two emails I've sent. The SECURITY system can not connect to the camera frequently. Can someone contact me? #Telus #CustomerService
