@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

If you’re not going to provide the service we pay for, would you at least please take us off your marketing call list? Three calls in two days, hung up on and no response to years of complaints. You’re really putting the communications in Telus Communications.

If no one says anything, in the future no one will know of the fuckery that has gone on with this file by the CRTC itself. I hope Bell or Telus add a procedural request documenting everything so history shows what has gone down.

@HansontheBike @DvdHam @TELUSsupport If Telus originally sold the phone and you are a customer of Telus (with no outstanding debt) they will unlock it for you. I have unlocked a few Bell iPhones online through their website. I needed a third party sim to complete the unlock in simpler process
