    @4ParksBushcraft @BruceAlrighty45 @GOP Exactly, i submitted two reports that may have something to do with this seems Castro using Canadian phones for criminal activity I have TELUS they told me to submit the report made another report to @yrp they were so rude. Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

    @TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

    @TELUS For years call volume is larger then usual. When do you think it might makes sense to add more people to handle this? cable and internet how many days a month can I expect these to work With facing issues do I have to dedicate 1/2 day to get them resolved.

    @TanyaByers10 @telusmobility I had a similar issue with Telus. Took my phone to Apple for repair, and they gave me a loaner. Had to transfer my account to a physical SIM to use the loaner, then when my phone came back from repair, I had to buy another eSIM voucher from Telus. Even Koodo handles this online.

    Please consider updating your system so that service at the previous location is only disabled once service at the new location has been enabled. Not sure why something so simple hasn't been enacted by Telus. I mean, you're a tech company. Be better.

    Is it just me or is 5G not faster but actually worse than LTE? On @TELUS in Montreal and Toronto I’ve noticed considerably worse service and FaceTime audio calls are impossible.

    In order to access the Internet I have to take my phone off of @TELUS PURE FIBER wifi which is the worst internet ! @TELUSsupport

    @NewLeftRadio @StephenPunwasi Wonder how much it cost tax payer to text people that BS. In my town the Gov gave A phone company money to build out underdeveloped service areas. They didn’t add service to the area, they just used the $ to put a tower near the existing telus tower for competition.
