@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

@Savage16May My son cracks up at me yelling operator continuously into my phone. AI never understands my problem. Then I start swearing and it hangs up on me 8 months now still can't get my phone to stop dropping calls and my phone won't switch over to wifi calling. But telus only has AI support.

@TELUS I'm TIRED OF YOUR MARKETING CALLS !!! Do you guys even listen to what they do ??? They call you and don't let you pickup and they cancel the call ! OR the time the agent decide to remain and I could pickup, and I told them I am not interested, they just HANG UP ! No Thanks you or "I hope we can serve you better next time.." ! No ! I've tried all the carriers and this one is the best deal. It's the lowest-tier of the Telus system; I've been on it for five years with no issues whatsoever.

Realizing they are exactly the same, who is slightly less awful for home internet/tv, Telus or Rogers? My Telus deal is up so I’m trying to decide what to do but I also need someone to tell me what to do.
