-
Beverly McQuiston (@purplegirl017) reported from Red Deer, Alberta
I was told that I’d get a call back in 45 minutes and was over 1 1/2 hours. Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.
-
Brad (@PigeonLakeBrad) reported from Red Deer County, Alberta
@TELUS An hour and fifty minutes in to holding waiting to speak to a representative because you billed my account $20 for roaming charges which were incurred when my wife and I walked "behind the falls" at Niagara Falls while on vacation - on the CANADIAN side! You are the worst!
-
Trevor PETERSEN (@wheatiepete) reported from Red Deer County, Alberta
@DTimchishen Us too. For what we pay the @Xplornet sucks. We are looking for something else. Was suggested to look into Telus Hub.
-
Sheena Johnson (@sheenaleanne) reported from Red Deer, Alberta
Real talk guys. No hold backs. I’m sick to death of crappy Telus internet service downtown and on the east side of town. I’m considering the switch to Shaw. Gimme your thoughts. Lord knows I don’t need a 36 month commitment to another crap service.

John MD (@John1MD) reported from Red Deer, Alberta
In other news, Telus today emailed its customers, asking them if they had problems with acne…and acne is caused by diet. So you should book a $60 dietician Telus phone call, and if you are still stressed at the end, Telus will bill AH to hear how you should use antibiotics. ..2

Patti Yackulic (@pmyackulic) reported from Red Deer, Alberta
@BrittBaltimore @MattWolfAB @shandro @DShepYEG @BrittBaltimore the ethics commissioner's decision was made before the biosimilars debacle & @shandro tweeting support for Telus babylon.

@TELUSsupport I have been trying all day to get my account reactivated only to be bumped back in the Que for Telus assist. So please improve your service. Waiting over an hour when there is only 2 in front of you is ridiculous.
-
Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported
@BigBadJuan It's gotta be a trap. We have: 1) Telus attempting to be an even bigger cockbag than they already are. 2) A #CRTC employee that is actually working 3) No 404's in a tariff file 4) A consumer issue. Someone is playing.
-
Lex Green (@LexGreen3) reported
@TELUS if you charge a credit card fee i will be cancelling my service out of principle. Credit card fees are part of doing business, imagine if I went to the grocer and they told me they were going to charge an extra fee for using my credit card.
-
Stuck In The Meatrix (@InTheMeatrix) reported
@TELUS @TELUSsupport please get your head out of your asses. Funding honey bee exploitation is not "caring for the environment" it is part of the problem!! We are losing native species' becuase of it and a "critical part of the global economy"? So was slavery. Just stop.
-
Sean Fordyce (@seanfordyce) reported
No excuse for this crap company to put people on hold for an hour to speak to their billing for their mistake. EVERY TIME. Then they are before the CRTC to ask to charge customers to pay by credit card. Prediction: @Telus bankruptcy in 5 years. They are clueless.
-
Ian the NHL non-fan (@i_thompson14) reported
@RedToryFan @CBCToronto In BC, Telus is charging people thousands of dollars for a service that will allow them to access a family doctor, which more and more people don’t have. How, exactly, is adding more bureaucracy (insurance paperwork, etc) going to improve what ought to be a public good?
-
Boxer Hill (@gb10xnm) reported
@pinchrunn3r77 @pewpewpew You may want to skip Freedom mobile entirely. My experience with fiends and family switching to Freedom is of all of them, every single one of them, using their friends, Rogers, Bell and Telus phones an awful lot. Do you have Koodoo as a low cost option in Ontario?
