@SamsungCanada my phone apps keep crashing. Outlook, weather network, telus. Help please

  • mcguffindavid David McGuffin (@mcguffindavid) reported from Chelsea, Québec

@perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

  • Paulysworld Paul Atkinson 🇨🇦 (@Paulysworld) reported from Gatineau, Québec

@mikesbloggity @jkenney @shandro It's their plan to privatize for $ healthcare. They only care about $ & the wealthy. They gut AB healthcare, fire 11k during a pandemic, refuse to shut down, go MIA, & will "suddenly" come up with a "private sector" (Telus health) solution... this is skulduggery they're Ghouls.

@jfmezei @FidoSolutions @CRTCeng Occasionally, a number within a particular combo might no longer be for their target group if the customer ported their # to a different provider. There have been cases where Telus customers received SCAMs targeting Fido because they ported their # from Fido, for example

  • nadineborduas Nadine Borduas-Dedekind (@nadineborduas) reported

@CSC_WIDE @CIC_ChemInst Hi! We’re looking to book a wheelchair for the conference but the Telus centre said they only have 3 and don’t take reservations. Anything your team might be able to do to help?

  • MarkShaw24 Mark Shaw (@MarkShaw24) reported

@kreynolds118 @TELUS I’m not surprised about this. We recently left @TELUS after being with them since 2011. Both customer service and technical quality declined dramatically in recent years. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to them.

  • Lidsville Lindsay Brown (@Lidsville) reported

@BC_EHS So let me get this straight: Telus is out across swaths of BC, so phone and internet are out & 911 is going to be unavailable in an emergency and people should drive to help... from a medical system barely functioning because @adriandix is privatizing it out to... Telus. #bcpoli

  • antichefvancity Antichef Vancity (@antichefvancity) reported

@telusmobility @telus @TELUSsupport I just wanted to let you know that within two months of switching to your mobile services I will be leaving. poor mobile service, customer services in shambles and exuberant non competitive pricing. Shame on you.

  • MeganJourney1 Megan Journey (@MeganJourney1) reported

Telus: called in for tech help on tv. I had tv service but now Rob at Telus ****** up my tv and now I have no tv service. No one can come out until Friday. Thanks again Telus for ******* up.

  • BrettPlayford Brett Playford (@BrettPlayford) reported

I guess Telus is a little to proud of themselves to help me with My issues I guess that mine or anyone's concerns at heart at all

  • yvrdandygirl Jennifer Dandy (@yvrdandygirl) reported

@TELUS I had a great experience on the phone with one of your agents and then I go to resolve the issue in a storefront and they make your agent out to be a liar. Not great service.

  • jasonpauloliver Jason Oliver (@jasonpauloliver) reported

Again @telus charged $2.50 to talk to a service agent and accomplished nothing, I have no idea where my $100 top up went to, I think it’s time to move to @Bell #fail

  • tower_Guy 🗼TowerGuy🌲 (@tower_Guy) reported

@BenKlass If you spent any time dealing with Freedom you would know they ran as their own business. Some basic integration but Shaw was really a reseller of Freedoms network as a way to compete with Telus internet/wireless bundle. As far as spectrum, no way Rogers could retain any.
