@mikesbloggity @jkenney @shandro It's their plan to privatize for $ healthcare. They only care about $ & the wealthy. They gut AB healthcare, fire 11k during a pandemic, refuse to shut down, go MIA, & will "suddenly" come up with a "private sector" (Telus health) solution... this is skulduggery they're Ghouls.

@perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I’m so annoyed with your services. Two weeks ago your customer service rep had to reset my PVR cuz there was an error and now it’s messed up again. My internet never works properly either despite you guys telling us it’s fine. Why am I paying you so much!

on my cell phone because I had to use data to do my work and received nothing. When I was talking to Customer Loyalty, I asked to speak to a manager and was repeatedly stalled even after indicating that I am on the verge of cancelling all of my Telus services.

@TELUS service sucks. In 15 years no issues with ADT. Telus ADT down for the past 2 days. No word from TELUS. Unable to control any of my security while travelling. Get out of the business

@DemonBisssh666 We switched from Shaw to Telus and they kept price matching each other until we got Telus down to $70/month + $150 credit for gig service on a 2 year contract. Our service has been great and we did have 30 days to try it out and be able to cancel if we wanted

@TELUS WORST customer service EVER! Do you really not value your business? Darren Entwistle should be ashamed of the company he's running. 4 install appointments, all cancelled and postponed. This usually happens AFTER customers begin their services. 3 weeks, still no service.

@TELUS ADT by Telus service is very poor. I seldom call or require assistance. But I dont have the time to be calling. I dont have access to adt by telus app. I never received any instructions. For $60 a month when I have an issue I expect to call ADT once

@TELUS @TELUSsupport received an email that my #TelusHub has been blocked for being removed from its service location. It has not moved from my living room?? Would love if you could at least TRY to provide me with the internet services I pay for.
