    I’m actually considering switching phone companies. I’ve been with freedom for a few years bc I had bad credit, but now the bad service is starting to bother me. Taking suggestions for anything but Telus bell and Rogers. Bills that actually stay under $60!

    I am subscribed to Crave, Movies + HBO & Starz through Telus, however, when I login to Crave services using my Telus account, I get a "not subscribed" error. This started yesterday and is happening across devices. (Can't troubleshoot now; going to bed.) @CraveHelp @TELUSsupport

    OK @TELUS I have to say that this is becoming old. I would love to watch the #WorldSeries2020 but I continue to get a choppy picture. Rebooting has not solved my problem and when the tech was here we thought the problem was solved. It is not. And this has been going on a week

    @TELUSsupport Is there a reason the wait time for tech support 1+ hr? Second time this week calling, was told there might be an “outage” in my neighbourhood, so I’m expected to pay for cable I haven’t been able to use in 3 wks by hoping the box works? I like Telus but that sucks

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport OK support team.. It's time I get some proper support! Apparently your callback service has people from another country call me back, then they put me on HOLD for over 30 minutes? - NOT what I need. So kindly PLEASE get a hold of me ASAP thank you!

    @TELUSsupport Your teams need to be able to communicate. Forever on hold to try & get your error resolved. You have cut my internet & home phone. Error by Telus. Your teams not talking. Service has dropped to an all time low.
