    @perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

    @ScottRCarpenter Wait till the crash and it’ll be a cheap buy lol right now many businesses are down to pre 2015 pricing. I’ve been watching Telus and Capreit because they have high dividends and are super cheap right now. Lots of Canadian stocks right now are skyrocketing which usually happens before a correction.

    Never believe a @TELUS store rep and read their agreements before you sign any contract with them. The rep will lure you saying your billing amount won’t change during the whole contract period but their agreement would say something else. And that’s where you are trapped.

    @DanMazierMP Telus was handed $300 million and they not only can't deliver a solution but are also cutting jobs. All while there's never been as many people to subscribe to their internet and mobile plans.

    @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport You wanna pay low mobile rates, talk to the people in India, if not we have the Canadian Cusotmer Service line, but that cost $15 more a month. Your choice.

    I had the most difficult time communicating with the @TELUS @TELUSsupport agent today. The guy cannot understand and articulate himself properly in plain English. I hate these companies offshoring their service team elsewhere and provide mediocre services to the customers.

    After 38 minutes a computer voice came on and advised me they no service was available and they are closed ! You suck @TELUS @TELUSsupport
