Pamela illingworth (@Pamillingworth) reported from Pontiac, Quebec@SamsungCanada my phone apps keep crashing. Outlook, weather network, telus. Help please
-
David McGuffin (@mcguffindavid) reported from Chelsea, Quebec@perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

Nosaj Newo (Vancouver,Canada) (@jasonowen7937) reported@jjohn352 @koodo @TELUSsupport They us AI now to cover for Indian speaking customers service reps so you can understand them. Telus quality sucks
-
HoggHead (@HoggHead2375) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Telus is terrible. They are collapsing fast. And can’t fix it
-
Cons (@Consrcrooks) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Telus customer service is non existent. They don’t listen and their service has gone to ****. Furthermore the cell service is sporadic in my area and I’ve never had. So many dropped calls like I have as of late ! Good riddance , on to Rogers I go.
-
Chris W J Roberts (@cwjroberts) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Entire family switched from mainline Telus a few months ago after three strikes of brutal customer service and outright deceptive practices. Used to be the best Canadian cellco by far. Fire the C-suite and board.
-
Dan Harris (@danharriscan) reported@JonFraserTF @WitchsBeFlockin @TELUS They all like it when people bundle because it's harder to ditch them if one of the three services goes to ****. They used to compete on better customer service. Now, they DGAF because for every customer they lose due to bad service they gain from someone else's bad service.
-
Alexander Grant (@bk1022) reported@PsudoMike Okay. Although I guess I'd say there is no longer an incentive to buy hardware from Telus. Telus's best customer retention pricing is still worse than BestBuy, let alone other places.
-
R K Balsara (@RKBalsara) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS The rest are as bad. Freedom has the best plans, decent pricing and coverage, but horrendous support.
-
TELUS (@TELUS) reported@esSpyderMonkey Because TELUS TV+ streams live TV, we are legally bound by CRTC broadcast loudness laws (-24 LUFS), while apps like YouTube master their audio much 'hotter' (-14 LUFS). To fix the gap on Apple TV, try going to Settings > Video and Audio > turn on 'Reduce Loud Sounds'

PG (@gramm76) reported@JonFraserTF @PaulB527811000 @TELUS When I switched to Bell from Rogers it was a very pleasant experience, but I caution you, fee creep is a real thing and their service standards have dropped off in the last little while. Still better than Rogers by a mile, but I find they are not as committed to excellent service

Rob B (@BoppinBobby) reported@TELUS Tsn and CTV 1, basically all the world cup feeds have no signal.
