@perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

@FLEXjss Get a better camera than the Telus garbage . I install ones with a red and blue strobe light and a siren when anyone enters a certain area you set up at a schedule time perameter . Also has bulky in Ai human notifications

@TELUSsupport Who can we talk to at Telus that will help us? March 25- we pay $150 April 2- suspended April 3- we pay $144 Services back on April 9- next payment if not paid we get suspended AGAIN! WE told telus we can pay remaining amount in full on the 16th. Telus said nope!

So here goes again, @TELUSsupport @TELUS If my contract ends on April 22, 2026, why would you charge me the full price of the service before the contract ends ? For example, if I pay $65, the service should be $113 after April 22, not before. You’re breaking the contract??

Never believe a @TELUS store rep and read their agreements before you sign any contract with them. The rep will lure you saying your billing amount won’t change during the whole contract period but their agreement would say something else. And that’s where you are trapped.

@TELUS I'm TIRED OF YOUR MARKETING CALLS !!! Do you guys even listen to what they do ??? They call you and don't let you pickup and they cancel the call ! OR the time the agent decide to remain and I could pickup, and I told them I am not interested, they just HANG UP ! No Thanks you or "I hope we can serve you better next time.." ! No !
