@mikesbloggity @jkenney @shandro It's their plan to privatize for $ healthcare. They only care about $ & the wealthy. They gut AB healthcare, fire 11k during a pandemic, refuse to shut down, go MIA, & will "suddenly" come up with a "private sector" (Telus health) solution... this is skulduggery they're Ghouls.

  • mcguffindavid David McGuffin (@mcguffindavid) reported from Chelsea, Québec

@perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

It was 100% @TELUS fault my accounts were stolen. But after I contacted the exchanges and talked to customer support I figured my funds would be safe however that was not the case. Since the hack it seems like all parties involved are running away.

@Crackmacs @TELUS koodo: but we have a bigger network customer: but I don't often leave the city so who cares koodo: so that means the services aren't comparable customer: doesn't freedom roam on your networks making it literally comparable koodo: ... we are unwilling to help

  • iameasyji Easy (@iameasyji) reported

@inferavirino @TELUS We are down at Burnaby as welll

  • AlsoKnownAs_AA Algis Akstinas (@AlsoKnownAs_AA) reported

@Mark_Goldberg @opensignal Network investments is percentage from telecom revenues. TELUS projects 14% of revenues by 2023 to go towards infrastructure (lowest ever). Fixed or Wireless connectivity, we should be encouraging network investments and benefiting from better universal access at the same time.

  • Andy17383745 Andy (@Andy17383745) reported

This should be illegal and these companies need to be sued into compliance.A minimum of a 24hours support line for hacked accounts would exist at least to temporarily freeze accounts until issues can be resolved. @TELUS should be providing portal protection on all mobile accounts

  • Andy17383745 Andy (@Andy17383745) reported

I was on my phone at the time my phone lost service. I seen my crypto exchange passwords changing before my eyes. I immediately contacted Telus and all my crypto exchanges. I informed them of what was happening.
