    @perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

    Who gives a **** if these AI slop factories use /less/ water? I care that billions are being chucked into a private corporate profit statement. If Telus wants to build data centres let them take the risk. If the government needs data centres, build and own them.

    @ChemicalHolly @Rogers In my experience dealing with Shaw was far superior than Telus. Now having to deal with Rogers for an issue it was hell. Gaslighting, trouble understanding and speaking English. Escalation leading nowhere. This take over did them no favours in my opinion.

    @TELUSsupport I need a service technician to come to my home and check my phone line. Telus chat hung up on me without helping me. I do not have a cell phone so I can not phone for help. I have no dial tone on my phone.
