    @mikesbloggity @jkenney @shandro It's their plan to privatize for $ healthcare. They only care about $ & the wealthy. They gut AB healthcare, fire 11k during a pandemic, refuse to shut down, go MIA, & will "suddenly" come up with a "private sector" (Telus health) solution... this is skulduggery they're Ghouls.

    @perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

    @TELUSsupport I do now, but apparently it is just a tempoary fix. If it wasn't for my neighbour who gentle 'persuaded' the rep to walk her through the end around, I still wouldn't. Henry at telus support was great but he said the problem still isn't fixed. In Nanaimo.

    @itsgorgeh Ive had better experience with telus than shaw in the past. Shaw has always given me the fuckaround and I got tired of their ****.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS - I am on call with customer service and I asked about installation and he said, trust me it will be installed. I asked when and he said he cannot commit. Can you stop my billing because I have not received devices? he said NO.

    So useless. After several messages back and forth, i finally got some help by calling and sitting on hold. They only fixed 50% of the issue. No call back. No response from the Telus "manager" i was told about in my DMs. 0/10

    @nlitvak87 @lgirsa @ROWPublicHealth There was also that issue with Telus where the texts were sent and not received. I think if you left an email you are safe to wait.

    @LanceStorm It was on TSN3 not the normal TSN2. I noticed about 30 mins in and was able to manually record from there. Not sure why but every time it’s on TSN3 it doesn’t record. Ran into same issue when SD airs on FS1. Even though it’s SN360 here, that still F’s with it. On Telus too.

    I often wonder how these huge telecom companies get away with monopolizing and overcharging Canadians consistently. All for poor service, customer blame, and gaslighting. @TELUS has sent me in circles trying to get a device added to my account. I don't have time to deal.

    @Shawhelp will it be more, “working on it”, “no ETA but a few more hours” then “Good night, see ya tomorrow!” from Shaw for Langley customers without service for a second night? Gonna be hard to get a Telus install appt with everyone leaving at this point.
