  @perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

  @TELUS @garymasonglobe Woah. Nothing should take three weeks or more for your Internet to be fixed. That sounds like a problem on your end and you should be making sure that this customer gets Internet immediately even if you have to use another service in the meantime.

  Hey People don't ever get a 3rd party like Telus to have control over thinks like your heating and air conditioning. I put in for a cancation of service for the end of the month and I thought it was on good terms. Wrong. They shut everything down 2 hours later. No warning

Yet a basic account change still requires nearly an hour with customer service. This isn’t a technology problem—it’s a customer experience problem.   @Angelahvn They installed Telus fiber here but it still has very SLOW periods. I'm still trying to figure it out (there's some online guidance on using a separate router downstream of the one Telus provides, for one)

  @JonFraserTF @TELUS They are all terrible. Bell, Rogers (blech)...now you are telling us Telus. Videotron in QC is ok, not the best deals, but business line service is decent.

  @Darrenthiel2 @jodyvance @TELUS The main issue of course is the Triopoly in Canada (plus Videotron a bit) and the excuse of "expensive to service vast Canadian geography." 50% truth. But the main reason is the lack of sufficient competition.
