Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Thanks for ruining our evening. Services have been out in entire town of Okotoks for over 2 hours. That's the thing about having Optik TV tied in with your internet, when it's down you lose all connections including PVR. May be time to find another provider

@Shawhelp when I told them my problem has been not resolved for 6 months, they said not our problem you have to pay, they don't give a sh, and they don't care about the customer. Don't go with them telus is the best.

@Tonygeheran I’ve been a loyal telus customer for 21 years & never considered switching to a different provider until now. Telus is threatening to cut off my service a few days before Christmas (dec 20) because I am less than 2 weeks late paying my bill which is less than $135!
