@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

@chinookag @LukeRadau @TELUS I’ve literally searched through Twitter to find others who are experiencing the same damn thing! I have a mobile booster, bumped from 2 to 4 bar on the hub and my cell- but smart hub is shorty most days (and can’t have more than 1 device running wifi!)

@StephenPunwasi At least they picked up your package. That’s a major accomplishment for @UPS . They are the 1b in horrible customer service CO’s. Only surpassed by @telus who would be 1 A for ineptitude, lousy service & overcharging.

@Habs142 @notontvotoole I would agree it is a PR thing, but not a scam, giving millions to charities isn't a scam, Rogers, Telus and Bell all have charities / awareness day, regardless if it is for a PR stunt or tax purpose, those charities needs those $$$ to help and survive.
