@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

  • saraurowitz sara urowitz (@saraurowitz) reported from Aurora, Ontario

@koodo @RogersHelps Jessica, a kind and polite customer service rep from @RogersHelps has set up an appointment for me with @Rogers to talk about moving my 3 numbers from @koodo @TELUS. @koodo you have some customer service catch up to do!

Dear @Rogers @TELUS @Bell , You're the big three. You guys can literally be good people and provide ACTUAL Unlimited Data with absolutely no slow downs. Please make it a thing as it'd probably help everyone in Canada. You're making people pay so much for literally nothing.

@TheJenRollins My bf had the exact same problem with Telus and the exact same solution. He is very happy with his choice!

  • LLSaunier Lynda-Lee Saunier (@LLSaunier) reported

Telus response but still you can't contact them? This is the automated response from Twitter? Hi, We're glad you wrote. Unfortunately, the email you responded to is unmonitored. You can get help and find answers to your questions on the Twitter Help Center. What a joke.

For those in Canada - Pros/Cons with Telus internet. They finally installed Fibre here and I am seriously tempted. We have the fibre with Shaw, but never get the speeds. I'm only asking about internet, no need for cable tv.

  • stafford_greer 𝖘†åƒƒøℝ∂ 𝓖®⋶⋽𝜋 (@stafford_greer) reported

Seriously considering switching to @TELUS for the only reason being those stupid @rogers wrapped in red commercials.

  • DrJLush Jennifer Lush (@DrJLush) reported

Second, FP colleague tells me she has tried to register for CareConnect & has spent an hour WEEKLY for the last month just trying to REGISTER, only to find out docs that don’t use Telus internet CANNOT access this service for their pts. Alberta Netcare it definitely is NOT. 2/5

  • tftowner106 bEepBOopBEEP (@tftowner106) reported

@TELUSsupport Telus TV+ app no longer works on my Samsung tablet. Error message "required output protections not active". Trying to watch on tablet, not casting. Android 8.1. Uninstalled and restarted but still doesn't work. Please let me know solution. Thanks.

  • fringeCDN Kyle (@fringeCDN) reported

@theJagmeetSingh You’re propping up the government that has enabled them. You voted to approve subsidy for Telus Rogers and others. You are the problem, not the solution.

  • WestWind199 LHL (@WestWind199) reported

@theJagmeetSingh Telus is expanding so fast that customer service is suffering.

  • hejakestey H KESTEY (@hejakestey) reported

@EveryAlbertan @trentidol @UCPCaucus Which companies survived with that 20k loan and how many inmates gained from the cerb? They did more damage than actually helped. The lockdowns destroyed the small businesses. I'm wondering which small businesses compete with telus, Amazon or others? Majority have been bought out

  • KyleGunderson Kyle Gunderson (@KyleGunderson) reported

Anyone have any good or bad stories with Telus or Bell? I'm thinking of switching from SaskTel because they just aren't competing with device/plan pricing anymore. (I want to support SaskTel but I can get 10x the data and a new phone for $15/month less than I'm paying now).
