@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

@koodo @RogersHelps Jessica, a kind and polite customer service rep from @RogersHelps has set up an appointment for me with @Rogers to talk about moving my 3 numbers from @koodo @TELUS. @koodo you have some customer service catch up to do!

Dear @Rogers @TELUS @Bell , You're the big three. You guys can literally be good people and provide ACTUAL Unlimited Data with absolutely no slow downs. Please make it a thing as it'd probably help everyone in Canada. You're making people pay so much for literally nothing.

@TELUS I am waiting for a call from tech support but it goes right to voicemail. How can I get through to a HUMAN rather playing phone tag?

@SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility Same issue with rural internet. Service has been lazy and insanely expensive.

BEWARE: There is a company called WinMacTel calling from 587-943-0411. If U answer your phone, somehow they incur a cost of $3.89 per minute on your local service provider bill. It's as if you accepted a collect call. Telus cannot explain how this occurs but it is charged 2 you.

@SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility Shaw seems OK if you're mostly in the bigger centres. Virgin is more $, runs on the Bell network with great customer service. Had #2 spawn on Koodo prepaid for a while - incredibly cheap, runs on Telus network, but cust-service was poor.

@SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility Add another vote for Virgin mobile. Bell network but cheaper and with better customer service.

@SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility My 86 yr old mother called Telus for help with her phone package. The rep said her call would cost her $15 since she should use the app. She’s 86 for damn sakes. Utter abuse is Telus customer service.

@SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility I’ve loved the service from Virgin. I’ve been with most of the others - except for Freedom - Virgin Canada has treated me better than all of them combined!!

@SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility I switched to Virgin over a year ago and while I haven't really had to use their customer service at all my monthly bill is substantially less than it was with Bell.

@SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility My family has used them all at some point. Sadly, they all have the same customer service. Wish I could pass on a recommendation.

@SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility Seems I'm the exception here but have been with Telus (and AGT) since the last century, and have never seen a reason to change. It probably helps to have all the loyalty cred I've built up. 2 cell phones, iPad, wireless "landline", and Smarthub for internet. Pricing comparable.
