Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

@TELUS horrible customer service experience! I just was speaking to Iris and was on the phone for one hour, all I want to do is extend my contract that expires in 2 Weeks! SHOULD NOT BE THAT DIFFICULT #telus

@StayGoulden Bell and Telus basically use the same towers and are relatively good in urban areas with better customer service. Rogers customer service is *** but works better in remote locations like up North. At least that’s what I have found.

@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

PSA: Never, under any circumstances, get stuck with Telus Home Security. Crappy equipment. Very expensive. No support. Endless contract that costs a fortune to escape from. I’m told Arlo is cheaper and better by far.

Gonna switch my cell phone service provider because i signed onto (originally) wind specifically to get away from rogers. obviously, due to recent experience, telus is out too. can't wait to see all the other options the free market has provided for me to peruse!

@Bdion99 @TELUS @RogersHelps In our area, we are in the middle of a sea of Roger's towers. They're suppose to share towers aren't they? Sure doesn't seem like it. Maybe preference given to Roger's phones? Jenn has Roger's and always has better signal. My telus got switched to Roger's. Kids' phones - Roger's.

@ramon_rican That’s another point Kerr Telus on Curry way too much. When Curry was out in the 2017-18 season the Warriors with Kd was bad too but not this bad but they were still losing games. Kerr needs to stop relying on

@Skycaptin5 @CRTCeng Rogers and Shaw don't operate in the same territories so they haven't 'eliminated' any competition. In fact, Rogers can actually help Shaw compete against Telus out West where they dominate.
