Dear @Rogers @TELUS @Bell , You're the big three. You guys can literally be good people and provide ACTUAL Unlimited Data with absolutely no slow downs. Please make it a thing as it'd probably help everyone in Canada. You're making people pay so much for literally nothing.

@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

Hey @TELUSsupport — just found out there's a $150 cancellation fee buried in a long contract I was never clearly told about. I was never informed verbally, and this feels super shady. Can you explain why this wasn't disclosed upfront? #Telus #HiddenFees #UnfairBilling

Bell fired most of its staff years ago. So did Rogers. And probably Telus for all I know. They now subcontract service calls as well as customer service to the lowest bidder, who then hires the cheapest possible employees, usually immigrants or foreign workers. I've had Rogers for 10 years and had a number of service calls over that period and I don't think a single one spoke unaccented English.

@AmazingZoltan For phone landlines and Internet services: search the Internet for reviews. And remember: DON'T go with Big Providers like Bell, Telus, and Rogers (which now includes Shaw). Their customer service and technical support #STANK!

@TELUSsupport I have been deceived by a sales agent and the customer service rep I just spoke to told me @TELUS would rather I return the device and cancel service as opposed to honouring the agreement that was offered to me. They actually hung up on me when I requested a manager
