Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

@EastlinkSupport Any idea how long service is going to be out in Gibsons, BC. It’s been about 15 minutes now. This is a regular thing about twice a week, but usually not this long. Telus is looking better all the time.

Bell (and all Canadian telecoms) are a deplorable group of people. Telus is working to privatize healthcare. Rogers is working to make telecom even more expensive. **** all telecoms and major companies. Stop pretending they care and the $10M Bell donates is worthwhile.

@Telus tech was here, satellite tv is working again but he’s saying there is a $150 charge for him being here. The problem came from them putting a dish in the house roof but they expect us to pay for their screw up. Was told on ph yesterday No Charge so let’s see how this goes.

@TELUSsupport Why is coverage so bad in North Edmonton lately? I'm parked next to a 5G tower getting a 4G signal. It's been this way for the last few months. My Telus 150 internet has been barely usable over the same time period. Are there at least network upgrades responsible for the issues?
