    @TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

    @georganneb @char_lawyer @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Georganne, nobody dislikes those guys more than me but the systems were not designed for this. Same for internet. It’s like a water pipe to service an apartment complex is a foot in diameter but not if everybody is always home and taking showers simultaneously. Get used to it.

    I spent my #snowday speaking with @TELUSsupport service reps. In December 2017 @TELUS and other major Cell companies matched the @FreedomMobile #10GB plans. 14 months pass they raise the fee $10. The price we pay for #Cellphone service in #Canada is ridiculous. @CRTCeng

    It’s pretty bad when a major corporation like @TELUS @TELUSsupport can’t do anything for a long term Customer since 2008 - bring out a plan much less expensive then my current one and tells me I have to buy out my current contract in order to switch. Great loyalty TELUS.

    2/2 even though it was $0.00 that is what companies like Bell & TELUS etc usually charge on the credit card at first to see if it is valid always check everything daily through online banking - it is good I caught it - but sucks now b/c I have to change all my automatic payments

    @AlexanderDKB @peternowak 💯 percent agree. Telus admitted as much in their testimony- the competition isn’t in the RAN, it’s in the core. The network core and the functionality it provides is where an MVNO thrives or dies.

    @TELUS I signed up for @TELUS a week ago. My first bill is due in 3 days already. I haven’t even received my SIM card yet and @TELUSsupport expects me to pay for 10 days of service. Is this a Scam or a service?

    Does not help when they spend over 8b over 14 years on companies in the Telus Health area will little to no synergy benefits. Ag biz is bad too I hear. Add massive sector headwinds (Elon)… not pretty. They also have to stop silly vanity RE projects.

    @Ayan604 That is completely unacceptable, and I am sorry you had that experience Andy. This sounds like a spammer or scammer spoofing our caller ID to pretend to be TELUS.     @TELUSBusiness I have been trying to get a Bell landline ported over to a Telus business mobility account for over two weeks now and have spoken too many agents to mention and getting bounced around from department to department and nobody is willing to help!!

    @_northwords I'm in the Sardis Library right now on 5G, with Telus no less, and I can't watch a 30-second basketball clip. I know, first world problems, but I can't access work mail in the Community Forest area. Whereas my wife had cell coverage atop Kilimanjaro and in rural China.
