@FemiNelson1 @Bell I managed to get through around 8am but call-taker said his board went from nice quiet start of his shift with zero callers to almost five-thousand in pending in span of ten minutes. Sounds like Canada-wide Bell service outage. Glad my mobile phone is with Telus!

Hey @TELUSsupport you still are messaging the wrong person for account inquiries. Now you’re threatening to cut off the phone but when I log into my Telus it says the bill isn’t due until the 22nd. Wtf I don’t appreciate being threatened.

@darrylw71 Which is fair. But Koodo isn't a smaller company. It's owned by Telus and operates on Telus' network, so your reception would be no different on one versus the other.

@YRP @AMBERAlertONT You spend millions of taxpayer dollars to set up any system to help the community. Not burden it. Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

Every time I call @TELUS @TELUSsupport I always get 150% customer service. Heather was amazing this morning, she couldn’t fix the problem right away but found a solution and called me back right away. I want to thank you TELUS for 20 years of great customer service

@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

@TanyaByers10 @telusmobility I had a similar issue with Telus. Took my phone to Apple for repair, and they gave me a loaner. Had to transfer my account to a physical SIM to use the loaner, then when my phone came back from repair, I had to buy another eSIM voucher from Telus. Even Koodo handles this online.

Please consider updating your system so that service at the previous location is only disabled once service at the new location has been enabled. Not sure why something so simple hasn't been enacted by Telus. I mean, you're a tech company. Be better.

Is it just me or is 5G not faster but actually worse than LTE? On @TELUS in Montreal and Toronto I’ve noticed considerably worse service and FaceTime audio calls are impossible.

@NewLeftRadio @StephenPunwasi Wonder how much it cost tax payer to text people that BS. In my town the Gov gave A phone company money to build out underdeveloped service areas. They didn’t add service to the area, they just used the $ to put a tower near the existing telus tower for competition.
