    @georganneb @char_lawyer @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Georganne, nobody dislikes those guys more than me but the systems were not designed for this. Same for internet. Itโ€™s like a water pipe to service an apartment complex is a foot in diameter but not if everybody is always home and taking showers simultaneously. Get used to it.

    Unimpressed at the rate increase for my plan. Feels like Iโ€™m being gauged by @TELUS. Iโ€™ve been a client for over 20 years - time to switch. The gradual erosion of your customer service and increase in fees is too much to bear.

    Hey @TELUSsupport you still are messaging the wrong person for account inquiries. Now youโ€™re threatening to cut off the phone but when I log into my Telus it says the bill isnโ€™t due until the 22nd. Wtf I donโ€™t appreciate being threatened.

    Every time I call @TELUS @TELUSsupport I always get 150% customer service. Heather was amazing this morning, she couldnโ€™t fix the problem right away but found a solution and called me back right away. I want to thank you TELUS for 20 years of great customer service

    Just spoke with @TELUS customer service. They mentioned that they will issue a refund after a month. Can you imagine them being so irresponsible while breaching their pre-authorized contract and then let customers wait for such a long time! Criminal practices.

    @TELUS I placed an online order for a small business mobility plan 5 days ago and I am now trying to get status(via web and phone chat) and it is so frustrating as agents keep transferring me to different departments. Even though I have a confirmation of my order no one can help!

    @AMV86941518 @FreedomMobile @TELUS You should switch...been with @freedomsupport for 7+ years and I am so happy. Was with the other 3 early on when moved from Chicago, kept my US cell at the same time cuz they were horrible. As soon as Freedom came to town, I switched!

    So here goes again, @TELUSsupport @TELUS If my contract ends on April 22, 2026, why would you charge me the full price of the service before the contract ends ? For example, if I pay $65, the service should be $113 after April 22, not before. Youโ€™re breaking the contract??

    @TELUSsupport I have been trying to get a human to call me for 6 hrs Telus is a joke , charging me $200.00 to have tech come out and not fix the issue then not respond to my request to speak to a human !! @GlobalEdmonton @citytvnews1

    @johnston_phil @TELUS @TELUSsupport I've had this happen multiple times. I have had multiple techs come in to assess. For you, the next step will be TELUS telling you they will send a tech at cost of $140. It's all a way for them to leverage poor equipment to then upcharge in other ways. Look for another provider.

    @TELUSsupport A couple of days too late to ask. But the issue only lasted 2 or 3 hours. It was interesting because I was telling one of my plane spotter friends in the US, and even Verizon (a partner of Telus?) was giving him issues on and off the same day.
