    @georganneb @char_lawyer @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Georganne, nobody dislikes those guys more than me but the systems were not designed for this. Same for internet. Itโ€™s like a water pipe to service an apartment complex is a foot in diameter but not if everybody is always home and taking showers simultaneously. Get used to it.

    Every time I call @TELUS @TELUSsupport I always get 150% customer service. Heather was amazing this morning, she couldnโ€™t fix the problem right away but found a solution and called me back right away. I want to thank you TELUS for 20 years of great customer service

    Oh man, someone on Reddit just reminded me of when Telus used to have their MiKE network back in the early 2000s. I remember some of my friends back in high school had those cell phones that had a built-in walkie-talkie. They looked so convenient to have by buzzing your friends.

    I understand that companies sell information to third parties but come on @telus, no one has my sonโ€™s phone number that he should be getting texts to a local dentist weโ€™ve never gone to asking us to return

    @TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

    @The_IT_Nerd I donโ€™t see why it would be so difficult. Maybe I need to research eSIMs tho but to my understanding itโ€™s basically the same process as what Bell & Telus had with their CDMA network phones back in the day. It has a serial number (not just IMEI) you register with network

    @AnthonyFarnell Telus has a service that blocks those calls. You can create an approved list but anyone else has to enter a code.

    @darrylw71 Which is fair. But Koodo isn't a smaller company. It's owned by Telus and operates on Telus' network, so your reception would be no different on one versus the other.

    I didn't take a picture, as I was in the weird Telus health website at the time & didn't want to crash it. Saw a tiny black mouse just come right up to me on the sidewalk. I stopped there and talked to my endo. It lies down and closes its eyes. ToT I think it ate poison/sumn.

    @TELUS I placed an online order for a small business mobility plan 5 days ago and I am now trying to get status(via web and phone chat) and it is so frustrating as agents keep transferring me to different departments. Even though I have a confirmation of my order no one can help!

    @gregobr @CarttCa Or, put differently, he doesnโ€™t know what he is talking about on telecom and no one in his campaign has spent 30 minutes researching the topic. Btw I totally support removing the remaining restrictions and letting foreign companies buy Bell, TELUS and Rogers.

    ZOMG I have cell phone service again. I may have waited on hold for 2 hours, but the woman who attended to my account was ******* amazing and she clearly should be running the company, not just answering inbound customer service. @TELUS, can you please promote the helpful woman?

They used to compete on better customer service. Now, they DGAF because for every customer they lose due to bad service they gain from someone else's bad service.

    @marconiese @TELUS I didn't fall for anything. I weighed the options and at the time it worked for me. My company wouldn't reimburse me for a new phone outright, but they had not issue with the lease.
