Mayssia (May) Elajami - Toronto Lawyer (@Mayssia) reported from Toronto, Ontario2/2 even though it was $0.00 that is what companies like Bell & TELUS etc usually charge on the credit card at first to see if it is valid always check everything daily through online banking - it is good I caught it - but sucks now b/c I have to change all my automatic payments
-

-
RG for Life (@loganryan44) reported from Toronto, OntarioI understand that companies sell information to third parties but come on @telus, no one has my son’s phone number that he should be getting texts to a local dentist we’ve never gone to asking us to return
-
Jose Alaras (@jalaras) reported from Markham, Ontario@itransstatus We are still having issues and we are not a Telus subscriber. Please check your system again. Our submissions are returning “r, Please try later...”
-
Dan Levy (@TheDanLevy) reported from Toronto, Ontario@The_IT_Nerd I don’t see why it would be so difficult. Maybe I need to research eSIMs tho but to my understanding it’s basically the same process as what Bell & Telus had with their CDMA network phones back in the day. It has a serial number (not just IMEI) you register with network
-
otty (@OtarineMusic) reported from Toronto, Ontario@lav_sunrise Yeah it seriously sucks. Even if you go third party (I’m with Teksavvy for internet) the service is still distributed by Rogers/Bell/Telus/Shaw.
-
Peter Muscat (@Peter_Muscat) reported from Toronto, OntarioAlso seeing tweets from people as far away as #Winnipeg saying they have no #Telus service either. #Telusdown
-
Demon Salvator 😈🤷🏾♂️ (@RjSabotaged_Me) reported from Toronto, OntarioNah, this ain’t cool. My shit working like it’s a ******* LG Chocolate. Telus I’m bout to pull up.
-
Kiran Varughese (@kiranjoyv) reported from Vaughan, Ontario@YRP @AMBERAlertONT You spend millions of taxpayer dollars to set up any system to help the community. Not burden it. Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers
-
YouMotorcycle (@YouMotorcycle) reported from Toronto, Ontario@darrylw71 Which is fair. But Koodo isn't a smaller company. It's owned by Telus and operates on Telus' network, so your reception would be no different on one versus the other.
-
eRa Alex (@AIexArteaga) reported from Toronto, OntarioOn god if you’re Canadian stay away from @RogersHelps. Go to Telus or Bell Every other provider is better, TRUST ME. By far the worst cellular provider
-
Laura McGrath (@lauramcgrathh) reported from Toronto, Ontario@TELUS you are a joke. The worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life.... and that’s saying something.
-
Elise Davis (she/her) 🇨🇦 (@Elise_ekd) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Noellenarwhal @fordnation @SylviaJonesMPP Tonight I contacted Telus private telemedicine. I’ve been a member since they started. 7+ years ago. There was a 2 to 3 hour wait. Normal wait time has never been more than 30 minutes. This is the goal, for private healthcare to proliferate.

-
ERA (@DonateRecycleIT) reported@TELUS @TELUSsupport Can you help us unlock a bunch of phones please. Why is it so difficult when legally you should be helping us unlock old phones and put them back into service???
-
TELUS Support (@TELUSsupport) reported@PaperHatchet Got it, can you try the steps below to cancel your game pass? Log into My TELUS (via web browser or the app) Navigate to the Subscriptions tab Find Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and click Manage Select Cancel Subscription at the bottom and confirm
-
Graig Carlson (@GraigCarlson) reported@TELUS so I’m trying to upgrade to a new phone. Since my current phone has to be returned in 15 days. Apparently the new phone is on back order and no estimated date of delivery. Customer service is basically that’s too bad. No other options. Really? That’s it?
-
Raven (@Sharisraven) reported@TELUS The most arrogant customer service!! Today!
-
Frank (@lastofthefranks) reportedTrying to move my Telus internet to a new apartment. Customer service quotes some absurd price. Mention I'm looking at their website and it says same service is $70/m for that location. "Thats for new customers". Telus charges more for being an existing customer?!?
-
Darcy Schultz (@darcyschultz) reportedGrok says: "TELUS ... strong on network quality and coverage, but often criticized for customer service, billing, and contract issues." I'm trying to get my home internet service moved and it's been *painful* so this summary is exactly right.
-
just a lethal girl (@femalironworker) reportedIs there a Telus outage downtown Edmonton?
-
@416ash (@416ash) reported@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers I moved from COAX to Nextbox to Ignite to Xfinity and have none of those issues with Rogers in the same home. Everything has been assigned and billed to my account as it should. I record and review every detail and escalate to Rogers social media team. That said, I don’t trust any of the big 3. I have Rogers cable/Crave/internet & home phone — it goes out too often. Least reliable services of the big 3. Absolutely no mobile signal, even with a booster installed. Bell I have an old copper landline and two mobile lines for family. Work but crazy $$$. Telus I have a mobile line, and their Streaming services bundle. Dependable, good service. Office of the CEO is always there. $$. Freedom mobile line (useless) but cheap global roaming & Public mobile (increadibly cheap) for security purposes. I hope to cut two vendors soon. It’s amazing how the big brands we grew up trusting in the 70s & 80s have fumbled their advantages.
-
Ash Mishra (@ashwani_avgeek) reportedScam alert. @TELUS @TELUSsupport staff will call you, will promise bill reduction, you agree and then boom. New services added to your without consent, doubling the bill amount and if you don’t pay this, obviously you’ll be reported to credit rating agencies. And when you try to contact customer support, there is 1000 hours wait and when you agree for a call back, they never call you and you get a text saying your callback is cancelled. And you can’t find a human to talk to resolve this.
