    @Shawhelp @jennifer01inBC It’s been 4 days now and this idea is new to your “team”??? Get some limited bandwidth into your fibre line using the cellular network or ask for bandwidth from Telus given the emergency situation. This has gone on long enough.

    @nationalpost @TELUS Sorry poor people... the moral of the story is if you don't have enough money for a monitored security system you would die.

  • holtmuer Hunter Holtmyer (mk) (@holtmuer) reported

    @Aprime @TELUS ... what the actual ****

  • CobraKidJay Jay (@CobraKidJay) reported

    Trying to fix the cable again, on hold with Telus. Busy day I guess.

  • ONTLLs SueCanada 🐧🐧 (@ONTLLs) reported

    Okay so I got a new cell phone from #Telus, them being the cheap bastards they are, don't sell charging cables with any phone you buy from them! Charge your extra for charging!! Like WTF!

  • ChrisDca ChrisD.ca (@ChrisDca) reported

    @TELUSsupport How do I reach the Telus ADT customer service team? Is there an email address? Have tried calling and left my number, but nobody has called me back. It's been 4 days.

  • Matonn_ Matontfup (@Matonn_) reported

    @Wheels960_ Ive never heard of Telus, care to Telus?

  • snarfmason Snarf (Jon) Mason (@snarfmason) reported

    @mcmillan Yeah. 300 is fine. I'm not *really* complaining. But I do have gigabit, with wired I get over 900 down. But because Shaw my up is only 125 😒 Telus hasn't brought fibre to my neighborhood though, so my other option is something ridiculous like 75mbit down DSL.

  • zaheedonism Zaheed Bardai (@zaheedonism) reported from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

    @mattbrett I pay $50/6GB w/ Koodo. Uses Telus’ network and towers. Pretty reliable service. I wish cell service/pricing was standardized across Canada.
