    @TELUSsupport Add to that it took friggen forever to get that sorted out - just terrible waste of time going to the Sherwood Park mall store - not sure telus has one there coz they were of no use- finally went to Southgate mall

    Not impressed w/@TELUS decision to remove copper-based phone service. Power outage: landlines can be powered indefinitely from the central office via batteries & diesel generators –– unlike Fibre. An incredibly poor decision from an emergency preparedness perspective. #bcpoli
