@MondoAlberta I am with Telus, but everytime my bill goes to I spend some time with a "retention agent". It's kept my bill manageable so far, but you really need to be prepared to cancel & go elsewhere. I was considering Lightspeed & knew some numbers when I called.

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport ,should I call you every month and wait on the line for one hour to solve my double charged services billing issue? "Move" can be the most complex process in telco according to TMForum but every complex process has a solution as well, right?

It should be simple, right? Terminate the services in the old address and activate it in the new address. And off course bill it accordingly. @TELUS @TELUSsupport

I spent almost 2 hours on the phone last month and your CSR solved (!) my issue. But today I got another bill which still includes services in my old address! @TELUS @TELUSsupport

@eissyrc It seems like this is a federal issue. Alberta Health Services & Telus are actively blocking people from accessing services, putting business above health. I'd make a complaint to the CRTC & on the federal level.

@BenoitFamFarm We have iPhones also with Telus. Don’t have that issue with calls (11 Pro & Ron’s is an old 8). Have considered Samsung simply because Apple pisses me off.
