  @TdLeaker Whenever you call the bank or Roger’s/bell/telus always press the prompt for French. Just tell that person it must of been an accident. 9 out of 10 times they speak English and will help you anyway and you don’t have to hear that scammer accent.

  @telusupport Once again the frustration with Telus continues…got a new digital box and couldn’t connect it because it wasn’t registered! Why wouldn’t Telus register the new box before it gets to me??? There goes 3 wasted hours I will never get back!

  @FringedCanuck @martianwyrdlord 100% agreed!! I actually had to sic the FEC on them for charging me for **** I never had! It took months and you could never talk with anybody that would/could do anything to stop it! **** Telus!

  @MelissaLMRogers Yep elbows up!...but also Rogers treats it users as a source of revenue only, bad customer service, no innovation, just higher prices. As soon as I can get away from Bell & Telus (same IMO) -- think Starlink for internet and cell phone, I will.

  @TELUSsupport Nothing but trouble with Telus. Internet going out constantly for days. Getting technical support from a real human is impossible. Its stupid AI does not listen.

  @AmazingZoltan There is a common theme with piss-poor customer service and tech companies over the last decade. Bell, Telus, Rogers, Adobe. Also a common theme regarding the CSR on the other side of the phone call.

  @CP24 I have family in North Van (Vancouver), Telus is the only carrier for North Van. Everyone had problems with internet, phones, etc.

  @TELUS There's an internet outage in Newmarket Ontario. It has been at least three hours.
