    @Shawhelp when I told them my problem has been not resolved for 6 months, they said not our problem you have to pay, they don't give a sh, and they don't care about the customer. Don't go with them telus is the best.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport my fibre bill with taxes is $16 higher than what it is supposed to. Also I’m also $150 short on my bill credits as what was agreed on, on my original service agreement

    @RogersHelps @TELUS Im talking about wireless , rogers said to message em via DM yet they don't even care to freaking respond. Shows how laid back they are , no one ever takes ownership of their issue at rogers

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Thanks for ruining our evening. Services have been out in entire town of Okotoks for over 2 hours. That's the thing about having Optik TV tied in with your internet, when it's down you lose all connections including PVR. May be time to find another provider
