Explain to me how does a PHONE COMPANY get their wires crossed for days now and still cannot resolve their problem. Press 5 for CS only to be told sorry you've reached Credit Operations. @TELUS I'm coming back!!!

  • Elise_ekd Elise Davis (she/her) 🇨🇦 (@Elise_ekd) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Noellenarwhal @fordnation @SylviaJonesMPP Tonight I contacted Telus private telemedicine. I’ve been a member since they started. 7+ years ago. There was a 2 to 3 hour wait. Normal wait time has never been more than 30 minutes. This is the goal, for private healthcare to proliferate.

  • WTIBull WTIRealist (@WTIBull) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Mackslann @TELUSsupport @TELUS Darren Entwisle too busy buying his wife another Hermes Birkin in Palm Springs to give a ****.

  • sarkisTO Sarkis 🇦🇲•🇨🇦 (@sarkisTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

My service with @TELUS has gotten so bad that I can’t even contact @TELUSsupport to let them know because my phone line keeps dropping. No I don’t live in Pickle Lake, I live in Toronto…

  • jim_thepatriot Jim "The Canadian Patriot" (@jim_thepatriot) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@1stJohnDagenais @BrianeveraertP1 Telecommunications services like Bell and Telus. Bank like TD outsourcing IT support is problematic for protecting Personal Information and electronic Data

  • nabil01717 Nabil Khandaker 🇧🇩🇨🇦 (@nabil01717) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Just spoke with @TELUS customer service. They mentioned that they will issue a refund after a month. Can you imagine them being so irresponsible while breaching their pre-authorized contract and then let customers wait for such a long time! Criminal practices.

  • RyanCartiers RyanCartier (@RyanCartiers) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@TELUS Why does a call to @telusmobility require specifying mobil a 2nd time? Please correct redundancy, problem identified & feedback given to #customerservice over a year ago. Listening to frontline employees pays dividends in business.

  • CleanHabits Clean Habits (@CleanHabits) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@TELUS so let me get this straight you want yo add a credit card processing fee starting in October, pending CRTC approval to, Canadians that already pay the highest in the world for a phone service that is 2 x cheaper in most places on the planet. Good Job 👏👏👏

  • nabil01717 Nabil Khandaker 🇧🇩🇨🇦 (@nabil01717) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Just spoke with my bank. Seems like a lot of people have already reported similar issues. I am wondering how many people are impacted and how much extra money @TELUS took without authorization. Submitted a dispute with my bank.

  • sen127 Modern Pundit (@sen127) reported from Toronto, Ontario

If you want to have the worse telecom experience go with @Rogers. They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Go with @Bell or @TELUS

  • WaxEBuildup Todger Strunk (@WaxEBuildup) reported from Toronto, Ontario

We're at that point on a Friday night where you've been on hold with @TELUS for just under 2 hours + you have been worried for awhile now that they've shut down for the weekend and yet continue to repeat the "all of our operators are helping other customers..." message regardless

  • WaxEBuildup Todger Strunk (@WaxEBuildup) reported from Toronto, Ontario

ZOMG I have cell phone service again. I may have waited on hold for 2 hours, but the woman who attended to my account was ******* amazing and she clearly should be running the company, not just answering inbound customer service. @TELUS, can you please promote the helpful woman?

  • TheLifeOfNadia Nadia (@TheLifeOfNadia) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@ImransLegalMind @TELUS It’s working for me now. Was a 5 minute gap of no service and I spazzed. Haha

  • jim_thepatriot Jim "The Canadian Patriot" (@jim_thepatriot) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Is data safe with Big Tech Consulting firms owned by Indian Moguls or Canadian Companies outsourcing their Tech support in India like Telus and Bell? This is a national security problem. #cybersecurity

  • TheDanLevy Dan Levy (@TheDanLevy) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@The_IT_Nerd I don’t see why it would be so difficult. Maybe I need to research eSIMs tho but to my understanding it’s basically the same process as what Bell & Telus had with their CDMA network phones back in the day. It has a serial number (not just IMEI) you register with network

  • StephenPunwasi Stephen Punwasi 📉🎄🎅🏼🐈 (@StephenPunwasi) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@DrMattHenschke @AvaEmr Any way to make them interoperable so your service can receive Telus’ offering without much overhead?

  • sarkisTO Sarkis 🇦🇲•🇨🇦 (@sarkisTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

UPDATE: @TELUS’s, @TELUSsupport page is just as bad as their phone service — not a single ‘connection’

  • shapsy01 Vanessa 🇺🇦 (@shapsy01) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Looks like it’s time to move on from @TELUS their customer service is way below par my goodness

  • brianddunn Brian Dunn (@brianddunn) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@ThePeterKelly Jieun’s on Koodo (Telus) no issues so far. Pretty reasonable plans. My mom’s on Freedom, I have heard they’re reception isn’t the best, but she hasn’t had any problems out in Burlington

  • sesquiotic James Harbeck, still here (@sesquiotic) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Fun day. I find out that @chaptersindigo hasn’t delivered an e-gift card I paid for and they said they had sent, but just as I’m trying to contact customer service my @Bell home service abruptly craps out. (I’m using my Telus mobile phone to tweet.)

What is going on with the @TELUS network lately????

  • CIBjornstad Christina Bjornstad (@CIBjornstad) reported

Gotta love it when Telus knocks on my door to poach me from a different service provider. And the sales person tries to talk in circles getting caught in providing misinformation and wasting my time. Oh and then comes back twice in the evening to annoy you again. #goaway @TELUS

  • Nostrin Tyson (@Nostrin) reported

@CRTCeng if your organization cared about Canadians and how we are ABUSED by the big 3 like Rogers, Bell, and Telus, you'd stop the process immediately! This is bad for Consumers and removes competition from the market which is why Shaw is a cheaper option.

  • vries_timothy Timothy de Vries (@vries_timothy) reported

@GeorgeE04491060 Unfortunately they’re not in Canada. They probably won’t provide service in Canada. The vetch is pretty tight with keeping the big three in charge, bell, Telus, Rogers. Otherwise it would be a great service; free phone and lots of data (although I have wifi with internet)

  • DanielleJN4 DanielleJN (@DanielleJN4) reported

@TELUS since you switched to gmail my issue with my Telus mail are many! If you don’t have an alternative than I am cancelling my Telus service period! I am done with gmail! It ******* sucks!

  • mosullivan2323 Michael O'Sullivan (@mosullivan2323) reported

@TELUSsupport are you having issues with the My Telus app right now? Some weird stuff happening with my account all weekend 😳

  • C49mm Trisha (@C49mm) reported

@TELUS Tell me when I’ll cancel my service

  • starinwinter09 starinwinter09🇺🇦 (@starinwinter09) reported

@Nerdrotics Let me tell you a story of the Canadian big 3. Telus, Bell and Roger's. - poor service - high prices - bandwidth limits. Among other things that will overfill a tweet. Americans still have it good.

  • SoGrendel SophieG 💉³ 🌻 (@SoGrendel) reported

@garbee7160 @carlosstelmac @Captaincoby00 Garvey probably has stock in Telus' Babylon Health, which is designed to break the health care system by sending everyone to Emergency rather than visit a family doctor for far less money than an Emerg visit.
