    @darrylw71 Which is fair. But Koodo isn't a smaller company. It's owned by Telus and operates on Telus' network, so your reception would be no different on one versus the other.

    Every time I call @TELUS @TELUSsupport I always get 150% customer service. Heather was amazing this morning, she couldn’t fix the problem right away but found a solution and called me back right away. I want to thank you TELUS for 20 years of great customer service

    @gregnacu I've had 2 Telus accounts for 22 years (originally ClearNET). Any time I have had a dispute I have learned to call them (don't go to a store) and immediate ask the Client Care rep to put you through to a Loyaly (L&R) rep. Explain the problem and they almost always fix it.

    Check you bill if you are using Telus Mobility. They might have sneaked in an increase without telling you because “we upgraded to the premium 5G service automatically for you so thus the charge”

    @leighfromcanada I went with my sis to Telus so she could buy a new phone, and the guy asked me who I was with. He told me to buy my phone out and cancel my plan lol. YOU buy my phone outright and I’ll consider a plan.

    Never ever go with @TELUS internet for your home. They promised me a reasonable pricing plan, and now it's different. When I talked with the rep, he said it was a system glitch, and he cannot do anything. A clear case of cheating & misrepresentation here. @TELUSsupport

    @imboblayton Everytime I time I call direct Energy regulated or @TELUS , always scare you with it maybe up to two hours waiting.. when really it’s 15-30 minutes. I asked why they say that, oh maybe you’ll hang up and try again tomorrow lol wow!
