@gregnacu I've had 2 Telus accounts for 22 years (originally ClearNET). Any time I have had a dispute I have learned to call them (don't go to a store) and immediate ask the Client Care rep to put you through to a Loyaly (L&R) rep. Explain the problem and they almost always fix it.

@darrylw71 Which is fair. But Koodo isn't a smaller company. It's owned by Telus and operates on Telus' network, so your reception would be no different on one versus the other.

Every time I call @TELUS @TELUSsupport I always get 150% customer service. Heather was amazing this morning, she couldn’t fix the problem right away but found a solution and called me back right away. I want to thank you TELUS for 20 years of great customer service

@TELUSBusiness Incorrect charges on customers' invoices. Telus seems to charge for everything and anything possible. What would be a quick call with any other provider takes hours with Telus. This isn't the company I worked with 10 years ago. Bring back your Canadian based customer service.

Either they lied to me in order to try and trick me into getting a service I absolutely don't want, or Telus systems are literally made in such a way that the CSR literally couldn't find that deal until I'd 100% declined the TV. Either way, Telus needs to shape up.

@JustinHallWM @SpaceX I like my Telus cell phone but I work in northern AB and literally have no data service half of where I am.. also your locked. So while I agree Telus hub is good in some situations you can't roam with it. In fact I can't even subscribe to since I live in the city
