Any time I have had a dispute I have learned to call them (don't go to a store) and immediate ask the Client Care rep to put you through to a Loyaly (L&R) rep. Explain the problem and they almost always fix it.

It needs to be treated like a utility, not like a competitive service. We don’t need to rip up streets twice and run multiple cables to each home. The company says it earned a profit attributable to common shareholders of $136 million or nine cents per share for the quarter ended March 31. The results compared with a profit of $321 million or 21 cents per share in the same quarter last year. Operating revenue and other income totalled $5.01 billion, down from $5.06 billion a year earlier. The results came as Telus says its total telecom subscriber connections for the quarter rose to 17.7 million, up from 16.7 million in the first quarter of 2025. On an adjusted basis, Telus says it earned 23 cents per share in its latest quarter compared with an adjusted profit of 26 cents per share a year earlier.

There’s also the white pages online. Last week I phoned Telus directory search for a phone number in Sask, the service texted me the name, number and address.
