@telusmobility having your sales person tell me to **** myself at the end of our short call for being a part of the EPP was not what I was expecting today. 🤷 - customer service for the win I guess. @TELUS @TELUSsupport ...

@pfindling @TheRecord I just realized Telus was not a naming partner anymore, so that will hurt coffers. Always sucks when non-profit attractions hang on by a thread like this. Perhaps they should call themselves an airline?

@rob_bieber @TELUS Shame on you Telus! Good to know where the company stands when it comes to customer care. If a client who’s been this long with the company means nothing, it tells me that it’s time for me to go somewhere else as well.

@azimuthex @TELUS It’s better then nothing, got to ask the government to chip in and pay the bill. Telus has so much money invested in their network they can’t do it for free.

@bubbatruk88 @TELUS @koodo My issue is I need new phones. But through Telus it's too expensive. Even though I am already a customer with them. So they sent me to Koodo. And I literally cannot do what I need to do online. I just want two of the same phones, with the same plan. That's it.

@denisbSAR @TELUS @koodo If I don't do it online by myself I don't get the plan i need. It's honestly so frustrating. Phones in this country are way too expensive. If you need to be budget friendly they basically don't support you. At least that's how I feel right now.

@the_pnut @TELUS @koodo If you're buying a car and the sales person makes you feel stressed out uncomfortable, I highly suggest leaving and finding someone else to help you. You shouldn't have to endure a stressful experience.

@CanGal_39 @cafreeland @NDP Seniors pension, below the poverty line, disabled person - below the poverty line. Telus, Air Canada, Bell, and Rogers took almost $2 billion in government help and used it to pay dividends to shareholders and bonuses to executives.
