@KingSerpentico As a Canadian, the message behind this is good, but you should know that Bell is a -horrible- company that is holding Canadians hostage with the other two monsters known as Telus and Rogers. We pay INSANE prices in telecomms because of the monopoly.

Now what if the CRTC sent a confidential letter (they do this) and mistyped the email like they did to Telus? According to them, not their problem, yet a confidential letter may not ever show on the site and ends up w/ someone else. Breach? Not our problem.

@TELUSsupport I’m trying not to be too annoyed because I know it’s not @telus fault that some lunatic has been knocking down towers. That said, why is there no information? We are the only tower down in western 🇨🇦 affecting a lot of households & the only info we can get is repaired by Feb 28??
