    My Telus internet goes down all the bloody time, so therefor my TV goes down too. And my Telus internet data on my phone has been HORRIBLE lately. I don’t get how I can pay SO MUCH for such bad service.

    @DeondreSmiles I’ve been with Telus for 12 years give it take. Not the cheapest but decent coverage and really good customer service in my experience. I get great service up in Tofino/Ucluelet and most of the way to Port Hardy. It drops on the way to Port Renfew but getting back once there.

    @TELUSsupport I’ve been reporting service issues for a year and a half now and we’ve had service issues for the last 20 years. Would you tolerate 1 out of 4 bars literally 95%+ of the time? I wouldn’t think so, especially when paying Telus what we do for these stupid phones.

    @DeondreSmiles Been with Telus 16 now and never had issue, they are expensive though but in terms of service not had too many issues.
