    @ScarletBjornson ADT / Telus any glitches quickly resolved had contact issues on overhead garage door fixed after 2 call outs like the monthly fee and no charge for equip or install. My issue was no insurance discount without water escape alarm. Switched insurance and saved a bundle.Userfriendly

    Regretting my switch to @koodo. When I moved from @TELUS I was told all hookup fees would be waived. I was charged $40 for the temporary phone number I used for 15 minutes, supposedly needed to setup my account. Support was useless and shady, like they knew this was common. #scam

    @PaulEAndrews @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp I hate them both. Shaw customer service sucks… but at least their equipment works consistently. Telus equipment has been garbage so far.

    TELUS. It’s hard to believe that a communications company can be so terrible at communicating. You phone their support number and have to converse with a computer voice that never understands what you want. Wait time for a real person is over 1 hour as usual. Waiting for callback

    At #ETHI hearing: Both Bluedot and Telus collect (nationwide) mobility data as part of their ongoing commercial business. This means continuous commercial selling of my mobility data by Fido/Rogers to Telus. I have a big problem with this. @CRTCeng #CRTC

    I hope @telus goes out of business. The worst loyalty and customer service I’ve ever had. Absolutely atrocious and they kept making me wait on the dot every 12 minutes. They want a bill paid but are refusing to let me pay my own moms bill….
