Even a manager I spoke to said it doesn’t make sure why the Wi-Fi gets worse with a booster. Why don’t you figure it out then, am I supposed to figure out how your tools and gadgets and ****** service works? Everyone at Telus is so ******* incompetent

@MichelletypoQ Yeah, that's what I have. I kinda just want to replace it. Telus doesn't have them any more, though, so I'm going to look at the link you shared. (the back plate on mine is coming off and I think it's led to power connection issues...)

@koodo Yes. None of us with Koodo or Telus in our home are able to access service as of yesterday. We can somewhat get one bar. Im having to use a bell hotspot hub to be able to tweet this. I can’t make any phone calls. Texts take anywhere from 30Min to 1hr to send. We work from home.
