@TELUSsupport SUCKS. The people do their best but the wait times are outrageous. Total of 2.5 hours of waiting so far today (3 calls) as I try to sort out a tech problem. Worst, I have to listen to smug self-satisfied @Telus messages as I wait.

@theJagmeetSingh @TELUS @TELUSsupport is the worst. #DarrenEntwistle They charge $125/mo. for Internet 75 pkg which is criminal. Must sign a 2 year contract to get any reduction. If you break the contract it costs $15/mo. for the remainder of the contract. Been a customer for yrs. Means nothing.
