They want 2 year contracts with shady rules or they hike your overpriced plan without warning. And then they continuously call you to try to give you deals instead of being upfront etc..etc...

Better value than what I'm getting from @telus for being a loyal customer. if I dont hear back within the next 24 hrs with an acceptable solution, i'll cancel my service.
