Telus hits the nail on the head #crtc: "Botnets exist because they are able to target and exploit the security vulnerabilities found in end user devices. Network blocking is a reactive approach focused on botnets that are already deployed and present on end user devices."

  • apukwa Scott M. (@apukwa) reported

WOW, I am extremely frustrated with @Telus right now. They've broken their escalation method on their website, they've screwed up their price plan, and I'm on my third agent who can't help me. And I'm a "Business" customer.

  • saginin shaik afroz ghori (@saginin) reported

@TELUS support staff are so loyal to the company, they can't accept network issues. I took a iPhone from Telus few months back, since I bought it, not able to get calls in house & other areas. Telus and Apple are kicking me to each other without solving my problem. Disappointed

  • AnitaEggink Anita Eggink (@AnitaEggink) reported

@ctvedmonton We are in the same boat and I am even right in the City of Camrose. Telus is telling me it is overuse on my end but even with only 1 device connected, we are having trouble. I agree - in this day and age, unacceptable.

  • DecomplicatedCa Decomplicated News (@DecomplicatedCa) reported

But wait—bigger company, better service, right? Well, no. There is a reason why Canadian mobile plans are expensive. It’s because of the Big 3: Bell, Rogers, and Telus.

  • Mydogsandme67 This Canadian govt can't be trusted. (@Mydogsandme67) reported

@Quea_Ali @Swiftie01 @RDaleHorton I've been with telus for two decades. Not perfect but decent customer service.

  • kelownagurl 🇨🇦 Barb aka Kelownagurl 😷🌱 (@kelownagurl) reported

@MadAboutPaper Yeah, Telus owns Koodo and Public. But I noticed on their website when looking at signing up, they mention 3G network. My Telus cell phone is LTE and hopefully eventually 5G. I'm wondering if Koodo is same or only 3G?

  • TimoVainionpaa Timo Vainionpaa (@TimoVainionpaa) reported

@apukwa @TELUS Looks like they mistakenly put you on the wholesale customer service level

  • NariahTommy Nariah Tommy (@NariahTommy) reported
