@TELUS @TELUSsupport - I have sent an email 10 days ago and also called them several times, which wasted my time for hours to wait in line. Do you have customer support services at all?

@ember_november telus is the worst and I should have remembered that before I switched over

@TylerGalpin As you said, they are all bad but it seems like Bell is one of the better choices right now? If you’re in the west, I’d go Telus. The “discount” providers seem no better.

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport I don’t know what the heck is going on with you guys lately but the dropped calls on my phone is becoming ridiculous and dangerous. It’s bad enough rural internet is pathetic not being able to call for help is unacceptable.

@NathanDorval @TELUS that it's warm but I don't keep bottled water in the house & also, we're still in a pandemic, I'm not taking chances, not when we have a vulnerable person in the house. Telus never did answer me if it was legit, when I tweeted them. Just FO with DtD sales already, companies.

@thwartypants When I had trouble with my Telus land line, they told me it would be at least 3 weeks before they could send a someone to see what is wrong. I just cancelled my line.

@TylerGalpin Rogers and Bell are the WORST. Having dealt with them both before: never again. I’d probably go with Telus, even though it’s likely more of the same crap.

@TacoPoss @chaotic_kat Telus gave me the 25$ no data plan, unlimited nationwide calling. but i had to talk to an agent they told me the low cost data plan was via Koodo, a subsidiary (all online, no customer service line)

@telus upgrading to glass optics in my neighborhood for two years now and the actual internet has been garbage for two years now. What gives. Upgrades but far worse service!?

@TylerGalpin Acknowledging that they’re indeed all bad, I’ve bern with Koodo (i.e., Telus) for years with no real issues.
