@NapsAndSarcasm Telus isn't any better...cheaper but even w/ the latest & greatest it still freezes, pixelates (esp on 4K channels) and I get the issue screen a lot. And always during sports 😤

@ColbyCakesss Went through similar a couple months ago with switching from Shaw to Telus for TV and internet. Shaw didn't want to do the basic customer service stuff UNTIL they saw that Telus had put fibre in our neighbourhood and was offering insane buyout deals. Too late. Switched.

@TELUSsupport terrible service. No human at Telus. I do not want to scroll through multiple pages online or sit on hold rejecting guesses about my questions listening to marketing b.s. Telus texted me to call for answers re blackberry ending but NO ONE COMES ON THE PHONE. @CRTC

@TELUSsupport I have been trying to cancel my ADT by telus services for several days now as we have sold our house. I have now been on hold, transferred, placed back on hold for almost 2 hours this last call alone. There must be a better way to get support...

@NapsAndSarcasm I would say swap your network provider but It looks like your house probably has bad cabling to the local network. If you swap to Telus you might have the same issues. Only one way to find out though.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS find it amazing you preach customer service, however, have no modern way to get ahold of a real person because CLEARLY you have TOO MANY complaints... ANSWER THE PHONE IF YOU DON'T WANT EMAILS!
