    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    @RogersHelps I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes!! Telus always picks up within 10. Wish telus internet would come to my area so I could get better customer service.

    @Bryson_M So frustrating. Current Telus customer and their “sale” offer to me right now is 85/mo for 50gb and 90/mo for 100. Currently paying 80 for 20gb.

    @telus #telus 1 hour and 45 min!! And then they had to transfer me to Support group ensuring me it wouldn’t be a wait and 20 min later I’m waiting!! And there’s NOTHING I can do.
