  @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

  $TU - TELUS CUT ITS DIVIDEND 55% AND RAISED CAPEX. THE FREE CASH FLOW GUIDE FELL A QUARTER. Every rung of the 2026 guide moved at once. Free cash flow to about $1.8 billion from about $2.45 billion; capital expenditures UP to about $2.6 billion from about $2.3 billion; consolidated service revenue growth to flat-to−2% from 2% to 4%; adjusted EBITDA growth to −2% to −4% from 2% to 4%. The quarterly dividend was reset 55% to $0.1875 a share, an annualized $0.75, which TELUS says frees roughly $2.7 billion of cash through 2028 for debt reduction. The payout policy moved to 45–60% of trailing free cash flow from 60–75%, and the discount on the dividend reinvestment plan is gone from October 1 — the company says that reduces shareholder dilution. The leverage target itself never moved. The deadline did: about 3.0 times net debt to adjusted EBITDA by year-end 2028 rather than 2027, from 3.5 times at quarter-end, citing "competitive pricing pressure and reduced subscriber demand amid lower population growth." Mobile phone net additions were 17,000. A carrier that grew by connecting a growing country is repricing for one that isn't. The dividend is what pays for the extra year. Shares fell about 12%.

  @TELUSsupport I believe this may have been the work of a hacker or someone inside TELUS. It’s almost impossible to resolve this issue online. I’ve tried many times before, but it has never been resolved.

  @ADT, the non-compete with Telus is almost over. PLEASE Come back to Canada with ADT Blu, direct to consumer. Self-install security, no branches, just solid customer service & professional monitoring without them wanting to bundle your services before dispatching for your alarm.

  @MPelletierCIO I agree likely still has lower to go, but Dodig may have kitchen sinked the quarter to exceed expectations later. For instance, 2.1b write down for Digital may be excessive if sovereign data centres gain traction with govt support. Telus is the only one pursuing this build out.

  @wliang is bullish on $AMPG and for a very good reason. Apart of partnership with $NVDA, they have the most insane customer base for $140M market cap: $AMZN, $IBM, NASA, Nvidia, Google + pretty much all the defense primes and US goverment.   @TELUSBusiness I have been trying to get a Bell landline ported over to a Telus business mobility account for over two weeks now and have spoken too many agents to mention and getting bounced around from department to department and nobody is willing to help!!

  @TELUSsupport between August 28 and today I have spoke to at least 8-9 Telus agents to resolve a problem . I’ve had agents diarize to call me back as follow up … nothing . Any other business working like this would be bankrupt. Telus is the worst choice ever a client could make
