    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    @Tjierra @TELUSsupport These companies are all pathetic. In the past week alone I've spent 4-5 hours on hold trying to reach someone at Telus. This company is a joke. Zillions of dollars and overseas support, and still can't reach anyone. Absolutely awful.

    @TELUSsupport I and many others on Telus have no mobile data. Started about an hour and 20 minutes ago. It shows I'm connected but data isn't working, is this going to be the third total outage this year?
