@TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

@TELUS @TELUSsupport do you still have stock of Pixel 6 Pro? I called you a week ago and you had stock. I erroneously decided to stick with Bell, but in addition to terrible customer service I had to raise a complaint to find out when my device would ship: 2+ months apparently.

@as_per_danielle the mobile companies r an interesting breed. but imo, telus is the worst (speaking from both prvs personal & professional interactions). they all have their issues, but 4 the most part, i’ve been relatively pleased with rogers over the years. also - there’s always a work-around

@domluszczyszyn Switch to @TELUS and the calls go away. They have a feature within your account that no other service provider offers. I don't work for telus. It's easy.

Once again more troubles with @TELUS now cust srvc They call now ask how things are told em I cant get my emails pc or mobile history started to help 3 mins in sense aggravation from caller who then hangs up in me he just went away No patience for the old guy? Bad cust srvc.

@Jonny2Wheels While the SHOWTIME service is only available in the United States, in Canada you can get the event on Sony devices via the PlayStation Store. Also in Canada, the event can be ordered through Rogers, Bell, Shaw, SaskTel, and TELUS. NH
