    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    Does telus have good Internet plans? I know they never used to do Internet but I thought I saw some thing recently where they did start.

    Hey @TELUS I can't log into my account. Your AI option has the IQ of a worm; I can't use chat because I'd have to be logged in, and of course you don't employ humans to service your cash cow customers soooo... Should I contact the CRTC to help me?

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport is asking for a driver's license and pin that were set up in the 90's before they'll cancel service and say there's no way around it, wtaf? All this for a client moved overseas and not able to use the service! They'll take money for no service!

    @JeffCallaway Look at there stock performance over the past five years. Very similar plunge. Their core consulting biz is getting eaten alive by AI. Telus is a regulated utility that is too big to fail especially with only two others in their core business.

    @TELUS …so excited for tomorrow to see if my EXPEDITED order will show up tomorrow. The crack team @TELUSsupport is on the case. Next step…cancelling @TELUS service and making sure as many people as possible know how bad you are

    @MrStache9 I ditched Telus over a year ago. My friends in Kitchener & my brother ditched Bell. Too expensive & ****** service. I haven’t had a land line for more than 10 years. I’m with Rogers now, for both home and cell service. Telus I was paying over $100 just for my cell. With Rogers I pay $25 for my cell. Cable wise, Rogers isn’t much cheaper but it is more reliable.

    **** @TELUS for trying to implement data centres in BC. A terrible company with horrible service. Slow internet even with the faster plans, I've been getting as many people as I can to cancel their plans
