  @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

  @TELUS @TELUSsupport With more of our population aging and companies moving more stuff to the cloud, these issues will continue to happen but without providing a way for the client to get support for a change they did not request, without paying for it, is pretty irresponsible as a corporation.

  @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Instead of finding a different way to install a service they butchered every single garage entryway in the neighborhood including mine which was BRAND NEW. I canceled every service I had with Rogers. At Telus,everyone you speak to is out of 🇨🇦 Next to get canceled
