@TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

@TELUSsupport Thanks but that has nothing to do with my problem. My problem is that the Telus website user login page is simply blank / non functional when using Firefox (version 90.x), ..... I can login properly using another browser, like Chrome.

Such poor service. Rep states "new tower is to be installed. Though no date has been set since 2017 when this issue first arose. Tower is too congested." Plan of attack from Telus rep is "keep calling, and get others to call." Pigeon Lake, AB @TELUSsupport

@rynnien @TELUS Sadly wifi companies in Canada have capped their wifi at 100 upload and download and even upgrading you only get a certain amount on the fast bandwidth until you move to the slow one. Canadians are being ripped off with over priced wifi hey @ATT wanna come to canada!!!!
