@TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

@fanCRTCProfling @TELUS Yes, it definitely is. I'm messing around with the damn thing now. It's pretty terrible, and my office is now 25 degrees. It seems to only run on modern NVidia GPUs, so that's a thing. The biggest red flag is how it determines all other miners are malware!

@EntitledCanada @TELUSsupport Agree! At least I got a greater sense that Telus mildly cared. Shaw don't give a damn.

@TELUSsupport Advice from my Burnaby daughter: Get rid of Telus. The only reason I am still with it is to keep my almost 30 year old Telus email address. But since your service and technical support is so terrible I may begin what is left of the new year without telus.

@MacDtrader84 @TELUSsupport It seems to be affecting a lot of people but I can't get a straight answer to what's going on. Changing Sim card to another carrier works so it's definitely a Telus issue
