    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    @coL_Amazonian @Xfinity There are plenty of reasons for me to never move to the US, but a big one is that I haven't had a single internet interruption in the 3 years I've been with @TELUS, excluding 2am network maintenance (doesn't affect me) and 1 power outage. Seems like US ISPs are actual trash.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have called twice about the ridiculous bill you have been putting through for my mobile phone since I resigned. Not what I agreed to pay, either! It’s absolutely ridiculous that I’ve been told I’ll get a call back from the loyalty team members and never do.

    @TELUS so true to form charging for a service you don't provide. Web hosting got moved to easyhosting yet I am still being charged for this service. Check your bills if with Telus.
