I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

@TELUSsupport Switch from vivint to telus security bc we were promised a better system, what's the point of cameras if your system doesn't do continuous recording for playback? That's terrible security feature, when all cameras have a 24/7 recording... Vivint does why aren't you?

@JamesDueck @AboutRogers We live in the upper mission and get 5G all over, Even lower mission. My cell works in my basement but my friends Telus phone doesn’t. (He remarked about it). This summer we started getting 5G up at big white. I don’t like Rogers customer service, but cell service seems solid.

@TELUSsupport Same error msg. Sorry also got my subsidiaries messed up. Website via laptop links to Koodo but you get the gist of my point. That a previous Telus customer has go thru the hassle of switching providers to Koodo despite being in the same family.
