    I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

    to reverse the charges and they can’t do it in store. Who ******** is going to go to their current subscriber first and tell them they’re leaving? I have hated @TELUS since day 2 of switching to them and am happy to be leaving them! Most difficult company to deal with EVER

    @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

    RN I switched from Telus to Cogeco. I was told I didnt need a new SIM card bc Cogeco runs on Telus lines. Telus just disconnected me from the network. I have no calls, text or data. Your Chat line told me to call Mobility support. Apparently they dont understand what not activated on the network means. I need a Cogeco SIM card or to b reconnected to the network. What can u do to help? @cogecohelps
