@Teetsontoast @TELUSsupport Or through to go through the gaslighting bullshit steps to come to the realization that it is in fact their **** service and there's nothing they were going to do in the first place. Booting Telus out and getting Novus in January brought me so much joy

  • RealisticCanad1 Ivan Johnson. Concerned Canadian (@RealisticCanad1) reported

@realJeff45 Telus said he did. They've separated the cost of the plans and phones. You used to pay about $90/mth that included a $0 phone. Now your plan for 4 ppl is $65 each. Govt now says if you want a phone, buy a phone or make payments. But your base plan has gone down. Dead serious.

  • digitaldolphin Digital Dolphin (@digitaldolphin) reported

@j_mcelroy The word I'm getting from Telus employees involved is that the service was a humanitarian offer done at no charge, and that call volume was about 170x what they were told it would be. I doubt BC Gov will acknowledge either of those points though.

  • dave_pasin Dave Pasin (@dave_pasin) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@keithbaldrey If youve ever had to deal with @Telus you’d know this fiasco is par for the course. On a good day Telus is in a tight battle for one of the worst customer service, unresponsive, bureaucratic co’s in the country, on a bad day you get what happened.

@Teacher_bot2000 @izzyisdancing They never take responsibility always blame game. I read CEO of Telus article that VCH only contracted 31 Telus call takers for day 1!? Seriously 😒 gong show continues. Horgan this is a state of emergency Manage it! Use the cash let’s get this done

  • drs512 David Stevenson 🇨🇦 🏳️‍🌈 🚂 (@drs512) reported

@GeraultMichel @NEWS1130 @TELUS Can't entire your health card number if the call never connects.

@keithbaldrey Telus is like a scared kid who covered up for a bad mean kid who broke a window.

@RobShaw_BC Entwistle’s statement says TELUS “promised” to provide 156 call centre agents. In other words, the contractual obligation was 156 agents and TELUS met that obligation. TELUS obviously being very diplomatic as the BC GOV is a huge customer.
