**** you @TELUS for not letting someone hotspot when they are over their hi-speed data limit, yet still have unlimited (albeit stupidly slow) internet. Also, a non **** you to the person getting paid to handle the social media accounts cause you're just doing your job.

No internet for the holidays, thanks @TELUS @TELUSsupport! It’s been days and no tech can come till 29th. And instead of suggesting I get a 5Gb Telus wifi SIM locally for some internet connection, 5 depts. offer no help. Guess we have to find the information and pay for it too!

@RogersHelps I thought you guys had some plan in place for data outages after the last incident. It’s been forever and we still don’t have internet. Telus and Bell have internet. What happened? After the last fiasco this was not supposed to happen.

Just drove down to AL after visiting Telus to make sure my phone would unlimited data would work. An hour after crossing border Telus blocked my wifi leaving me in an ice storm with no calling, no texting and later no GPS. I called then from a hotel phone but they said too bad.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS your fibre optic network installed in my neighborhood has been extremely unreliable since being installed early November. Even with numerous attempts from a very customer focused employee has not resolved the problem. I would never recommend it to anyone.
