@KyleGunderson Let me tell you about my TELUS experience this month. I’ve called in three times, each being on hold for over an hour before having them hang up on me. When you finally do get through, you get transferred all over for a couple more hours because their automated systems suck.

I lost a great job recently due to a stroke & was so excited to get a break in world! They 'sold' the deal by saying they knew people could use extra help in winter! Telus only wired our complex within last 2 years & they have given great deals to many in here- so I believed!

Just so not right! I told my family I would buy biggest turkey this year! A fresh one we could never afford before! I shopped items knowing I had gift card coming! Telus is huge company & I believed this worker as a rep of them! Just so angry to get set up to fail by telus.

...along ceiling. Drilling & putting a wall modem in. Then 4 am I get phone call that kept ringing until I answered saying my 'home security' system was showing low battery! I never signed up for that service & they were rude & would NOT believe me. Then when I called Telus ...
