Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Lachine and nearby locations:

  • downsdispatch John Downs (@downsdispatch) reported from Montréal, Québec

I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

  • FriendlyFuture TELUS Friendly Future Foundation (@FriendlyFuture) reported from Montréal, Québec

You can support emergency relief efforts today by texting the word DONATE to 41010 to donate $20 to TELUS @FriendlyFuture. All funds will go to local charities on the ground helping those impacted by #HurricaneFiona.

  • _alicehirsch alice hirsch (@_alicehirsch) reported from Montréal, Québec

Welcome to Telus where customers feel entitled to a phone line and will throw accusations at you when they fail a credit check.

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • chieffatguy Chief Fat Guy *rich people suck*🇨🇦 🏳️‍🌈 (@chieffatguy) reported

@StephenJack4 @StephenPunwasi Never going to happen. I would suspect there is only one national network. Telus is fully integrated with Bell and Rogers is only a nationwide cell network. I would guess only Bell has a full, Fibre, hardliners, microwave, cell network Canada wide. And I took them 100 years

  • Dreamchasingxo 👑 (@Dreamchasingxo) reported

@Danny_MAZE Koodo or Telus! always have service with both and never had any billing issues

  • MDRNmusic MDRN (@MDRNmusic) reported

Holy ****, correct me if I’m wrong, but Telus is giving $100 credit for switch and $50 just for making a plan? If you get a $32 talk text plan, that means they’re literally giving away 1 month plans, just cancel after one month.

  • rainypete Peter Rainford (@rainypete) reported

@KX947 After sparring with Telus and Bell I'm over it. They all are horrible because the CRTC limits our options. Since I can take my number wherever I go my allegiance is wherever the price is best for me.

  • crypto_tunaaaa CryptooooTunaaaa (@crypto_tunaaaa) reported

@TELUS has to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

  • Deceptiquan1 Benjamin (@Deceptiquan1) reported

@MobileSyrup I was already planning to switch to Telus when my Fido contract is up in Dec, I've been dealing with poor cell signal in my office for the last 2 years so the recent outage was just happenstance

  • daftJackal daftJackal (@daftJackal) reported

@MobileSyrup No, I'm not changing anything. *BUT*, my setup already has cross-carrier redundancy. When Rogers went out, I simply tethered to my Telus service.

  • terry_yzt Terry Young (@terry_yzt) reported

@RodKahx Also the absolute insanity to think that somehow Bell, Telus , Westjet, Sobeys, Save-On etc haven’t been doing THE EXACT SAME ****

  • davidajoebaker David A. Joseph Baker (@davidajoebaker) reported

Rogers what happened? I can see a lot of people switching to Telus. Very bad.

  • snowgirlct C. Turner (@snowgirlct) reported

@LMMcKenna @birgitomo @Rogers Our home phone, internet, TV are Rogrrs but cellphones are Telus. Will never have all services under 1 providers. Can't believe businesses don't diversify their providers too.
