    @TELUS Literally worst customer service. What happens when companies cut costs by implementing redundant automated phone systems and move call centers to 3rd world countries and paid peanuts to read a script rather than pay people in NA who actually understand technology

    @TELUS - constantly try and sell their services to you, cancel appointments last minute, and insist on scheduling visits even when they know they don’t have lines set up in your neighbourhood. But here we go, they’ll call back to try again 🫡 maybe train ur sales team?

    @the_ref14 @TELUS Buddy, I’ve gotten 6 letters saying I owe Canada $2000 for something I never even got. Whole country is a disaster

    @CBCCanada Imagine if canada had a journalist who would have the courage to s speak truth to justice. Truth to power. Telus, Bell and Shaw are a protected-by-the-government monopoly that exploits 3rd world customer service employees who are not the right choice. We are.

    I have to go be at the studio so the telus man can come to fix our internet and he will show up sometime between 11 and 1 but if I’m not there when he arrives they’re gonna charge me a bunch of money

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus support. Telus cancelled a long-distance service without letting me know. The rep said they would correct the over-billing charges, but would not give me that service back, even though it was negotiated as part of a 2 year contract.
