    @my_name_here85 Rogers is garbage. I did 20 years in telco and would recommend Koodo. Parent is Telus so you are on a strong network.

    I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

    We’ve had this number for years but with Rogers since 2015. We get calls daily from TELUS to switch. What happens if there is an emergency and they have no service? Serious situation and support keeps insisting the have to talk to the person with the phone. @CRTCeng

    The time to strike Canadian oligarchs like Telus and Rogers is now AMERICA!! All you’d have to offer is a $60 unlimited data within North America and you’d wipe Rogers and Telus off the map. Thus opening up the internet scheme they run. I don’t even care if the coverage is that great, I can’t even get 5g service on the plains of Sask with @Rogers dog **** service.     @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport You're paying for an expensive phone. I pay about $35 before discounts for an unlimited plan with Public mobile. It uses the name Telus network. Feel free to use my referral bonus. 7W08EK My specific plan isn't available now but anything more than about $35 and you're overpaying

    @UnkleHack69 The problem is that the Canadian market is extremely protectionist of Telus and Rogers. It's not even like telecommunications regulations are more strict in Canada and US telecoms just refuse to meet them because they're actually much more lenient than in the US.

    @wongkarwasian most Canadian service providers collude to increase the level of service beyond what the average consumer needs so that can charge upward of $100 a month for something that should be extremely basic telus wants like $110 a month for 500mbps internet for instance, but most people would still be ok with 100mbps or less I'm many cases
