Years ago, before joining the railroad, I was a telephone operator at Telus. For a while, all the non-male operators got this rude guy calling, commenting and cursing them out. I recognized when he called because he’d usually hang up and call back to harass the ladies...

@MobileSyrup Wow. Just got an update from Telus Support that the Pixel 5 I ordered from them Nov 18 is 6 to 8 weeks out. One tech told me covid issues at the plant. Have y'all heard anything?

@CRTCeng @RogersMobileCa @TELUS robo calls are pretty bad these days. Can one of you please create an app that makes reporting to CRTC (and presumably cell provider) more efficient by pulling data from recent calls and having saveable default required form responses. Thanks!

I guess @TELUSsupport @TELUS 1 business day really means 3+ business days? It is not okay to take hundreds of dollars from your customer, never deliver the device they ordered, and on top of that ignore their requests for help. I give it until the end of the week and I'm gone
