Army (@BlazeArmy) reported@TELUS worst customer service I have ever been involved with. You need to sort out your call agents or something. Long conversation yesterday with an agent. Today no record of the call and everything discussed. Looking for other options now. Feels like you are a bunch of liars.

Cordale Hann (@CordaleHann) reported@CTVAtlantic How about we let online healthcare providers provide prescriptions? Other provinces have this “luxury”. Telus Health virtual care is so convenient, but they can’t provide us with anything other than spoken words because our province restricts it. Fix this please!

Spellbound (@Spell_boundd) reported@ItsSamG @Bell I ended up switching to telus last year because their customer service went to absolute ****. It's sad.

VWbugNuT (@Ryansisson7) reported from Pitt Meadows, British Columbia@TELUS The call-back service doesn't even call my phone it goes directly to my voicemail. What can you do about this disservice to your customers who can only wait on hold an hour to speak with a representative?

@Daria@Equestria.social (@yaynewfriend) reported@buggy37622447 @shakepay Koodo might not work with it, given that Koodo has abysmal phone support, they're the cheapass Telus brand and Telus needs to be called to manually add your card. But once they do that, you can use it going forward. :)
