  • chris_wardman Chris Wardman (@chris_wardman) reported from Denman Island, British Columbia

Very long service call with @telus to discover that they’ve been charging me for a service they can’t provide to a rural area. #crtc

  • twistystacherun Rob Goblin 🎃👻💀 (@twistystacherun) reported from Courtenay, British Columbia

Years ago, before joining the railroad, I was a telephone operator at Telus. For a while, all the non-male operators got this rude guy calling, commenting and cursing them out. I recognized when he called because he’d usually hang up and call back to harass the ladies...

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • unringablebell The Unringable Bell (@unringablebell) reported

@FrogInevitable @JeanLucMarches1 Rogers is Fido's parent company. Quality of service is reduced to account for Fido's lower rates but otherwise the same. Koodo belongs to Telus. Bell owns Lucky & Virgin. These are known as mvno's.

  • fraips Tyler Fraipont (@fraips) reported

@darthvanderlaan @TELUS Huh, I didn't know Bell bought Telus. Sounds like the same quality customer service.

  • GoodRubyVibes Ruby Young (@GoodRubyVibes) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Why am I having trouble texting? My neighbour, on Telus, is able to send me TXT but I am on Bell and he didn't get my reply

  • Cthwilson1 Tom Wilson 🇨🇦 (not hockey player) (@Cthwilson1) reported

@darthvanderlaan @TELUS Ask to be passed in to customer retention. They have much more leeway than the regular sales staff.

  • 342Monkey MilkMan JAY (@342Monkey) reported

@darthvanderlaan @GlenMah @TELUS If you say it that way, a competitor won’t go out of their way to treat you better. That being said, I’d also want to tell everyone how pissed off I was

  • kempthead Parker Donham (@kempthead) reported

@gmbutts @Rogers That was my experience with Rogers two decades ago (and further back with Bell). I switched to Telus, and have received excellent service.

  • B54332458 B (@B54332458) reported

@trustednerd @TELUSsupport @TELUS These problems are de minimis and best resolved amicably. You are not required to use this service. Your lawsuit will fail. At least send them a letter first and give them a chance to fix this.

  • KonesMcrod Kones_McRod (@KonesMcrod) reported

@facepalmchris All the telus techs I encountered were at worst, a little stressed from their 12 work days. You know Yaniv was acting like a white trash karen the whole time, berating them on what they can touch or what they can do.

  • kannibal25 Terry Thomas (@kannibal25) reported

@darthvanderlaan @TELUS All telcos are like that though. I'd suggest contacting their customer retention or loyalty team to see what they can offer you.

  • rbl1979 Sea-Maximum644 (@rbl1979) reported

@elks @TELUS My QB made another bad pass but it is my fault for not catching it.
