Good work @TELUS ! “Due to a system issue on October 28th, 2021, the Unlimited Internet usage add-on has been removed from accounts. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.”

  • chris_wardman Chris Wardman (@chris_wardman) reported from Denman Island, British Columbia

Very long service call with @telus to discover that they’ve been charging me for a service they can’t provide to a rural area. #crtc

  • twistystacherun Rob Goblin 🎃👻💀 (@twistystacherun) reported from Courtenay, British Columbia

Years ago, before joining the railroad, I was a telephone operator at Telus. For a while, all the non-male operators got this rude guy calling, commenting and cursing them out. I recognized when he called because he’d usually hang up and call back to harass the ladies...

And on top of that, the reps promise they will watch the bill to ensure that it’s fixed. Yet it’s never fixed. The rep who sold the service never responded since it’s obvious they only cared about making a sale. @TELUSsupport @TELUS

  • davidcroper David Roper (@davidcroper) reported

@TELUSsupport Why wasn't @Fidomobile affected by the power outage in Coquitlam last night but @TELUS was? Is #Rogers more reliable?

  • joaospasteis i love a big leaf (@joaospasteis) reported

Hey @Rogers / @Fidomobile, are you going to pay my @TELUS phone bill this month for all the data charges since your internet has been down in my area for TWO days? Absolutely ridiculous!!!

  • BCKenzee M McKenzie (@BCKenzee) reported

My @TELUS home services contract expires in a few weeks. After 6 years with them I haven't been happy with their service for the past year. I'm considering switching to @ShawInfo Who would you choose?

  • TheAverageLebo1 Suckers pay billionaires $8 (@TheAverageLebo1) reported

@cmcalgary Shaw falsely advertises fibre plans, yet they only run coax to the house; hence your terrible upload speeds rather than full duplex. Call Telus and tell them what you're paying for with Shaw and they'll match it, plus give you duplex speed.

  • Husnain74132355 Husnain Amjad (@Husnain74132355) reported

@TELUS Hi,I am freelancer and i have complete your project in 3 days ago but I don't receive my payment i have not got any response please help me so that i can start work as soon as possible thanks.

  • glacialtide Queen in the North (@glacialtide) reported

I’ve switched from LTE to 3G, which was also not working but now seems to be working, but this is amazing timing from Rogers and Telus

  • vzeaul vzeaul (@vzeaul) reported

@Dean_Winnipeg @FoxBlink4321 we joke, but telus has a health division working on that very problem 😬

  • nosafeSpot jimmy jimmerson (@nosafeSpot) reported

@LeafSingh I don’t know Singh, I’ve been with @TELUS since I had a cell phone and not one issue. Customer service is top notch too. I’m pushing 40 so it’s been a long time
