Years ago, before joining the railroad, I was a telephone operator at Telus. For a while, all the non-male operators got this rude guy calling, commenting and cursing them out. I recognized when he called because he’d usually hang up and call back to harass the ladies...

@TELUS Called me and predatorily stole me from my Bell contract saying I wouldn't owe a penny. @Bell_Support charged me $2000 to cancel after only 10 days. Even after saying I have 15 days to cancel. Who am I more mad at?

@SaraKlapstein @TELUSsupport @TELUS Hi Sara, we are having the same issue but when calling accounts/billing they said they couldn’t find our account and to try a different browser, which makes no sense if they can’t find our account in their system then a different browser won’t help. Did you find a solution?

I just received my first ever @TELUS @TELUSsupport bill after switching from Rogers and I have never been so disappointed and lied to. Switching back to Rogers after the holidays. Worst experience ever. Shame on you @TELUS.

@TELUS Was with Rogers for 10 years and finally made the switch to Telus. Went down to Miami for 2 weeks and my phone wouldn’t make a call,not even to Telus!Tried all google tricks and customer service still said too bad and still charged me full rate for everyday !Back to Rogers
