Years ago, before joining the railroad, I was a telephone operator at Telus. For a while, all the non-male operators got this rude guy calling, commenting and cursing them out. I recognized when he called because he’d usually hang up and call back to harass the ladies...

@maxfawcett @TD_Canada I was on hold with @telus for 3 hours & that was the end of me being a customer. The customer service rep was not good at the job & after that long I was done. It was the last straw in many issues with them lol.

. @TELUSsupport just want to say 'thanks' for the continued SHITTY service...both the Home Internet & TV Service and the total inability to talk to Telus Support. IT IS SOOO FVCKING BAD !!! How does one 'work from home' when the Internet service is si intermittent? No TV! FuckYou
