    Hey @Videotron, the tech support handle shown in the customer centre app @videotron24_7 doesn't seem to exist.

    So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

    @brianjpapineau I went from Wind/Freedom to Koodo and never looked back, but I hear good things about Videotron.

    .@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices.

    @TheKaufmanShow It was a Videotron outage. Not the "internet" but a server issue. I checked online and there was a workaround. 1) connected to my phone's hotspot 2) logged into my PC's VPN Worked like a charm, but the outage still sucked. I'm staying with Videotron.

    The internet is down across Montreal (for Videotron subscribers) and we mostly can’t work without it, but on the plus side, the internet is down across Montreal and we mostly can’t work without it.

    @fagstein @Videotron No internet problem on my Videotron account but two days ago I did notice my Videotron PVR cable box's time display was lagging by seven minutes!! Never saw that before. Just putting it out there.

    @LykeOnTopp @BaJumVFX @Videotron If you're not a Bell customer, I might look better but as a customer, it's not. I guess you didn't hear about the massive layoff last week.

    @FelChocobo @Videotron ... let's say in the worst scenario, services are down until midnight. 1pm to 12. We talk about 10 hours. In a month, there's approx. 720 hours. You're asking for a credit of 1.39% :) ... Again, IF you lose 10 hours of services, which I highly doubt.
