    @Videotron When my power goes out for unplanned reasons, @hydroquebec is able to give an ETA on when their service will be restored. They even provide an app with an updated outage map so customers can track progress. Internet is just as vital a service as electricity.

    Hey @Videotron you have a full internet outage in my whole neighborhood in #Montreal right now for over 2 hours, and your CSR has no ETA for me for when it will be fixed. This is unacceptable.

    Who should I trust ? @Videotron telling me that @koodo made incomplet phone number transfert or koodo saying I had never say yes to the text message to confirm I want to leave them... (but I did) 😒... Bad service when I speak to @koodo

    @Videotron I already contacted your customer support, and they verified there is a big outage in my neighborhood. They also could not tell me when the problem would be resolved. Hours? Days? They had no ETA at all. That is unacceptable.

    @apukwa Yeah I think so too. It leans to far out in left field for me and my liking. It's just too weird/stupid. If this were true then Videotron, who also switched to the same system, is looking for Rogers to buy it too. But the data side is a thing.

    @koodo your customer service is garbage. 3 attempts to TALK to a CSR have failed. If the 4th fails, I will be speaking to a Videotron CSR

    Yo @Videotron I’m about to yeet your modem down the road how frigging hard is it to note down a new address? It’s the 4th technician you send to the old address. It’s the 15th technician we talk to this week. We’ve been on the phone for 15 hours this week for a simple change.
