  So @Videotron sent a collection agency to collect $$ from my 84yr old with ALS for not returning his cablebox. The issue is that the tech who installed the box put a lock on it and we could not remove. I explained to videotron reps but they just want $$ #greedy

  .@Videotron over the past couple of weeks one of your cell towers in #Barrhaven has been malfunctioning. Despite 2-4 bars of signal strength and “LTE” displayed, no cellular data works. SMS and calls still work though. Same problem on multiple devices. #Videotron

  @RSwartz2013 @WeatherLandG I'm with Videotron, no issues except my phone is connected to a tower across the river in Quebec, about 10km away. The Rogbellus tower 1km away is showing offline.

  @caiobchi @cmaconthehill @CityNewsKIT Videotron competition lowered prices in Quebec. Much like MTS + Sasktel did in MB / SK. Competition for the big 3. Videotron has service outside of QC, in Ottawa, same prices as QC. The big 3 and their flanker brands would not match prices of Videotron in Ottawa. We switched.

  @Videotron Today my family and I were helped by a young lady by JouJou. She went above and beyond as a customer services representative, my daughter started to be fed up of being in her stroller and Joujou took her played with her watched movies on her tablet with her.

  @itsreallypaulh @myworldtaw I agree Videotron plans and customer service is great. We have 4 phones with them, each with 20GB/month +100GB extra per year, for $45 per phone

  @OdyseeTeam Hi Odysee team. There's a major problem in Quebec region of Canada, we can't acces Odysee by many internet providers. I'm with @Videotron and no browser but Tor can access. Can you see what is the cause? Asking for thousands of people on my FB page.

  @Bischoff_Tyler 2/2 I also think not putting an NHL team after Videotron Centre in Quebec City was built is a bad look for the NHL (they could still get an NHL/NLL/CEBL team at the Videotron Centre, but that remains to be seen). I think the same can happen in the NBA if they are not careful.

  @SandraFalcone I know that and I've had my issues with Videotron also. But they don't behave in quite the same brutal fashion as Bell. What they have done to CJAD is unacceptable. In effect, Bell is waging war on a Montreal institution.
