Alex Poulopoulos (@AlexPoulopoulo1) reported@Videotron Still have no land-line service. Since Wednesday. Can't even call 911. Older people have traditional landlines . *** can electricity be back and videotron not. Same towers and poles !!!!!
-
Avanos 🇨🇦⚜️ (@Avanosss) reported@PapiDitzyHarpy @GinoHard_ The language barrier is a pretty weak argument! In Quebec, we’re practically all bilingual and the Montreal Canadiens don’t seem to have any problem! Yes, the market is small, but at least the Videotron Centre would be full for every game!
-
sLosada (@s_slosada) reported@Videotron Hi, That's not in my property, I'm only trying to help you. If Videotron wants to get emergency calls and unhappy customers once it breaks, it's your own decision.
-
Hey it's MÏÇH€£€ (@miremi) reportedI find it weird that people always post to an artists account "memories" of concerts from their nosebleed seats? Also, they are always of the "videotron" or whatever it's called and never at the ant-like figure on the stage. If you don't have "camera seats" take a hard pass.

Francis Taquin (@FrancisTaquin1) reported" With Rogers shutting its 3G network on July 31 too, it’s likely that Freedom Mobile and Videotron’s 3G shutdown is related, since its wireless customers also roam on Rogers. “Starting July 31, 2025, one of our Canadian partners will begin shutting down their 3G network, beginning with the province of Quebec, as well as Ottawa, and it’s surrounding areas,” says Freedom Mobile. Recently, Rogers and Fido have already started cutting off working phones that were using its 3G networks, in what was deemed accidental. Rogers is also charging a $75 network fee if users continue to use 3G networks. "

DownHooligan (@DownHooligan) reported@mchkzn Videotron is garbage. Bell all the way. I get coverage in areas where nobody does and 5G speeds in Ottawa are 500 download.
-
James Somaeck (@somaeck) reportedI reached out to @Videotron today to inquire into contractual penalties for ending the services I have with them. I have no qualms with the product - it has been pretty good. #eSim and unified billing though are not available. A thread on what went down... 1/9

Alex Clark (@alxclrk) reportedI'm on a train from Toronto to Montreal, and I can't believe we can't get reliable internet for the entire trip with VIA Rail. Onboard wifi dropping constantly and even Videotron's network has terrible coverage over the entire ride. Really wish they could use Starlink somehow.
-
J (@jesshabs) reportedIs anyone else having issues with Videotron home internet? For a few days now I've been losing internet connection multiple times a day for 20-30 minutes at a time.. @Videotron

LarryFisherman (@LarryFishermang) reported@Bell, you really need to start offering better internet packages if you want me as a customer. 5mb download and 680kb upload for 60$ a month is crazy, I'll stay with videotron
