They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

They even provide an app with an updated outage map so customers can track progress. Internet is just as vital a service as electricity.
