When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

Issa Sissoko (@IssaCheckmate) reported from Montréal, QuebecI switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

It should be illegal for you to force our phone lines through your devices if they can't allow for emergency calls in times of emergency. You are using our public infrastructure.
