    @Videotron URGENT ! The CNBC World feed is routed to the CNBC feed. Can you fix this pls. That's 2 days in a row and a common occurrence tbh. CNBC World is of no value to me. I want channel 106 with Squawk Box, a stock market ticker and economic data.

Plus I dm’d u like told me to & u STILL haven’t replied. Why don’t YOU take my issue to them instead me explainng the same thing over & over 2 20 ppl

    @Videotron Still have no land-line service. Since Wednesday. Can't even call 911. Older people have traditional landlines . *** can electricity be back and videotron not. Same towers and poles !!!!!

    Freedom wasn't great for cell phones (lots of complaints online) but since Videotron bought them I expect things to be much better. We switched on phone to Freedom and so far, other than a bumpy setup(*), it's been great. *They put the wrong # in one of the account fields so RCS wouldn't work, couldn't explain how and couldn't fix it until we went two service tiers up. Also twice claimed they sent emails which somehow never arrived.

    @Videotron city crews put my neighbor's cable on my property. he told me you're only showing up in two weeks to reconnect the service...does that mean it will be hanging from the post and hanging down onto my front lawn for that long?

    @fagstein Have you heard through any of your sources if Videotron/Helix has found a solution or work around to fix their recording playback problem?
