They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

My account shows a credit of $465 after I accidentally overpaid you in August, and still kept paying monthly anyway. Agent says he sees $75 credit only. My customer centre says $465.
