We’ve dealt with Videotron maybe 3 times as potential customers and every time we’ve had agenda flat out refuse to speak English. Even when we get telemarketing calls, when I say I don’t speak French they just say “ok bye” and hang up. Always a bad experience.

Since February with that heavy snow that came down I've called them about 7 or 8 times about service disruptions with the internet & telephone.
