2am thunderstrike overhead fried my Google wifi, Videotron cable modem, a network switch and possibly my ethernet card on my main PC. Very glad I kept a backup router so I can at least get internal services (Plex) back up.

@Videotron I've been a loyal client for the last 17 years. I don't know who's making the big decisions in your company, but (s)he is a ******* idiot. In the span of about one year you went from the best ISP in town to one of the worst. Time to move.

If you decide to register your business and need a provider PLEASE DO NOT USE @Videotron They are the worst. Overpriced and their customer service is the worst. I’ve been on the line over 1h 30 and they keep transferring me like a ping pong ball! 🏓

If you have a business please do NOT use @Videotron nor Vidéotron Affaire. They are the worst. I’ve been on the line for 1:20 being pass around like it’s a ********! All I’m trying to do is paid them and ask about my plan…that’s the worst part 🥲

@Bischoff_Tyler 2/2 I also think not putting an NHL team after Videotron Centre in Quebec City was built is a bad look for the NHL (they could still get an NHL/NLL/CEBL team at the Videotron Centre, but that remains to be seen). I think the same can happen in the NBA if they are not careful.
