So @Videotron tech support no longer 24/7 but now only from 9am? Wow, it’s just like living back in France. Got to take time out of work to get anything done.

  • CeeFor Cee (@CeeFor) reported from Montréal, Québec

@Videotron @DjBlaster Interesting. We’ve dealt with Videotron maybe 3 times as potential customers and every time we’ve had agenda flat out refuse to speak English. Even when we get telemarketing calls, when I say I don’t speak French they just say “ok bye” and hang up. Always a bad experience.

  • lagarto_malo lagarto malo 🦎 (@lagarto_malo) reported from Westmount, Québec

@pmarriott @Videotron It seems spotty this morning, short periods of outage then back to normal.

  • katelynvthomas Katelyn Thomas (@katelynvthomas) reported from Westmount, Québec

I am convinced the person who voices videotron’s automated customer service line is Chandler Bing’s dad.

  • BrokrBindr Joseph Valenti (@BrokrBindr) reported from Beaconsfield, Québec

@DisneyStudiosCA I paid for a subscription today for my residence in Montreal. My ISP (Cronomagic) is a reseller for one of the major ISPs (Videotron). Disney+ is blocking me, identifying my IP address as "outside of Canada", which it is not (!). No service unless my cellular data. Not happy!

  • jayseereyes jyseerys (@jayseereyes) reported from Montréal, Québec

@Videotron Besides, I didn't because I wasn't aware of my limits till I received my bill. However, this month I did receive an alert regarding with my usage limits. So it wasn't a technical problem.

  • jayseereyes jyseerys (@jayseereyes) reported from Montréal, Québec

@Videotron No, but chat with a customer representative. Even her couldn't provide any solutions instead apologizing for the situation. Well, her apologizing is not what I need because it didn't solve the charges or any kind of that matter.

  • wild_one1998 Amanda (@wild_one1998) reported from Montréal, Québec

@Videotron Both cable boxes in the house went down last night, and are still down now

  • dave_mac609 David MacIntyre (@dave_mac609) reported from Montréal, Québec

@Videotron Three times in the last month you have needed to send a technician to my house to fix my internet and TV, and the same issues keep reoccurring. Internet has been AWOL since last night and TV signal weak. This is absolutely unac-*******-ceptable. Disgraceful. Do better.

  • Iqballer69 Ahsan. (@Iqballer69) reported from Montréal, Québec

@Videotron in the past 2 months you have sent me notifications that you are taken away my TV call display and BBC Canada, costs go up my services goes down. #notimpressed

  • frpaul1 Bicycle Seen 🍂 🚴‍♂️ (@frpaul1) reported

@bikeviewca @Videotron @CapitalWard yeah, speeding to "make the light" is a problem that can have dire consequented. When a collision does happen, it's often treated as an oopsie because most of the time they get away with it and it was just bad luck that a collision happened.

  • Strudel74 Alex Trudel (@Strudel74) reported

@cogeco How about you start by making your actual network reliable ? Worst network I ever had. I miss @Videotron

  • RiggedJasn Rigged Jasn (@RiggedJasn) reported

@Apashe_Music @Rogers But Rogers definitely was one of the worst companies my parents ever went with. I never used Fizz though, I have Videotron though.

  • David_YMQ David Lorette (@David_YMQ) reported

@Videotron I have no idea if this was a Videotron employee or not. He came on my property so I’m not removing anything until I know who it was. I didn’t ask Videotron for any service. No reason for you to come to my home when I can’t even have a relative here

  • David_YMQ David Lorette (@David_YMQ) reported

@Videotron man knocked on my door in West Island Montreal claiming to be from Videotron visiting customers who pay a lot for Helix service,,,I just said no thank you and closed door. Are you going door to door or is someone posing as Videotron employee to access homes?

  • greynotgrey Ian K. Rogers ikr?╭ರ_ಠ (@greynotgrey) reported

On the subject of bait & switch ... #videotron phone agent reduces my bill by $15/m (good) & says they're sending me a Samsung A21 as a thankyou... turns out she renewed my 2-yr contract! SHE LITERALLY NEVER SAID THIS WAS RENEWING, I would have negotiated a better phone :( #scam

  • markdiez514 M▼RKDIEZ (@markdiez514) reported from Montréal, Québec

@Videotron what’s going on with your internet wtf?!?!?

  • StuCowan1 Stu Cowan (@StuCowan1) reported

@BWildeMTL @MurphysLaw74 The fact in Canada (at least with Videotron in Quebec) you have to pay for a bunch of cable TV channels you will never watch doesn't help when it comes to people deciding to cut their cable.
