@Videotron is this the customer experience you want for your clients? So if I don’t have the money to pay $400 that I wasn’t supposed to be charged upfront, then you cut off my service and still leave me with the bill? This is none sense.

@fagstein @Videotron No internet problem on my Videotron account but two days ago I did notice my Videotron PVR cable box's time display was lagging by seven minutes!! Never saw that before. Just putting it out there.

@Videotron said this kind of thing happens (often?) & that the only option I have is to accept their “courtesy” of $75 and pay the rest otherwise i will receive late fees and eventually they will cut off my service and come get the equipment but that I would still have to pay.

@Videotron still charged me upfront $388+ tax with installation fees of $60 even though I chose to pay in $12 for 24 months. When my bill came out on July 9th, I called customer service. They told me it was a mistake and that they would see what they could do. Lol

I switched to @Videotron on June 8th 2021. They offered their high speed internet service, Helix with no installation fees. They gave me 2 options: - Pay for equipment upfront: $388+ tax OR - Pay $12 + tax/month for 24 months. I went with the 2nd option. But guess what?

There have even been warning about Cogeco's networks becoming like Rogers network if the Cogeco entertained Rogers offer to buy them. Rogers Network is a [low] class on its own. @Videotron This new outage system, honestly, we no longer have a map that shows the location all we see is a red blot on a map with no details. So now calls are backed up because prior to this system we could see enough details where we wouldn't have to call to get details.

@Videotron I'm currently on hold with tech support in regards to my Galaxy 20 Ultra. I have a protective plan on it. I tried to take a picture and it was all blury. I turned the phone around and noticed the camera had a broken hole on the glass. I never dropped my phone.

Does anyone have a better option for Internet, phone, and cable TV than @Videotron or @Bell? Both exorbitant for Internet. Videotron basic TV sucks. (except for 2 or 3 channels)
