@kingstonist I hope so. I have a kingston address but the only option for internet for me is Xplornet. It's slow and very expensive. I think many ppl on the outskirts are in same boat.

  • billgatescooka brandon (@billgatescooka) reported

@Xplornet And now you’re doing gigabit to compete with starlink you have no interest in the customers them self only to sell what you have to and make money I know in the past you would upgrade some towers but it would never be enough to fix your speed issues

  • MaizeingPete Pete Archer (@MaizeingPete) reported

@CousineauAlbert @tenwattandrew @Xplornet They are always the worst option it seems. Trouble is sometimes they r the only option

  • communik8e Katie 🇨🇦🌸 (@communik8e) reported from Municipal District of Foothills No. 31, Alberta

@jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

  • KashJM Jenny Kash (@KashJM) reported

@Xplornet going on day 2 with absolutely no internet, what's your response to mandatory work from home directions when this is the service you provide? Was told it would be back on last night, about to start another work day and still nothing

  • FuckinRikki Nobody (@FuckinRikki) reported

Xplornet is the worst internet providing service I’ve ever used, had people come out 3 times in the past 5 months don’t get what I pay for and 95% of the time it’s not even working. -1/10

  • Gympanzee28 jim (@Gympanzee28) reported

@shannbil 👍 thanks for honest assessment . We’re going switch as well…getting frustrated with our service (not xplornet, but not fast for rural service)

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Who'd figure garbage would post something about an animal that cartoonishly eats garbage.

  • shannbil Shannon Bileski☈ (@shannbil) reported

@Gympanzee28 The speeds are good MOST of the time, today was frustrating. Was down/up for a good portion between 9 and 10, but isn't the norm. Latency can be an issue for days of a lot of meetings. Lots of drops for 20 secs or pixilation. More stable 24/7 than xplornet, but latency...

  • billgatescooka brandon (@billgatescooka) reported

@Xplornet Oversold your towers in the past and fixing them now that there’s other options doesn’t make that right not to say I wouldn’t be satisfied with the service working but you know what you did and Because of that me and several other people are still being affected
