    @tenwattandrew @Xplornet needs to get their act together. The days of slow internet are no longer acceptable. A $30 discount for 3 mths (That never occurred on my statement) is also not acceptable.

    @kingstonist I hope so. I have a kingston address but the only option for internet for me is Xplornet. It's slow and very expensive. I think many ppl on the outskirts are in same boat.

    @jizzard56 @TELUS Yes, we’ve had it before. It was terrible, too. But apparently @Xplornet has improved its services. We just called them. We have had it with Telus!!!

    @Xplornet Sure if @SpaceXStarlink becomes available before then, which it will, I'll be switching. Your satellite internet service is poor and very expensive. I did notice you've offered the ability to purchase more data at an exorbitant rate. Thanks

    Hey @Xplornet - it’s been over a week since our custom business domain has been down. No resolution after hours on the phone w/ your tech team. The pandemic is difficult enough on small business, you’ve further marginalized our ability to run a business during lockdown.
