  @Juleflower @Xplornet I am off of the Gulf Shore Rd. and without Xplornet as well. It has been a problem for weeks, many calls made and no results! Why isn't the tower fixed yet? Why do we have to pay for a service we are not receiving?

  I am so ridiculously fed up with rural internet. Can't even do basic **** half the time because xplornet can't handle streaming ******* video if it's even functioning to begin with.

  @Xplornet I have been an xplornet customer for years. I rarely complained about anything. Then they said I needed a free upgrade if my radio antennae and modem. I didn't want to do but they talked me into it. 2 weeks later, no internet and I'm pissed. More to come.
