    . @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

    @Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

    @Xplornet is so bad, i had to purchase extra data on my phone last month because I can't even use my dogshit xplornet internet. Imagine ripping customers off that badly, i don't even get 1 mb/s half the time.

    @Xplornet Yah I've been doing that for 3 YEARS!!! And guess what! My internet still doesn't work, no one will help and the company won't send a technician to fix it! So what does a person do when the company they PAY for a service doesn't provide the service or assistance????

    @Xplornet This hurts University of Lethbridge more than it helps them. I wouldn't go anywhere they only have xplornet available. Avoid xplornet, they are a terrible ISP.

    @Xplornet You have reviewed my account many times and basically said there is no fix sorry about your luck even after numerous CCTS complaints. You continue to advertise speeds you simply can not provide to people and charge outrageous prices. Fix your system.

    Just had my first real outage with @SpaceX Starlink. Lasted about a half hour, maybe 45 minutes. My account portal had a banner that told me about it AND gave an ETA for a return of service. Two things I've never seen that pathetic excuse for an ISP @Xplornet ever do.
