. @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

@Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

@MFibrillations Let me tell you about Xplornet. Xplornet wifi is the closest thing you can get to hellish wifi. Once I tried to open my email but because of the ****** service it took over 7 hours for my email to open.
