  @Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

  . @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

  @xplore_ca My internet has become incredibly slow and unreliable since Explore had bought out CCI here in rural Alberta. My neighbours too have noticed it. Instead of buying trucks, relocate that money towards improving your towers!

  @xplore_ca Your Internet connection is very slow. Your Internet download speed is very low. Web browsing should work, but videos could load slowly. ~Can't wait until Roger's has the cable done for our area.

  @issaibahim84 @Bell_Support StarLink is 140.00 a month. We are up over 450 mbs on a Gen2 receiver. The Mini we have on the trucks ,we are seldom under 350 mbs even doing 65 mph down the highway. We had Bell,it went down more than my ex wife,samething with Xplornet,Telus. Starlink has been the best to date.

  @dubsndoo We bought Starlink direct(no rogers needed). Only internet service we can get in Ontario country. Shaw satellite and xplornet lte had download speeds of .5. Had that for 10 yrs…now we have 250. 7 people stream/game or work at once w zero issue. Love it.

  @xplore_ca . Absolute embarrassment. How do you take money from ppl that you can't provide the service too? Every excuse in the book yet nothing changes. Keep taking that money you thiefs #scam
