    @Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

    . @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

    @BantrySeedman It’s been by far the best rural internet we’ve had. And price point. Had Xplornet (garbage), then Rogers Rocket hub (great speed but expensive), then Netago local company out of Hanna (was overall good, company sold to Telus and I hate Telus)

    @voiceshapes I use Xplornet because Bell up here is slower than dial up. Still use the modem that came with it and have no issues

    lol Xplornet thinks I’m gonna wait six days for them to come fix my internet. If it’s not done by Monday they’ll never see another dime. @Bell would you like a new customer? Who wouldn’t?

    @xplore_ca @XploreBusiness @APLenehan Final Report: After 17 years with a #xplornet satellite dish, we cancelled our service yesterday [to billing month end] and were cut off last night, a day short of what I stated. Took three customer reps and they still didn't get it right.

    Rural internet provider in Northumberland county @PLawrenceMP is dreadful. Xplornet is our only option. Typical upload speed is .2. Yes point 2. For anyone working from home that’s useless. When will we have access to good reliable reasonably priced high speed internet service?

    @1969Commando @MrStache9 Yea sadly I have XplorNet which loses satellite signal if a seagull farts in the distance.

    @xplore_ca You need to fix your internet it's getting really annoying I use YouTube to help me sleep and it never works I try resetting and nothing

    Does anyone know if Xplore Mobile has improved from the Xplornet days or are they still a criminal enterprise that lies about everything? I'd tag them but one account is protected and the other has me blocked. I presume because they got tired of me calling them on their ****.

    Everyone knows Xplore/Xplornet isn't good enough. The file even says so! They suck. Yet Telus tells people to use this option. Why? There's going to be problems that can affect life & death situations here. #CRTC

    @BezirganMocha /2 I can't get internet other than Starlink. Even cell signal is limited to 2 bar LTE at best and often degrades to 3G. At another property in '98 promised DSL in 6 months by Bell. Today, only Xplornet satellite (which is **** and very expensive) or Starlink.
