    @Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

    . @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

    I had @xplornet, the service was terrible, usually single digit download speeds when it worked at all, so I canceled it. I am 73 years old and they expect me to climb up on my roof to retrieve a piece off the dish or they are going to charge me $500. #xplornetsucks

    @dubsndoo We bought Starlink direct(no rogers needed). Only internet service we can get in Ontario country. Shaw satellite and xplornet lte had download speeds of .5. Had that for 10 yrs…now we have 250. 7 people stream/game or work at once w zero issue. Love it.

    @tammyrobert @SaskTel What really kills me with SaskTel though is their employees' assertion that no private company would provide service in rural SK (which they don't, either). Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.

    @GSmokesweed1 I'm using my tablet while away and that limits me a lot and Xplornet (for North Quebec) sucks...

    @LeoNasau @thinking_panda Yep. 36,000km is the same as the Telesat satellites that were support Xplornet sat internet. My average latency was 670ms with that gear. Useless tech. Starlink: 550km from earth Telesat: 36,000km from earth.

    @kevinki16180099 My internet is $50.00/month, I would think yours should be similar. Anything to do with xplornet is not good, horrible company & service.

    @b3almason @RachelNotley I have Xplornet. My neighbors have Starlink. We checked together. Both suck, however, many in the area have said their Xplornet signal became better when some users switched to Starlink. They are roughly the same, but nowhere near as good as fibre optic in the cities.
