@Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

. @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

Now I have to drive 4 hours to my cottage so that I can finish my zoom meetings all because my internet is out at home and @Xplornet doesn’t give a fk, SICK so happy I’m paying $120 a money for this service :)
