  @Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

  . @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

  @xplore_ca Once again business fiber is down during operating hours and can't get ahold of anyone for support... Why are we paying $600 a month and can't even talk to someone for support.

  @_BrookesPlace @CharcoalEpitaph @nejsnave Nothing can possibly be as terrible as explornet . If I were in the country then I'd be very suspect of any internet provider. Xplornet tried to pull the wool over me some years again until I threatened legal action as well as chucking the dish through there head office
