    @koopy @Xplornet @elonmusk Damn we could use this in town now. Over 32 people on our node during the day now. Used to be 3 or 4. Some days Internet is slooow. Cogeco needs to pay attention as well.

    @Greater_Napanee We live on Hwy 2 by Morvin we have Xplornet it sucks rarely do we have internet at night and a lot of days it’s in and out we sure will be glad if they bring the fibre optics out this way at least we will be paying for something that works Xplornet sucks for reliability for 4$$$

    @Xplornet After almost 1.5hrs on hold, I finally got through to someone who was of great help. Y’all should really have some kind of app or something for customers to report an outage. Being stuck on hold for 1+ hrs to talk to someone for 10min is beyond irritating

    @DrTed77 @StephenPunwasi Xplornet is not Canadian. They are owned by Stonepeak, which is a US investment firm. Also, Xplornet is trash. I'm lucky if I can even use Twitter, my kids can't use it for school and I can't work from home. No amount of "support" has ever fixed it.

    @Xplornet On his podcast, Xplornet customer m3t4lw01f interviews other Xplornet customers to get their feedback on the service. Just kidding, no one on Xplornet can participate in an online meeting long enough to make a podcast.

    @xplornet Throttling and blocking my internet usage right now. hahaha. If you are reading this and an xplornet customer experiencing the same issue. Its not technical difficulties; tap that like/heart button. lol. :)

    @DrTed77 Xplornet was $150 for 100 GB/month for a quarter the speed, with latency so bad you couldn’t do video conferencing. They only upgraded this year after competition, and it’s still way worse.

    Just heard from other villagers that I am not the only one experiencing issues this week. Many of us have been unplugging the damn routers and plugging them back in, as @Xplornet often advises to do when you call them with any internet issue.

    @bologna_eater79 If it make you feel any better, in the 4 years I've been with Xplornet, I have never gotten higher than 2mb download speeds
