@koopy @Xplornet @elonmusk Damn we could use this in town now. Over 32 people on our node during the day now. Used to be 3 or 4. Some days Internet is slooow. Cogeco needs to pay attention as well.

@LimestoneDSB Now day 15 with unstable internet. Xplornet needs to get going. We've been patient but enough is enough. This is the big rural internet provider !

@CadeTreacy @Xplornet @elonmusk I haven’t heard a single bad review. Glad we held off on getting a Telus hub, they ended up not being all they were cracked up to be in our area.

@RagenKajen @NETAGOwireless CCI was terrible, then @Xplornet bought them and it got even worse. There’s a reason everyone went from Xplornet to CCI in the first place. We have to have wifi off on our phones in order to stream tv in the evenings. Even then sometimes we just give up on it.

@MaureenParent7 @Xplornet Sounds about right. A few months ago @Xplornet did a fix on our tower. Service was great and what we were paying for, for 2 days. Then they notified us of second ‘fix’ and results have been poor again since then. Clearly they can deliver, just won’t.

@Xplornet I contacted your customer support yesterday. I waited 1 hr 25 min on hold to get through. They couldn't help me and said they would pass my issue on to a specialized service team who is not available 24/7. I have yet to hear back. This issue has gone on for three days now.
