Dan K (@Feefyou) reported from Brant, Ontario@Xplornet This is redundant as ive called and emailed and no one is doing anything. My support ticket has been continually ignored. Please get something in motion. The ball has been in your court for over a month.
-
Sandra Steeds (@SandraSteeds) reported from Brant, Ontario@Xplornet I have family in the US and Europe. I’m desperately trying to connect with them over internet. It may be the last time for some. We have been down or slow for months. It’s not all about money. Please improve the Xplornet service and speed. Thanks 🙏🏻
Xplore Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Ally Bryant (@Eh_Bee_Sea) reported@xplore_ca A tech came today. I am not impressed. This is a fixable problem that has happened and been fixed twice before. It's been years since we had an issue. This guy says the leaves on the trees make it an "unsuitable location for high-speed". Did the tower move? No. My house? No.
-
Tybernicus (@Tybernicus17) reported@BezirganMocha /2 I can't get internet other than Starlink. Even cell signal is limited to 2 bar LTE at best and often degrades to 3G. At another property in '98 promised DSL in 6 months by Bell. Today, only Xplornet satellite (which is **** and very expensive) or Starlink.
-
Colin Stewart (@cstewartyqr) reported@tammyrobert @SaskTel What really kills me with SaskTel though is their employees' assertion that no private company would provide service in rural SK (which they don't, either). Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.
-
Ryan Morey (@RyanMor83438655) reported@xplore_ca internet down Minburn tower 2 days ago most of the day, yesterday most of the day and this morning still. Asking what others have … where do you post outages so we know what is happening?
-
Tristan Koschmann (@TristanKoschma2) reported@xplore_ca Hey your guys is internet is down since Thursday any help ?
-
Sherri Richard (@rich_sherri) reported@mcleodtaylor1 @Eastlink That's cheap...I pay $124 for @Bell_Aliant and you can't even watch a movie without continual buffing. Garbage service. Looking at Xplornet which is similar pricing but hopefully better service.
-
Devin Rabey (@Devin_Rabey) reported@moegaultier @xplore_ca To transmit from customer to customer......LOL....you must be unaware of how Sattelite Internet operates.
-
🇨🇦Dave Nussbaumer (@DaveNuss17) reported from Yorkton, Saskatchewan@OrenCairns Best thing I did 2 years ago….and I had the business package from Xplornet….and they had zero service skills!
-
Nick Dodd (@nickdodd) reportedI lived 10 years where nothing more than 150mb was an option (aside from starlink, or xplornet - but neither support static IP addresses which I need). I personally contacted every fiber provider in Canada about getting fiber and when the major provider finally came to my town I was literally the first person to get hooked up.
-
Acura (@TheSmitefulOne) reported@b3almason @RachelNotley I have Xplornet. My neighbors have Starlink. We checked together. Both suck, however, many in the area have said their Xplornet signal became better when some users switched to Starlink. They are roughly the same, but nowhere near as good as fibre optic in the cities.
