@Xplornet I have family in the US and Europe. I’m desperately trying to connect with them over internet. It may be the last time for some. We have been down or slow for months. It’s not all about money. Please improve the Xplornet service and speed. Thanks 🙏🏻

@Xplornet This is redundant as ive called and emailed and no one is doing anything. My support ticket has been continually ignored. Please get something in motion. The ball has been in your court for over a month.

@Xplornet is there something wrong with the service in Ontario? It would be a nice service to inform customers via social media or email before you shut it all down. May I also suggest a few LONG overdue upgrades also. 😡 I wonder if Starlink is available in my area yet. 🤔🙏🏻👍

@jfkleafs @Xplornet don't know what xplornet you're with but ~$125 a month for barely 5 down with regular surprise outages and poor customer service during said outages.... absolutely is NOT cheap NOR fast

So my @Xplornet internet is down again. I call their 800# and they answer then say they're too busy to take my call and hang up on me. Awesome customer service. #Starlink here we come!

@Xplornet internet is down you know it’s down and are playing like an ostrich with your head in the sand. Things happen totally understandable but keeping us in the dark is bad. You have websites and social channels at your disposal. Nothing. I’ve tried to support you, no mor e!

@Xplornet how do you have a province wide outage for over an hour and not post ANYTHING letting us know what’s going on?! People run companies on your service. Starlink is going to gain a lot of customers from this my god.

@Xplornet I’ve been trying to call in to find out why my internet has been down for an hour. Keeping getting a recording that due to higher than normal call volumes, I can’t listen to a recording of outages. What’s up with that?
