@Xplornet I'm filing complaints against this company today. Pay for a service that is beyond sickening and now completely down have to use up my phone data. Seriously have any people considered a class action suit against these thieves? If so count me in. @Canada @ripoff

  • TammyUlrich5 BossLady (@TammyUlrich5) reported

@Xplornet Lucky you!! ive been on hold for over an hour, I'm ready to cancel my auto payment and go with a provider you can actually reach when you need

  • AlterusNominus 4th (@AlterusNominus) reported

@Xplornet Please explain to me why the internet stops working past 5:00 everyday? Has been happening since the start of fall. Can't watch videos, do online calls or even browse. I payed good money for this service and I better get what I payed for.

  • amelvans Amy VanStraaten (@amelvans) reported

@Xplornet - called you on Monday about slow service. The answer was, "I can't even login to your modem but things look okay. Good luck." Today, it's fully unusable. Again. 🤯 Should I wait on hold another 1.5hrs for minimal improvement or just cancel ? Cancel it is.

  • TammyUlrich5 BossLady (@TammyUlrich5) reported

@MBAgDays @Xplornet I have been on hold for over an hour, I am about to call my bank and cancel auto payment and go with a provider you can actually reach when you need. This is Bullshit

  • cardiff_sharon Sharon Cardiff (@cardiff_sharon) reported

@bugalooa @Xplornet So, you would not recommend XplorNet? How bad is it and are you in the country?

  • dixon_coop Andrew Dixon (@dixon_coop) reported

Xplornet net customer service sucks **** . On hold for the next tech for over 3 hours now and apparently I have been next in line all afternoon

  • VoosieVooters Loricat (@VoosieVooters) reported

@Lak3 @kapwamom @Xplornet I have been told that too - upgrading won't help the problem. It's time the watchdogs step in and make Xplornet provide some level of service that people are paying for.

  • TracyRimmer TracyRimmer (@TracyRimmer) reported

@Xplornet Sure you do — after I wait on hold for half an hour, to be told to “unplug it and plug it back in again” — tried that. Didn’t work. The problem is at YOUR end, and I think we BOTH know what it is — your company claims to not oversell your capacity, but that is what is happening.

  • TracyRimmer TracyRimmer (@TracyRimmer) reported

@Xplornet I am not the only one having these issues, and the only reason that your company is getting away with this is that you are the ONLY option for most people in rural Manitoba.
