@EarEigna @SteveS62 As crazy as this may sound, I found my experience with xplornet didn’t align with that of most others. I paid for 25mbps service and almost always found I got 30-35 consistently, and no down time ever.

  • RobertStope1973 Robert Mcelroy (@RobertStope1973) reported

@justushickey @Xplornet Even trying to cancel is a painful experience. Satisfying though.

  • adrienneivey Adrienne Ivey (@adrienneivey) reported

@Huskerhuntshawn @Xplornet Wouldn’t it be nice to just once, get the service you pay for?

  • DarrenH10722554 Darren.H. (@DarrenH10722554) reported

@adrienneivey @Xplornet Sask tel is terrible and it’s gotten worse and worse over the past few years!

  • Walkerfarm306 Devon Walker (@Walkerfarm306) reported

@adrienneivey @Xplornet Easily the worst service provider i’ve ever dealt with. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

  • JessicaEvaLove Jess 🦕 (@JessicaEvaLove) reported

If you live in rural NB and are considering @Xplornet I highly recommend burning your house down instead. They are by far the WORST company to deal with for both customer service and internet connection. You’re better off with @SpaceXStarlink

  • shagel11 Scott Hagel (@shagel11) reported

Hey @Xplornet I now see that your customer retention is a crappy as your service. I sent an email a week ago and still no response. #notsurprised. #brutalprovider

  • carlson_mark Mark Carlson (@carlson_mark) reported

@adrienneivey @JamieDumalski @Xplornet I would enjoy the service more if I was allowed to pay my bill “intermittently” or when I felt like it, similarly like the service is being delivered. 10 cents at a time or something like that #xplornetdumpsterfire

  • IAmJamieAgain Jamie Ellen 🏳️‍⚧️ (@IAmJamieAgain) reported

@FridayInHalifax It's only since late last year that Bell ran a fibre line past our door that we got a usable internet connection. Prior to that there was a Rural Broadband radio connection that was often not much better than dial up, or an xplornet satellite connection, unusable in bad weather.

@Innectic @SpaceX The internet from viasat xplornet wild blue etc geosats is poor 24/7 365 . Starlink is a great option. Even if a few bumps. Outages are minimal unless it was mounted where trees interfere.
