. @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

@Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

@Xplornet @AnnapolisCo Careful to Nova Scotia customers Xplornet bought a reliable internet provider in Alberta and have no technicians to service customers we have been without internet for over two weeks with no line of sight to a repair date.

@SudioC @Xplornet In my experience, this is typical Xplornet service. If you have any other option, I would suggest thinking long and hard about signing any contract with this company. They promise everything and deliver little.
