@Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

. @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

@CousineauAlbert @sheepfarmbecca @Xplornet If only I could switch!!! There is no one else here! Earlier this year the went to my daughter’s fir a service call. Dropped her as a customer , as she was in the middle of a class. She is a university Prof. All her classes were on line. Xplornet sucks
