    . @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

    @Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

    If incumbent Shaw is throwing in the towel trying to build Freedom to be competitive, how can anyone expect a small spun off Freedom to work ? Short of giant like Verizon/Vodaphone buying Freedom, like tiny Xplornet in Winnipeg, Freedom will fail to provide market forces #CRTC

    @Xplornet UP TO means something else to xplornet, and it's not really unlimited. Xplornet is a terrible ISP, avoid xplornet.
