  @Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

  . @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

  @ContrarianTribe I live in Ontario and Starlink is the only way I have internet. Our download speed was 0.5 with xplornet and Shaw. We couldn’t do online learning during covid. We got starlink and now 7 of us can stream, play online games and work at the same time with zero issue.

  @tammyrobert @SaskTel What really kills me with SaskTel though is their employees' assertion that no private company would provide service in rural SK (which they don't, either). Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.
