@Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

. @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

@Xplornet internet down AGAIN. 4th time in November. Has been down for 3+ hours now and their phone system says the wait is 59mins. Still nothing on their website or portal. I'd say it's unbelievable, but it's just another great day as an Xplorenet customer.
