    . @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

    @Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

    @Rogers I had this with Xplornet before and at peak times it was very poor. I'll pass, I'm looking for stable fiber op type connection. Please pass this along, I think Rogers wired high speed is nearby!

    @Xplornet Already did to receive the automated message that the internet is down in my area. Go figure! When you need reliable rural internet for work, Xplornet is not it. Service calls resolve nothing unless it’s to upsell me to a new package with the promise of being more reliable!

    @jstadtke1 @Xplornet Starting day 9 w-out service. Upgraded my data plan for $15 mo. x 12 = $180 as daily charges too high. Don’t know yet Mom’s costs. Drove fr friend’s w/ wifi ( 4 work) to receive 8:15 - 8:30 call re: 2nd repair time. Came @ 9. Should’ve been fixed the 1st time! Unacceptable!

    @Brad_BC_Canada I was wondering when that going to happen. Perhaps more IoT/IPv6 surveillance trinkets are coming on stream. Might explain the lack of explanation. Still beats the crap out of my Xplornet

    @Xplornet Your service is garbage, it should be a crime that you have a virtual monopoly on service to rural internet, your technician was just here and I was getting tons of service, then he pulled out of the driveway and same typical junk, how much government subsidies do you get

    @Xplornet Thank you but no, just talked to another person this morning being offered to go LTE - their CCI tower just went "down" and will no longer be serviced. The funny thing was until Xplornet took over they had no difficulties with CCI service either as it was dependable and enough.

    @Bell_Support @Bell Bad customer service and no call notifying me they cancelled the appointment (Book 2 weeks ago) to install Wireless Home Internet. If you want my business you need to wave the fee or @Xplornet will. The Tech workload should not affect me.
