    @Xplornet been trying to email and call you guys for a week to become a new customer even after all the bad reviews I have read but you cant even answer the phone or reply so I guess il go elsewhere #xplornet

    . @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

    @ReNewCanada @MBGov @Xplornet Well the Pugwash NS tower tonight is giving me .38 download even though I am paying for up to 50. Can’t watch anything tonight. Good like with this terrible service Manitoba. Do you really want to give a service like this to our First Nation friends??

    Thankfully #Xplornet has a reasonable service offering because Bell & Rogers both cap their rural wireless plans at 50GB/month and charge more per month than I pay for unlimited...

    @Xplornet I did the restart Customer Prem Demarc equipment as well as any firewall/router for home wifi etc here & nothing worked to solve it I used the login to the modem provided & checked stats there also and nothing changed It was data traffic congestion due oversold network hardware

    @Xplornet I have been an Xplornet customer for years and have nothing but good things to say. Unfortunately, I can't get the LTE high speed where I live (physical obstructions - mountains), and need to switch providers, but thank you Xplornet for providing internet to rural areas!

    @Sportsnet You black me out in Alberta, for Alberta games. I live in the country, 20 minutes outside of Edmonton on Xplornet. Your customer service doesn't reply to my emails. How do I get this resolved? Do NOT recommend this service for Xplornet users. #frustrated

    @Xplornet your customer service is a joke… 2+ hours on hold and counting… 5 transfers and no one has actually been the correct department to help me!

    @XplornetES #FunFactFriday Xplornet is the worst internet provider on planet earth, and are doing their best to make sure that Canada will never feature in that list by taking your money and refusing to provide an internet service.
