Reid Carter (@re_carter) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@XplornetSupport xplornet has over sold our tower so I am paying a ridiculous amount of money for a service I am not receiving as a consumer this is aggravating. 24mb/s is my plan on any given day we are only getting 1-2mb/s. Get it together you need to be doing better.

Derek Gould (@dgouldca) reported@Larry_Short @VOCMNEWS I signed up, since I can't get xplornet or reliable cell service at my cabin. Deposit is $129, full cost for equipment is $649, then $129/mo. Still waiting, but sites "mid to late 2021".

JWG (@buddydog09) reported@Xplornet Oh man they are soooooo lucky!!!!! The get to pay for speeds "up to 50 Mbps" while never achieving more than 5 Mbps!!!!! And then get your speeds throttled back to about 2 Mbps while trying to use that unlimited data after you go over your real data limit!!!!!!
