Reid Carter (@re_carter) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@XplornetSupport xplornet has over sold our tower so I am paying a ridiculous amount of money for a service I am not receiving as a consumer this is aggravating. 24mb/s is my plan on any given day we are only getting 1-2mb/s. Get it together you need to be doing better.

Constantly fluctuating in and out of service and told “Your equipment keeps connecting to the wrong tower... just going to have to deal with it.” Now “here’s a $30 discount because we feel bad”.

rahil (@rahil65096366) reported@Xplornet what’s with the **** services, I called yesterday for 1hour for them to tell me that there’s something wrong with the tower. he also stated “By tomorrow your wifi should be good” and here I am running almost 2 MBPS while paying 130$ for 50 MBPS. Do something about it.

Was told that all they can see is the same report that has been up for 3 months about a tower they are working on. Said he couldnt do anything just try repowering. Glad i am now paying more!!

Jesse Kosuth (@JKosuth) reported@Xplornet Until current customers actually get the guaranteed speeds they are paying MORE for and not receiving, I can’t recommend Xplornet. Many calls and have technicians out did not help.

Necrow (@EJGames4) reported@Xplornet So we had the up to 25mbps package and got speeds of 5 to 10 mbps on average. We never saw any faster than 12 I think. We have since upgraded to the 50mbps package and get 10 mbps. Its really pathetic, I have also been told that the speedtest is a lie by tech support.
