@XplornetSupport xplornet has over sold our tower so I am paying a ridiculous amount of money for a service I am not receiving as a consumer this is aggravating. 24mb/s is my plan on any given day we are only getting 1-2mb/s. Get it together you need to be doing better.

@Xplornet I can’t get an account. That’s the problem with your company, when you are the only one who services our area. People in my area need to be able to connect to your towers and when one is a stop cell and we can’t hit the other new tower you have then we are with out any service

I have officially unfollowed the dumpster fire that is @Xplornet. I hope someone else picks up the torch and carries it with the vigor I did, as the world still needs to know how brutally terrible a company they are.

@Xplornet "Stay tuned..." for how long? You announced fiber, among other services, for Nova Scotia 14 months ago...and then nothing...no new information about actual high speed options. Sure, 25Mbps-LTE was a start, but it's not a long term solution for anyone but the most basic of users.
