@Bell_Support Good morning Bell, I lost my FIBE TV service this morning around 6:15am EST. I’m in Guelph and online searches say there’s no service disruption. Reboot done twice. Didn’t do anything. Just a black screen and no menu functions. (Still better than Rogers!)

@Bell your cell service outside of the city has been so terrible the last month or so. I work in a small town usually have no issues with Spotify or audible but the last month or 2 so terrible. Even sometimes in city so slow.

@Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?
