David O'Connell (@doccreative) reported from Milton, OntarioHey @bell get your act together. We waste so much time on the same issue and your reps always say “we will put notes on the account” then never read those notes or they are deleted once the call is over only have to repeat ourselves again #frustrated #updateyourcrm

Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Halton Hills, OntarioHi @Bell_Support. Highway 402 is a major international trade corridor. Do you think that the service along that corridor could be upgraded to allow for a simple phone conversation from end to end? It’s only 100km yet calls drop constantly.
-
Ty Carruthers (@AmaraFarmServ) reported from Guelph/Eramosa, Ontario@EdJHanson @Bell Must be some sort of network issue. Can’t even complete a call

Dave Lylyk (@Lyler19) reported from Puslinch, Ontario@Bell I have these all over the house @bell and we are still having wifi issues. Had a tech out last week. Service still gets interrupted and slow. Street signal is very high, not sure what the issues are..
-
Steve DeForest (@sd4est) reported from Guelph, Ontario@Bell wow - over two hours on the phone, switched between 5 people because no one wants to fix a billing mistake - brutal customer service (or lack thereof). Maybe if your people weren’t penalized for fixing issues that don’t go in your favour you might have fewer people leaving
-
trishhh* (@trishmiller22) reported from Milton Heights, Ontario@Bell what is going on with Fibe in the Milton area?! In the last few days the internet signal keeps dropping, multiple times a day. It's getting very annoying when I pay for top speeds😑 #DoBetter #Bell
-
James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario@JudithAMcGrath1 @ChrisDPOMAY @Bell_Support It’s 9:23am on Wednesday and our Bell Fibe just went down too. Probably just a temporary glitch. Systems are rebooting everywhere. Hiccups like this are bound to occur for hours or even days afterward. Patience, grasshopper. Patience!
-
s (@sarmmont) reported from Guelph, OntarioHelp people who will be severely triggered into anxious and depressive states over stressing about bill payments WITH NO INCOME. #BellLetsTalk you are a joke. And you do not stand by your words. @Bell_Support
-
Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Halton Hills, OntarioHi @Bell_Support. As a Bell customer and frequent traveller on #HWY402 in ON, would love to have more than 1 bar of 3G coverage in that corridor. Calls drop or turn into convos with a 28.8 modem consistently. Thanks in advance! #PleaseUpgrade #SecondBusiestBorderCrossingInCanada

James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario@Bell_Support What’s going on with Fibe TV? I pause a race for 10-15 seconds and when I go to press play, it jumps back to yesterday morning. WTF??? It’s been a comedy of errors for a few days now. Resetting the box didn’t help.
-

James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario@Bell_Support Is it possible to unsubscribe from the Emergency Alert Service? I can read the visual notice. But that damn screeching beeping noise blasting through Bluetooth in my car at maximum volume. Doesn’t matter what my volume is set to. Alert=deafness. Opt out, please?
-
James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario@Bell_Support Good morning Bell, I lost my FIBE TV service this morning around 6:15am EST. I’m in Guelph and online searches say there’s no service disruption. Reboot done twice. Didn’t do anything. Just a black screen and no menu functions. (Still better than Rogers!)

-
Toronto (@JunG54828825) reported@Bell Bell's technical support is giving me a run-around every time I need help with my TV box. I have so many problems for the last almost 3 months. They tell me this and that, etc.... My last call with them wasn't even in the record and nobody with Bell knows what my problem is.
-
RedwingRobin (@TheRedwingRobin) reported@Bell_Support Can someone help please???
-
Tai (@Taidai1338) reportedhey @Bell real cool of you to jack my internet price up again and not tell me. also your ai support bot is worse than my local LLMs

KYD🇨🇦 (@Man_InThe_Tweet) reportedGood luck convincing @Bell with that. Greedy ****’s will never let that happen.
-
Inderrjeet Singh (@Inder1_322) reportedany response @Bell @Bell_Support or i should change the network after more than 2 years of loyalty
-
Rob Pattullo 🇨🇦 (@Ouzomen11) reported@stcrawford2 @Bell Yeah, further entrenching Bell is what we need to do. They don't have quite enough of a stranglehold on the market. You didn't invite Rogers so they could just sit down and split up the map?
-
N (@NegativeNedDN) reported@CTVNews try to get a job with @bell, so they can outsource your job overseas. meetings will take 1 hour instead of 20 minutes due to language barrier, and when systems go offline you can spend more time on the phone than resolving the issue. also, they get paid less with less benefits as they are contractors.
-
Heidi (@HeidiRich72) reportedRenegotiate with @Bell we just moved house 2 months ago left Cogeco, Bell gave us a 2 yr deal $80/month I only wanted their best wifi they threw in basic cable and landline. Had some tech issues needed a technician just got a $75 technician charge but I’ll fight it tomorrow
-
shawna (@shawnasativa) reported@Bell_Support hey bell, just curious. if i have a channel in my tv package that i no longer want, do you make it easy to cancel online through your site/app without having to speak to someone? because @RogersHelps certainly doesn’t, and now i’m genuinely considering a big switch.

Mat Grenier (@investing_mrg) reported@Bell has one of the worst internet service for your home
