Maybe if your people weren’t penalized for fixing issues that don’t go in your favour you might have fewer people leaving

If you don't mind issues with network coverage sometimes and the likes, then try Koodo or Fido for cheaper plans. But if you want a plan that's 5g and the likes, then I'll suggest the Big 3. After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating.
