    @Rogers @RogersHelps every week I have an issue. EVERY WEEK for 2 MONTHS I have to spend hours with your guys. This is ridiculous. 20 years loyalty ready to walk. 2 cellphones. Internet. Cable. 3 landlines. Plus plus. @Bell can you do better? #customerservice

    Brand new @Bell @Bell_Support Fibe service installed in downtown Toronto (actual fiber optic cable) Internet, TV and Home Phone) worked for 1 week, now nothing works. Bell can't diagnose the problem. Customer was about to move 7 cell phones to Bell. Not anymore.
