Why is my Internet down @Bell Called tech support holding for 15mins just to get a automated message that your offices are closed WTF! since when?

  • JamesRutkay James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@Bell_Support What’s going on with Fibe TV? I pause a race for 10-15 seconds and when I go to press play, it jumps back to yesterday morning. WTF??? It’s been a comedy of errors for a few days now. Resetting the box didn’t help.

  • sd4est Steve DeForest (@sd4est) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@Bell wow - over two hours on the phone, switched between 5 people because no one wants to fix a billing mistake - brutal customer service (or lack thereof). Maybe if your people weren’t penalized for fixing issues that don’t go in your favour you might have fewer people leaving

  • greenfreeman12 Freeman Marsh (He/Him) (@greenfreeman12) reported from Milton, Ontario

@Bell failed hard today! Can you give me the Address to send back my equipment in Ontario. Canceled and never going back! So much for loyalty yrs of payments and nothing but failure on your part.

  • JamesRutkay James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@Bell_Support Is it possible to unsubscribe from the Emergency Alert Service? I can read the visual notice. But that damn screeching beeping noise blasting through Bluetooth in my car at maximum volume. Doesn’t matter what my volume is set to. Alert=deafness. Opt out, please?

  • shaun_holst Shaun (@shaun_holst) reported from Guelph/Eramosa, Ontario

@Bell your cell service outside of the city has been so terrible the last month or so. I work in a small town usually have no issues with Spotify or audible but the last month or 2 so terrible. Even sometimes in city so slow.

  • ladyleo52 Corrie O'Driscoll (@ladyleo52) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@patterballs @Bell_Support AT&T is giving American nurses and doctors 3 free months of cell service. That’s at least something...

  • JamesRutkay James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@Bell Hi Bell. I’m your newest mobile customer. I left Virgin after countless service disruptions, poor coverage, excessive billing, and just an overall terrible experience. I’m happy with my FIBE TV and Internet through Bell. I’m sure I’ll be equally happy with Bell Mobility.

  • Troyunderhill Troy (@Troyunderhill) reported from Milton, Ontario

@Bell_Support as a subscriber to Bell Centre Ice - how is it that I can’t watch Carolina and Nashville tonight? This is why I bought the service - and it was expensive. No reason for a blackout.

  • muna_luv Luv@ (@muna_luv) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@Bell_Support Internet down. Called customer support was on hold for 15min and I got a automated message saying your offices are closed. Whats going on?

  • JamesRutkay James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@JudithAMcGrath1 @ChrisDPOMAY @Bell_Support It’s 9:23am on Wednesday and our Bell Fibe just went down too. Probably just a temporary glitch. Systems are rebooting everywhere. Hiccups like this are bound to occur for hours or even days afterward. Patience, grasshopper. Patience!

  • JamesRutkay James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@Bell_Support Good morning Bell, I lost my FIBE TV service this morning around 6:15am EST. I’m in Guelph and online searches say there’s no service disruption. Reboot done twice. Didn’t do anything. Just a black screen and no menu functions. (Still better than Rogers!)

  • AmaraFarmServ Ty Carruthers (@AmaraFarmServ) reported from Guelph/Eramosa, Ontario

@EdJHanson @Bell Must be some sort of network issue. Can’t even complete a call

  • WarrenAskew2 Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Halton Hills, Ontario

Hi @Bell_Support. As a Bell customer and frequent traveller on #HWY402 in ON, would love to have more than 1 bar of 3G coverage in that corridor. Calls drop or turn into convos with a 28.8 modem consistently. Thanks in advance! #PleaseUpgrade #SecondBusiestBorderCrossingInCanada

  • sd4est Steve DeForest (@sd4est) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@Bell_Support no internet service and you are not answering the phones. What gives?

  • spikestabber bren bear 🐻🇨🇦 (@spikestabber) reported from Milton, Ontario

@TimLCriddle @TELUS @Bell That announcement was jumping the gun, suspicious timeline like they were testing waters as more important issues takeover headlines.

  • Streetsmart_RE Dean Manton 🇨🇦 (@Streetsmart_RE) reported from Guelph, Ontario

Anyone else having connection issues with @Bell?

  • WarrenAskew2 Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Halton Hills, Ontario

Hi @Bell_Support. Highway 402 is a major international trade corridor. Do you think that the service along that corridor could be upgraded to allow for a simple phone conversation from end to end? It’s only 100km yet calls drop constantly.

  • jamesheffron James Heffron (@jamesheffron) reported from Milton, Ontario

@cogeco it amazes me that you can get through to sales within seconds but end up on hold to cancel one of three services. Your website for self serve Epico premium internet has been down for days. It seems easier to switch to @Bell?

  • Lyler19 Dave Lylyk (@Lyler19) reported from Puslinch, Ontario

@Bell I have these all over the house @bell and we are still having wifi issues. Had a tech out last week. Service still gets interrupted and slow. Street signal is very high, not sure what the issues are..

  • SujiFPS Abel🧋 (@SujiFPS) reported

@Bell Nah, don’t trust this one but. Pure fibre doesn’t even reach to old community areas/ old housing areas. It’s been a handful of years as a bell customer and our internet is still capped 100mb in our area. Internet drops bellow 40mb 30% of the time.

  • AudioDial Audio Guy (@AudioDial) reported

@nejsnave @Bell @bell is THE worst company in the world. Claimed $122 million covid relief and fire workers anyway; outsource jobs; rip us off with infrastructure that tax payers subsidized; leverage their monopoly to kill competition. They should be forced to subsidize internet for low income.

  • ryanviegas Ryan Viegas (@ryanviegas) reported

@Bell terrible value added service - Bell modems do not have a strong enough signal in any size home, these pods are necessary and therefore Bell forces your hand to “rent” these - should be free plain and simple

  • ggottawa Greg Gallagher (@ggottawa) reported

Also- no record on file of the old box getting deleted, nor did I receive a conf. email in the usual manner. This is just comical- @Bell you are a multibillion-$ corp that can't invest properly in basic customer service. @Bell_Support @bell I want a credit of some kind for this.

  • Rootbrian_ Rootbrian's updates, rational thoughts & opinions (@Rootbrian_) reported

@coulombe_max @Bell Wi-Fi is not "internet service". Wire up your computers, and it won't be ****** at all.

  • garrybeirne Garry Beirne (@garrybeirne) reported

@Bell_Support Four months! If you can do something please do it quickly ... my task tomorrow (I'm retired) is to contact CRTC and a number of journalists who deal with consumer issues.

  • DeanPlunkettTHW Dean Plunkett (@DeanPlunkettTHW) reported

Hey @Bell. Our internet has been out since noon yesterday. The last update was at 7:00 last night, saying that it would be operational by 8:45 am this morning. It's now 9:15 am, with no new information. An update would be nice...some of us rely on your service for our livelihood.

  • eurocarz Robert Paulziak (@eurocarz) reported

@Bell bell is the worst company, never again
