I was so frustrated I cancelled my service with them the same day & signed up with Freedom - so far so good, significantly cheaper and more than double the data

Not a huge fan, but accidentally found out if you DM them on FB Messenger, they’re really quick to reply and can resolve most issues. Has made my life way easier, and no longer ever wait on hold. Maybe similar thing for Bell - or switch!
