    Switched from @Rogers to @Bell based on a promise of faster internet speed. Disappointed outcome after just 24 hours. Bell might be faster since it uses finer optics, but their current hardware bottlenecks the wifi capabilities. I’m multiple tests with support tier 1,2 and 3

    @shawnmicallef @JasonParis @Bell @BellMediaPR I’ve been in contact with the city about this, and last summer there was a “pilot program” to test removing those. Now they’re going ahead, with the intention of removing the ***** next. The designed a bad bin, and now they’re giving up on maintaining it.

    Never ever sign up with @bell for anything. They do not care about customers. They lied to me and give zero cares in helping me do what they told me they could. The @CRTCeng should investigate - this is false advertising and fraud.

    5 days no services STILL @Bell_Support @Bell haven't done anything to fix this @cp24 @globalnews 2 buildings with older ppl who need their phone to contact doctors cannot do so because of this lack of work ethic by this monster company #Disgraceful

    1/3: @Bell just screwed me. They said they will cancel my Rogers network connection, but didn't do so. Then they promised me that they will contact their back office and get back to me within 24 hours - they didn't nor were they even going to (yeah, they actually said that).

    1/2 So @Bell just decides that lies are ok. Been three months trying to activate esim since I became a new activation. Completely ****** me around coerced me into starting a plan with a physical sim knowing they would not be able to support a move to esim.

    @Bell_Support your the absolute worst, I had an appointment to get internet installed today and I just got a call and had it rescheduled for Nov 18th. So now I have no internet or cable in our new house for another 2.5 weeks. Unacceptable. Embarrassing.

    @Bell not happy at all with my mobility service. I am in a shared data plan although I was never told this and actually got the 3 different lines at different times. Apparently nothing can be done. Please tell me what other provider offers better service and transparency!
