@MichCWilliamson @FreedomMobile I’m staying with @Bell myself for now. I’m still using my trusty iPhone 7 so my data plan is fine and the cell service is more developed.

@Ani1u7 @Rogers @Bell @TELUS I have a sharing plan that's grandfathered so extra lines are cheap. We never go over 10GB combined but I like the cushion. I always bought phones outright but not last time and now flagships are crazy$. Approx $100/mo w/add ons (voice to text vcmail, etc).

@Bell_Support @Bell worst customer service ever. Been on the phone everyday for 2 weeks for hours and was supposed to get a call back from supervisor everytime, which has never happened. Have over $1300 in charges that are for services I never asked for. Terrible service.

@PhillSnel @guitardawn @CTVToronto @CBCNews @Bell These sites allow actual users like me to report if it’s down for us or not. There is nothing coming from Bell (which sucks) so those sites would be the closest you can get to get an idea of how big the outage is.

I’m super disappointed with @Bell and @Bell_Support over the last few weeks. I’ve either had a technician or phone support almost every single day (including today where we started with working internet and TV and ended with nothing working!) Do not recommend

@Bell your staff is LESS than helpful. My account was taken through the SIM card fraud and I’ve never had an account with BELL but now can’t get my account back and your phone line lady hung up on us because she’s wanting us to leave quarantine to come into a bell store

@TheMacronical @teeveesociety @Bell No I replaced two phones due for upgrades and instead of putting them on my one bill she opened them on a new account number and then I said that I don’t want two Bills and she says no I can move them to one. She never said it was 120.00

@Bell @Bell_Support I know ppl complain about Bell all the time but honestly, y’all need to do better. Whoever Ayra in the Internet Call centre is, she’s bad for business and pretty useless to be very honest! If ppl only get results with a letter to Mirko Bibic so be it! 😤😡😠😒

@georganneb @char_lawyer @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Georganne, nobody dislikes those guys more than me but the systems were not designed for this. Same for internet. It’s like a water pipe to service an apartment complex is a foot in diameter but not if everybody is always home and taking showers simultaneously. Get used to it.

@Bell somehow your customer service is so incompetent that they literally can not figure out how to redirect my phone call to the business department. We are redirection #4 with no luck! Incredible company!

@Bell Since some of you seem confused and/or hopeful after reading this I'll clear it up for you. "Available to new residential customers" these offers are never for existing customers, they of course are just trying to lure in new customers.

@Bell why is home phone so expensive? It used to be $20/m and now over $50/tax for basic. I've been a loyal subscriber to bell since early 90s and I have never been so disappointed. I cancelled my service b/c apparently you don't value customer loyalty anymore and service sucks

@EComm911_info @Bell_Support Seems we need better regulations to make sure this doesn't happen in the future. These companies make huge money, they should be forced to keep their systems working in an emergency. Especially if it's only one company, not everything.
