Maybe less so with the current financing model, but that is one of the problems with having meaningful competition only at the top end of the market.

So my @Rogers Ignite is down. Used my @Bell service to contact you. Got a COVID questionnaire even though your tech people won’t come inside anyway. Internet is essential in these times. I work from home and have to pay double as neither is reliable.

@Bell_Support Our wifi has been cutting in and out for about 10 hours a day for the past week. When we called in their only solution was that we "might have unplugged our bell boxes" and that they haven't been hearing about any issues. Other neighbours are also having issues.

@Bell_Support Every time they do they just tell us our house is too big for the wifi to reach every angle which is a ridiculous excuse. We got the boosters hoping to fix the issue but as you can see it’s very much hit and miss

@Bell_Support Last time a tech was at our home he said the more people in my neighbourhood get Fibe the weaker my signal is will be. Tech told me to buy boosters to solve it. It only seems fitting if Bell isn't going to fix this at least provide the boosters to help balance the problem.
