They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Go with @Bell or @TELUS

We’ve had sporadic internet connection all day today and I’ve already restarted the modem a dozen times throughout the day and am now having to do the same (system reboot) with the cable 2 times in less than 5 minutes already 😡😡😡

Half the time Netflix and Amazon and other steaming services freeze or take forever to load? Bell continually tells us their modem isn’t strong enough for our house 🤔

Netflix used to be available on BELL fibe and now it no longer is. It’s not an “account issue” I have a Samsung smart tv luckily it has a separate app for Netflix, figured it out
