They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Switched to Bell a year ago and I get no signal up there. Tried to watch the Canada soccer game a few weeks ago and just got the spinning wheel the entire game. Can't wait until my 2 years is up.
